사회보험으로서 다구나 각 진료행위마다 수가를 정해놓은 행위별 수가체계를 시행하면서, 의료의 상품화는 필연적인 것이 되어버린 현 여건에서, 유사한 교육을 받고 교육기간도 유사하며, 유사한 직종간에 진료행위에 대한 보수의 차이가 이렇게 크게 나는 것은 어떻게 생각을 해야하는 것인가.

본고는 UNESCO 교환교수계획에 의거, 지난 6월 25일부터 7월 18일까지의 약 3주간 일본 동경대학 공학부 전기.전자공학과에 체류하면서 그곳에서의 교육과 연구체제에 접할 기회가 있었다. 체류기간중 필자가 직접 보고, 듣고, 느낀 그곳에서의 교육, 연구 및 산학협동체제에 관하여 기술하겠다.

This study conducted a self-assessment survey on 50 evaluation items for students majoring nautical science who boarded H University training ships in order to ascertain the degree of improvement in their maritime ability according to the STCW agreement and training period. The trainees' maritime competence and basic understanding of maritime functions were evaluated, and an in-depth analysis was conducted to see how these have changed since their embarkation. The analysis showed a significant improvement in their understanding of maritime functions after the third evaluation in both the first and second semesters. The results also showed areas the trainees need to improve on for each semester's embarkation group, and an additional study plan is needed to make up for the lack of nautical skills in the training course. The result of analysis on the degree of improvement of maritime ability according to the training period of training ships derived from this study can be used for the reorganization of training ships and maritime college curriculum in the future.

교사들의 과학 교수 효능의 신념을 조사하고 이해하는 것은 과학 교수를 향상시키는데 가장 유력한 요소가 될 수 있음에도 불구하고, 이를 연구한 사례는 거의 없었다 본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 예비 교사들의 교사 양성 과정중 과학 교육 과목이 예비 교사들의 과학 교수 효능의 신념 즉, 자신의 과학 교수 효능감과 과학 교수 결과에 대한 기대감에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 서울교육대학교와 인천교육대학교에 재학중인 예비교사들이 한 학기동안의 과학 교육 과목을 마치고 나서 그들의 과학 교수 효능의 신념이 어느 정도 변화했는지를 측정하였으며, 이에 대한 결과를 t-test로 분석하였다. 연구의 결과로 미루어보아 예비 교사들이 학습한 과학 교육 과목은 그들의 과학 교수 효능감과 과학 교수 결과에 대한기대감을 모두 향상시켰다. 그러나 앞으로는 과학 교육 과목의 어떤 요소들이 그들의 신념을 변화시키는지 구체적으로 알기 위해 질적 연구와 함께 더욱 긴 기간 동안의 연구가 행해져야하며, 변화된 그들의 신념이 실제 초등학교 교사가 될 때까지 지속되는지를 조사하고, 지속될 수 있는 방법들이 연구되어야 할 것이다.

It is effective personally and nationally that dental professionals provide oral health education to North Korean defectors. This study aims to examine literature on oral health education for North Korean defectors. The method of this study is a scoping review, which is a method for qualitatively reviewing and reinterpreting previous studies with the literature review method. There were differences in age and period of settling in South Korea among the study participants of the literature. It be divided into a study that evaluated the annual oral health education experience rate, and a study that applied an educational program and evaluated its effectiveness. It showed positive results in all literature for various effects evaluation variables such as dental health, periodontal health, and oral health knowledge. This study is significant in that it sought the direction of development of oral health education for North Korean defectors. It is suggested when planning oral health education for North Korean defectors, it is necessary to establish a differentiated approach strategy in consideration of oral health gaps, cultural differences such as language, psychological characteristics according to the settling period in South Korea, and age.

This paper investigates the mandatory minimum requirements for certification of officers in charge of a navigational watch on ship specified in the international convention of STCW. The training education and evaluation systems for navigational competence of Korean navy were compared and analyzed. The paper suggests adjustment of the evaluation range, increment of evaluation items, diversification of evaluation types, differentiation of certification-related education by officer's commissioning program in order to improve the PQS system.

1905년에 시작된 베트남 동유운동의 목적은 베트남의 젊은이들을 일본에서 공부시켜 독립과 근대화를 이끌 인재를 양성하는 것이었다. 그러나 1908년 일본 정부의 강제 출국 조치로 인해 동유운동이 중단됨으로써 목표했던 바를 이루는 데 실패한 것으로 평가되고 있다. 하지만 다른 시각에서 본다면 200여 명의 베트남 학생들이 수년간 유학을 한 결과가 어떠한 형태로든 베트남 근대사에 족적을 남겼을 것이라고 추측하는 것도 가능하다. 그간의 연구는 동유운동을 주도했던 판보이쩌우(Phan Bội $Ch{\hat{a}}u$)에 집중함으로써 학생들의 면면에 대해서는 크게 알려진 바가 없다. 이 연구는 당시 일본으로 유학했던 학생들에게 초점을 두어 그들이 누구인지 무엇을 공부했는지, 또한 당시 사회주의 사상 전파의 중심이었으며 아시아 각국의 혁명가들이 집결해있던 동경에서 학생들은 어떤 영향을 받고 어떻게 연계되었는지에 대해서 살펴보았다. 학생들 대부분은 동아동문서원이라는 중국인 유학생 예비학교의 특별반에서 일본어와 기초적인 초등교육 과목을 이수하는 데 그쳤고 단 세 명의 학생만이 군사예비학교인 진무학교를 졸업할 수 있었다. 즉 고등교육을 받은 학생은 전무했던 것이다. 강제 출국되기까지 그 기간이 짧았던 것이 가장 큰 원인임에 분명하지만 한편으로는 동유운동 자체가 철저히 준비되고 계획되지 않았던 점도 실패의 주요 원인으로 꼽을 수 있다. 특히 학생 선발에 대한 규정 없이 기본적으로 누구든지 수용함으로써 학생들의 절대다수가 10대 초중반이 되는 결과를 낳았다. 이는 독립과 혁명을 위한 인재 양성이라는 취지와 관계없이 다수의 학부모들이 동유운동을 단순히 자녀교육의 수단으로 이용했기 때문이다. 또한 이들을 입학시킬 학교 섭외조차 되지 않았고, 그 결과 전적으로 일본 내 조력자들의 호의에 의지해 동아동문서원에 설치된 베트남 학생들만을 위한 특별반에 만족해야 했다. 따라서 대부분의 베트남 학생들은 일본에서 공부했지만 실제로는 고립된 상태에서 외부세계를 경험할 수 없었고, 그렇다 하더라도 당시의 혁명적 사상을 이해하거나 수용하기에는 부족한 나이였다. 요컨대 동유운동의 실패는 그 기간이 짧았기 때문만이 아니라 그 짧은 기간 내에서도 교육의 질적 수준이 낮았다는 데에서도 그 원인을 찾을 수 있다. 일본에 유학했던 베트남 학생들의 전체 명단은 현재 실종된 것으로 보이며 다만 산발적인 정보를 종합하여 약 20여 명에 관한 성명과 간단한 정보를 파악할 수 있었다. 이 정보와 더불어 추후 더 많은 기록이 발굴된다면 베트남 현대사에서 그들의 이름이 등장하는지 다시 한 번 확인하고 재평가할 수 있을 것이다.

In proportion to the increase of public security demand, the private companies advanced continuously every year. However the size of the industry expanded in its quantity, the quality remains the same as before. So it's important to training of the security officers. This study suggest the improvements of training system through the analysis and the review of problems of training and education security officers. To develop our private security industry, we suggest as follows. First, In spite of the training is important, the recognition against security officers training is low, so the improvement is demanded. Second, When selecting the educational institution, it does not reflect the demand and situation of education enough. So there is necessary that selecting the educational institution again, after finishing a demonstration duration. Third, The education contents is general, so there is a necessity of the education which is professionalized. Fourth, In order to improve the ability of the lecturer, we must strengthen the qualification of the lecturer. Fifth, For the development of securities industry, we must found the professional training institution.
