This study was designed to create a situational and procedural simulation of web-courseware which will enhance students' self-directed learning styles during the economics class in elementary schools. When teaching the students how to be wise consumers, it is important to provide them with various experiences that will lead them to make active and rational decisions. Actual experiences are, however, rather limited in reality which consequently result in learning economics only vicariously at school. The purpose of the study was, therefore, to develop a courseware which allows the student to have indirect experiences through computer simulations. The courseware will not only assist the student in making decisions and taking actions appropriately during the various situations given in the program, but also overcome the limitations of the classroom setting by using the procedural simulation.

To determine efficient methods of database teaching, this paper applied the situated learning theory to the teaching and learning method and analyzed the effects. Previous related studies were also examined, with the essential contents in database analyzed based on Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives. Moreover, this paper presented a strategy wherein the contents of database learning are classified into two categories: basic knowledge and technical and extended knowledge. Experimental and control groups were selected based on related studies, and the effects of database teaching and learning method, determined by technique and attitude area as well as knowledge area. After preparing and applying to the teaching and learning method the actual educational curriculum, the following results were drawn: (1) the experimental group showed better performance in terms of understanding the concept of database, operating database, and constructing a database table when the situated learning theory was applied to the teaching method, and; (2) the experimental group was also more receptive compared to the control group, which opted to take technique-oriented database courses. Therefore, various teaching and learning methods aside from the situated learning theory should be applied and analyzed in database and computer science fields for maximum effects.

With the emergence of a climate crisis, climate disasters have recently been clearly felt in Korea. In particular, the typhoon 'Hinnamno' in the summer of 2022 made many people feel a sense of crisis with its formidable power. In this situation, children are likely to suffer great damage even in small crises due to their lack of experience and ability to cope with disaster situations. In this paper, we introduce a disaster response learning application that supports children's disaster response training. Designed based on research results on situational learning theory and child disaster safety education, this system produces various episodes and trains them to encounter disaster situations. Children can participate in the episode by choosing options during the episode, which is reflected in the picture diary after the episode is completed. By providing information naturally in the picture diary, children can access how to cope with disaster situations. Through this system, children are expected to develop their judgment in disaster situations that they can encounter and have the ability to secure basic safety outside of adult help.

In order to get the maintenance work for the normal operation of rail vehicles made safe maintenance training, which looked suffered direct physical train maintenance environment, gain experience to get out foster the practical skills, but experience the real maintenance in operational problems the maintenance procedures followed are difficult to be. So it can gain experience and knowledge of the actual maintenance work in safe conditions if you apply a simulation experience in a similar environment as possible to the actual train maintenance training can also reduce operational training costs. For a description of the current domestic and simulation programs of the railway sector it has been operating in overseas and is designed to train intensive training, maintenance and maintenance-related information is scarce situation. In this study, the contents of the theory of educational technology for effective training of train maintenance elements exhibit theory, theory of learning situations, designed to train maintenance training simulation through a previous study that investigated the problem-based learning theory.

This study suggested the expansion strategies of school library catalog considering educational context which should be used teaching and learning process. To achieve the purpose of research, this study derived educational context categories by comparing and analyzing teaching and learning related factors, information resource related factors. Also, this study analysed case system considering educational context. Based on the results, this study designed the catalog data elements as an element to be added to an existing school libraries system(DLS). The derived data element is end user(teacher, students), instructional situations (teaching method, instructional object, curriculum, evaluation type), resource type(feature, discipline, format), reading situation(contextual reading, literature topic), related materials(teacher representation, student representation).

현대 의학의 발달과 더불어 최근 의학교육에는 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 그 중에서 최근 주목 받기 시작한 분야가 의학 시뮬레이션(medical simulation)이다. 시뮬레이션은 과거 강의 위주의 교육에서 한걸음 더 나아가 학생으로 하여금 임상에 가까운 상황에 접하게 함으로써 임상 진료 및 위기 상황을 경험하게 하여 지식과 수행을 통합하는 교육 방법이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 다양한 임상 경험을 할 수 있으며 환자에게 위해가 가해질 가능성이 없고, 학생에게도 안전한 교육 방법으로써 세계 여러 국가들이 도입한 교육 방법이다. 물론 시뮬레이션 교육은 비용과 시설 및 인력 요건의 구비가 상당히 많이 필요한 것이 사실이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 세계의 많은 대학들이 시뮬레이션에 투자하는 것은 의학교육의 흐름에 중요한 영향을 주고 있기 때문일 것이다. 최근 한국의 의학교육에서도 새로운 교육과정의 도입과 의사국가고시 실기시험이 도입되는 등 급격한 변화의 바람이 불면서 의학시뮬레이션 센터를 구축하는 곳이 늘어나고 있다. 의학 시뮬레이션의 세계적 동향을 주목할 필요가 있으며 시뮬레이션은 의료인의 자질 함양은 물론 환자들의 신뢰를 얻는 데에도 커다란 영향을 미칠 것이다.

치과마취학의 교육목표는 치과치료 시 적절한 환자평가와 함께 동통 및 불안을 관리하기 위한 약품선택과 치과치료를 위한 흡입법과 정맥주사를 이용한 의식하진정법과 언제, 어떻게, 어디로 전신마취를 의뢰하는지를 알아야 할 사항과 특히 의학적 병력을 가진 환자와 특별한 관리가 필요한 소아 노인 장애인의 전반적 이해와 치료 전 전신적 환자평가를 할 수 있는 능력과 치과진료 중 일어날 수 있는 의료적 응급 상황과 치과응급상황을 식별하고 인공소생술을 포함한 치과 치료 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 의학적 응급상황들에 적절한 관리를 할 수 있어야 한다. 치의학교육의 최소한의 질 보장을 위한 국가적 수준의 치과의사 역량체계를 구축함으로써 치의학교육의 질 향상을 위한 치과대학(원)의 변화를 자극하고, 치과의료와 의료인력의 질적 증진 및 치과의료행위의 최소수준을 보장하는데 있다. 하지만 현행 국가고시에 있어 치과마취과학은 구강외과 과목에 포함되어 위 기술한 치과마취과학의 교육목표를 달성하는 데 어려움이 있다. 그러므로 국가수준의 치의학교육의 질에 대해 제고하고 학교의 교육과정 변화와 개선에 적용하고 국시원의 새로운 과목의 도입과 실기시험을 통하여 치과마취과학의 교육목표를 달성하는 데 목적이 있다.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of physics learning through the teaching-learning strategy of phased context in introductory physics classes. The participants in the study included 35 university freshmen. The teaching-learning strategy of phased context were developed by idealizing, extending and comparing contexts which were then applied in introductory physics classes : six hour classes about straight line motion, two-dimensional motion and Newton's laws of motion. The effects of the physics learning were then analyzed by the FCI (Force Concept Inventory) and MPEX (Maryland Survey on Physics Expectation) questionnaires. The results showed that the teaching-learning strategy of phased context helped change the force concept and did not change the belief about physics learning. Finally, based on the results of the study, we discuss possible educational implications for phased context in introductory physics classes.

The purpose of this study is to investigate gifted students in elementary mathematics how they understand of situations involving multiplication and concepts of multiplication. For this purpose, first, this study analyzed the teacher's guidebooks about introducing the concept of multiplication in elementary school. Second, we analyzed multiplication problems that gifted students posed. Third, we interviewed gifted students to research how they understand the concepts of multiplication. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the concept of multiplication was introduced by repeated addition and times idea in elementary school. Since the 2007 revised curriculum, it was introduced based on times idea. Second, gifted students mainly posed situations of repeated addition. Also many gifted students understand the multiplication as only repeated addition and have poor understanding about times idea and pairs set.

In this paper, it provides social network service using context-aware for tourism. For this the service requires Anthropomorphic natural process. The service object need to provide the function analyzing, storing and processing user action. In this paper, it provides an algorithm to analysis with personalized context aware for users. Providing service is an algorithm providing social network, helped by 'Friend recommendation algorithm' which to make relations and 'Attraction recommendation algorithm' which to recommend somewhere significant. Especially when guide is used, server analysis history and location of users to provide optimal travel path, named 'Travel path recommendation algorithm'. Such as this tourism social network technology can provide more user friendly service. This proposed tour guide system is expected to be applied to a wider vary application services.
