본 논문은 2014년 세월호 사고 이후 해양재난사고에 대한 국민들의 경각심이 고조되었으며 해양레저인구증가로 인한 해양사고가 증가되는 상황에서 사고예방 및 해양안전문화 고취를 위한 해양안전교육센터 구축하고자 수요추정을 수행하였다. 특히, 우리나라 대부분의 해양안전체험관과 유사한 체험관들은 대부분 전라, 경기지역에 분포하고 있어 지역 편향을 해소하는 차원에서 동남권 안전센터 구축이 필요한 상황이며 해양레저 및 해양산업의 중심이 영남권에 위치하고 있기 때문에 안전교육센터의 구축의 정책적인 타당성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 해양안전교육센터 수요추정을 중력모형을 활용하여 수행하였으며 사회경제적인 타당성의 근거로서 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

유비쿼터스 환경에서의 상황인식 서비스는 의료, 쇼핑, 교육, 소방, 문화 등 우리 사회 전 분야에 걸쳐 응용되고 있으며, 각 분야에 영향을 미치고 있다. 상황인식 서비스는 사용자의 상황정보를 정확하게 파악하여 신속한 서비스를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자의 상황정보를 바탕으로 보다 효율적이고 정확한 서비스를 제공하고자 지능적인 추론방법인 사례기반추론방법을 제안한다. 사례기반추론은 과거의 경험이나 상황을 사례 데이터베이스로 구축하여 어떠한 상황이나 문제가 발생하면 기존의 사례 데이터베이스에서 가장 유사한 사례들과 비교 분석하여 현재에 처한 상황과 가장 유사한 상황을 검색하여 그에 따른 사용자가 원하는 정보를 제공한다. 즉 사용자의 상황정보를 바탕으로 검색된 유사한 사례들에 대한 유사도를 측정, 구함으로써 유사도가 높은 사례일수록 현재의 상황과 가장 유사한 상황으로 인식하여 그에 따른 해결책을 제시하여 사용자로 하여금 원하는 서비스를 제공받고자한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate middle school students' processes of argumentation in science lessons and to compare students' argumentation in different contexts (socioscientific context/scientific context). An argumentation-based teaching-learning strategy was used to enhance quality in students' arguments in science lessons. Data were collected from five lessons by video- and audio-recording eight groups of four students each engaging in argumentation. The quality and frequency of students' argumentation was analyzed using an assessment framework based on the work of Toulmin. The findings showed that: (a) there was improvement in the quality of students' argumentation; (b) there were no differences in the structure of argumentation and percentage of explanatory argumentation components as well as dialogic argumentation components in different argumentation contexts. The results of this study showed that students' argumentation can be enhanced with strategic argumentation teaching-learning.

This paper examines the problems of big data analysis education and suggests ways to solve them. Big data is a trend that the characteristic of big data is evolving from V3 to V5. For this reason, big data analysis education must take V5 into account. Because increased uncertainty can increase the risk of data analysis, internal and external structured/semi-structured data as well as disturbance factors should be analyzed to improve the reliability of the data. And when using opinion mining, error that is easy to perceive is variability and veracity. The veracity of the data can be increased when data analysis is performed against uncertain situations created by various variables and options. It is the node analysis of the textom(텍스톰) and NodeXL that students and researchers mainly use in the analysis of the association network. Social network analysis should be able to get meaningful results and predict future by analyzing the current situation based on dark data gained.

Since emergency response training for maritime safety and safety education of maritime education institutions are conducted based on the set scenarios and education contents, there are limitations in the reduction of human error and response to various situations. Although there is a need for improvement, there is no way to improve response capabilities by assessing existing education training and securing diversity in situations. This study proposes a theoretical procedure analyzer method to model the diversity of situations for the improvement of emergency response training. This paper defines the human and system theoretical procedure analysis model (HSTPA) based on the organic relationship of the source and system. The limitations of the existing training were derived by analyzing the errors that each component could produce and applying them to the fire response training scenarios requiring vertical reporting systems and responses. The segmentation and inspection of training scenario considerations applying the proposed HSTPA model is believed to help create diverse and realistic scenarios in emergency response training and education, and improve the situation judgment understanding and response capabilities of the subjects.

Recently, the number of applicants for the engineering college is gradually decreased all over the nation. Additionally, the concerns of fall of freshman mathematical ability are raised due to the incomplete high school education. Therefore, the local universities endeavor in order to improve the quality of mathematics education, and study the countermeasure against the crisis. As part of these efforts, Sang-Myung University founds the innovation center for engineering education. The center derives several ideas in order to enhance the mathematics education quality. In this paper, the enhancement plans for the mathematics education in Sang-Myung University are proposed. Results in this paper will be helpful for other university to enhance the mathematics education as reference materials.

This study aims to analyze research trend of Web 2.0 use in education and to suggest directions for further studies. Sixty representative studies were selected and analyzed in terms of a developed framework of Web 2.0 based learning environments and an analysis scheme. This scheme is divided into five dimensions: research targets, research themes, types of Web 2.0 tools, learning theories and research methodology. The findings indicate that a majority of the previous studies aimed to share information and reflect thoughts in collaborative contexts through blogs and wikis at universities. Some implications were discussed for further studies.

Recently, the awareness of the domestic information security is very higher due to cyber war and hacking incidents. Yet, the information security professional is very scarce situation. In these circumstances are increasing of a opening the information security related departments of the domestic universities. And the Educational institutions are developed various curriculums. However, the domestic information security curriculum is different depending on the university or department. And there tends to be concentrated on the practical education rather than theoretical education. Therefore, in this paper will be analyzed to the Information security curriculum situation of the domestic Information Security related universities. This is expected to be utilized in a systematic curriculum development of the domestic information security education in a future.

Corona19 has experienced radical changes in teaching methods in primary and secondary schools and higher education institutions, and the Ministry of Education has continued various attempts and support to ensure the quality of teaching and to promote learning participation in distance education. In this study, the support policy of the Ministry of Education for the post-Corona era was reviewed, and the professors' experiences in remote education were investigated and analyzed through intensive interviews. As a way to utilize programs to support participation in learning in real-time distance education, first, consideration of the proper period of concentration of learning by learners, second, coping with unexpected problems during learning activities, and using small meeting rooms and chatting as a collaboration tool were presented.

This study is to investigate the type, process and context of inquiry activities in life science textbooks based on the seventh curriculum. Six kinds of science textbooks were analysed. Three units of life science were analysed; 'the structure of living things', 'digestion and circulation' and 'respiration and excretion', As result of analysis, types, processes and skills, and context of inquiry were not balanced, it is suggested that learners be educated with complementary of this aspects. To develope the science textbook on the basis of aims and objectives of curriculum, it is proposed that the inquiry activities presented in science textbooks be examined, and the framework to evaluate inquiry activities be reflected on the standard of science textbook authorization
