대통령직속 녹색성장위원회는 미래 국가성장동력인 저탄소 녹색성장 정책을 효율적으로 전파하고 전문인력을 체계적으로 양성하기 위해 전국 공무원훈련기관, 공공교육훈련기관, 민간교육훈련기관을 대상으로 '2012년 녹색교육기관'을 공모했다. 저탄소 녹색성장 기본법(안) 제 2조 2호에 따르면, 녹색성장이라는 의미는 '에너지와 자원을 절약하고 효율적으로 사용하여 기후변화와 환경훼손을 줄이고 청정에너지와 녹색기술의 연구개발을 통하여 새로운 성장 동력을 확보하며 새로운 일자리를 창출해 나가는 등 경제와 환경이 조화를 이루는 성장'이라고 명시되어 있다. 녹색성장기관은 이러한 기본법을 바탕으로 저탄소 녹색성장과 관련한 다양한 에너지관련 정책 및 이슈를 넓은 범위로 전파하여 '저탄소 녹색성장'을 보다 친숙하게 접하게 하자는 취지에서 지난 2010년 교육기관 지정을 시작하였으며, 2010년 48개, 2011년 16개, 2012년 11개 총 75개 기관이 녹색교육기관으로 지정 받아 활발한 교육활동을 벌이고 있다.

As the protection of personal information has been appeared as a main issue in educational institutions, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (currently the Ministry of Education) opened InfoSec Training Center to train personnels of educational institutions in 2012. To achieve the purpose of the establishment of the centers, each center needs to identify training target, make training roadmap and design specialized training curriculum. The paper aims to develop criteria to evaluate training and operating levels of InfoSec Training Centers using AHP.

본 연구에서는 국내 게임 산업의 최근 동향과 함께 게임 산업의 인력 수급 현황을 살펴보고, 게임 교육기관 여섯 곳의 교육 시스템과 방향을 비교 분석하여 게임 교육기관의 변화와 현황 및 문제점을 찾아내고자 하였다. 이는 문헌연구와 인터넷을 통해 해당 학교별 특징과 장단점을 정리하고, 공통적으로 부족한 부분을 도출하여 개선방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 게임개발사 직원들을 대상 게임 산업 전문가를 두 그룹으로 분류하고 심층면접을 실시하여 게임 전공자에 대한 만족도와 우수 업무능력, 부족한 업무능력, 교육기관에 요구하는 교육내용 및 소양 등에 대한 의견을 분석하여 문제점을 도출 시켰다. 이에 대한 결과로 특정계열 및 세부전공으로 편향된 교육과정을 운영하는 교육 기관이 많은 점과, 게임 세부 직무별 전문성과 응용력 향상에 적합한 교육과정이 체계적으로 구성되어 있지 않은 점, 창의력 향상을 위한 교육과정이 매우 부족한 점이 문제점으로 도출되었다. 이에 대한 해결 방안으로 게임 콘텐츠산업과 교육기관 각자의 역할에 대한 정체성과 교육기관의 교육방향성을 통한 미래 발전방안을 제안하였다.

Following the heightened facilitation of information system in the education field, educational institutions encounter frequent information security infringement accidents. However there is insufficient education for persons in charge of information security duties in educational institutions. This study aims to analyze differences of knowledge and skills required for information security professionals in educational institutions by institution type, service area and duty. Based on the results of multidimensional scaling on survey data, this study presents the information security education framework for educational institutions.

본 연구는 비영리기관인 교육기관에 있어서 마케팅 패러다임이 어떻게 변화되고 있는지에 대한 포괄적인 내용을 검토해 보는데 주안점을 두고 있다. 마케팅개념이 주로 영리기관을 중심으로 소비자의 욕구만족이라는 개념으로 받아들여져 기업은 내적으로 효율적인 생산과 제품에 초점을 두는 경영철학을 견지하면서 기존의 마케팅 패러다임인 마케팅믹스 사고로 접근해 왔다. 그러나 최근 기업이 성장 발전하기 위해서는 고객의 현재적 욕구뿐만 아니라 잠재적 욕구까지도 미리 찾아내어 충족시킴으로 고객을 창조하고 더 나아가 고객을 감동시키고 지속적 관계유지를 위한 마케팅 패러다임으로 이동하고 있다. 비영리기관인 교육기관에 있어서도 마케팅개념의 도입과 전개과정은 영리기관의 마케팅패러다임의 변화와 일치하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교육기관에 있어서 기존의 마케팅믹스 사고로 접근한 비영리 마케팅과 서비스마케팅을 재음미 해보고 새로운 통찰력을 제시해 주고 있는 마케팅패러다임의 변화와 새롭게 등장한 관계마케팅을 비영리기관인 교육기관에의 적용에 대해서 향후 구체적 연구에 대하여 문제제기를 하고 있다는 점에서 큰 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

Despite the fact that the construction industry demands a good quality of skilled labors, most of the labors have been nurtured through apprenticeship, without a systematic education. Despite Institutions has been conducted government-funded education and training programs, the number of new workers released through the educational institutions is not up to the demand of the construction sites, and only few construction workers take government-funded education program. This study analyzed the current status and problems of government-funded education and training, to derive problems and illustrates key improvements in the education system. The improvement measures were presented to improve the cost-side difficulties analyzed by major problems and improvements. As a result, this study aids to activate government-funded education and training.

This study was aimed at researching the current condition of differentiated education on gifted infants and a demand for support in an educational institution for gifted infants. The survey was conducted on teachers and principals in infant education institutions including kindergartens, day care centers and other institutions(English kindergartens and playing school) in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon and total 309 questionnaires were collected. Result first, infant educational institutions like kindergartens, day care centers and others lacked infra for differentiated education for gifted infants. Especially in 'the experience of differentiated education' for gifted infants, the three institutions showed a lower level than the normal level. Second, the teacher's demand for differentiated education for gifted infants in educational institutions were remarkably lower than the required level in all three institutions. The study expects that it could be used as the basic standards to seek for the direction of realization of customized and differentiated education that meet the developmental characteristics and educational demands for gifted infants in regular infant educational institutions.

최근 정보화의 역기능이 더욱 다양해지고 광범위해지면서 정보보호의 중요성은 전 세계에 걸쳐 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 이에 따라 정보보호인력을 양성하기 위한 교육기관들이 개설 및 증설되고 있지만, 인력양성의 핵심적인 역할을 담당하고 있는 정규교육기관에서의 정보보호인력 양성 현황에 대한 체계적인 분석은 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 교육통계연보를 이용하여 국내 정규교육기관(전문대학, 대학, 대학원)의 정보보호전공 설치 현황을 파악하고, 설문조사를 실시하여 졸업생 진로 현황, 교육 프로그램 운영 시 애로사항, 교육 프로그램 개발 시 우선순위를 파악한다. 또한 이를 토대로 정보보호인력의 공급을 전망하고 학교 급별로 정보보호인력의 양성 방안을 제시한다.

Because personal information files held by educational institutions include sensitive information such as personal school affairs information or health information, damages resulted from personal information leakage of educational institutions are expected to be serious. In order to respond to this problem, the Ministry of Education has expanded information security education targeting (personal) information security officers in educational institutions. However, a number of personal information leakage cases of public institutions occurred at educational institutions. Thus, this study, targeting information security education centers, through an empirical research, tries to confirm whether information security education supply is being properly provided for (personal) information security officers in educational institutions, and suggest the appropriate balance between education supply and education demand as the implication for the educational direction of information security education centers.
