For successful accomplishment of ICT application in education that has been carried out in elementary schools, comprehensive supports to the essential factors, that are related systematically, in education such as curriculum, educational environment, and teachers are necessary. With this idea in mind, the purpose of this work is to analyze barriers to ICT application in education and propose desirable improvement plans for activating ICT application in education for elementary schools. For this purpose, in this work, we first conduct an extensive survey. In order to get the extensive survey results, three points of view, that is, curriculum, educational environment, and teachers are considered. Based on the survey results, we present the current status and activation plans of ICT application in education for each point of view.

본 논문에서는 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육의 문제점에 대한 대안으로 구성주의 이론을 바탕으로 한 PBL을 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육에 적용하여 학습자의 컴퓨터 활용 능력 수준에 따라 문제 해결 과정에 미치는 영향을 분석해 보았다. PBL 모형에 따라 초등학교 3학년 즐거운 컴퓨터 내용 중 3단원 소프트웨어의 활용의 내용을 재구성하여 실험처치 하였다. 실험 결과 문제 해결 과정에 있어서 문제의 이해 단계와 해결책 고안 단계에는 PBL이 컴퓨터 활용 능력 상위 수준의 학습자에게, 해결책의 평가 단계에는 컴퓨터 활용 능력 하위 수준의 학습자에게 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

This paper is to raise several questions in teaching the Graph and Linear Transformation complied with the Mathematics Amended Curriculum announced in 2006 Aug. and then to formulate a plan accordingly. For this, we'll take a good look at the prior studies on the Graph and Linear Transformation after the announcement of the 7th School Curriculum along with the changes in their contents through the process of curriculum. Then we'll check over learning factors of the Graph and Linear Transformation in all 27 kinds of the authorized textbooks - 'Mathematics I', 'Applications of Mathematics', and 'Geometry and Vectors' - and 27 kinds of exercise books issued on 2009. By this, we put measures which improve understanding and apply correctly to the Graph and Linear Transformation in the Mathematics Amended Curriculum to high school teachers.

체계적이고 효율적인 경량전철시스템 건설 및 운영을 위해 시스템엔지니어링(SE) 기술의 적용은 필수적인 활동이 되었다. 이에 따라 사업수행과정에서 다양한 요구사항과 위험요소를 적기에 식별하고 조치하는 시스템엔지니어링 인력의 전문성이 매우 중요하게 고려되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 경량전철 시스템엔지니어링 사업과 관련된 이해관계자들(획득자 및 공급자, 그리고 협력업체 등)을 위한 SE 교육교재를 개발하여 사업수행 전 및 수행과정에서 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 교육교재는 일반(공통)과정, 수행자(실무자)과정, 심화수행자(관리자)과정)으로 구분하여 개발하였다. 이는 경량전철사업의 성공과 우수한 성과 창출을 위해 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

현재의 교육에 있어서 정보의 가치는 무한한 가능성을 내포하고 있다. 하지만 학습 과정에서 생성되는 많은 정보들이 재활용되지 못하고 있다. 학습 과정에서 학습자들이 생성한 결과물을 차기 학습에 참고자료로서 재활용될 경우 보다 체계적이고 질적으로 향상된 학습 과정 개발이 가능하며 또한 풍부한 실질적인 학습 참고 자료를 제공함으로써 학습 효과를 향상시킬 수 있다. 학습 과정에서 생성된 정보들을 체계적으로 관리, 검색 및 활용할 수 있는 교육용 저장소 관리 시스템이 요구된다. 이 논문에서는 이를 위한 E-Repository 시스템을 제안한다. E-Repository 시스템은 생성된 학습 결과물은 체계적으로 등록, 관리하고 학습들이 활용할 수 있는 기능을 제공함으로써 학습 효과를 배가시키고 보다 풍부한 정보의 제공 및 공유를 가능하게 한다. 이는 더 나아가 보다 체계적인 학습 과정 개발을 가능하게 할 것이다.

정보통신윤리는 정보화사회에서 인간의 존엄성과 인간의 본래적 가치를 지켜 인간 중심의 건전한 정보 문화를 창출해 나갈 버팀목이라 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 연구는 정보화사회에서의 정보통신윤리교육의 필요성을 고찰하고, 정보통신윤리교육 내용을 교육과정 및 선행연구에 나타난 내용을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이를 토대로 정보통신윤리교육 내용을 재정립해 보았다. 아울러 인터넷에서 정보통신윤리교육에 활용할 수 있는 컨텐츠를 분석하고 이를 적용한 교수 학습 과정안을 제시하였다.

After National Mathematics Education Advanced Plan represented in 2012, mathematics education fields began to attention to 'Storytelling'. Because the plan contains important topics, reinforcing mathematics education, improving understanding about mathematics, and enhancing self-guided learning. As one of the methods for improving understanding about mathematics, Storytelling in mathematics is emphasizing recently. The purpose of this study is to analyse the articles about 'Storytelling Mathematics' to find how the media report it. Also, we discuss the direction of Storytelling in mathematics education. The conclusion of this study is that most of the privately-owned company is using the Storytelling as a tool for advertising commercially. Readers have to make a decision which articles are true or useful. A policy makers must ponder how the 'Storytelling Mathematics' policy affect the demands and suppliers in education.

This study is to present cooperative instructional concept framework for the library-based instruction of teacher-librarians, based on 'Information and the Library' curriculum and instructional design procedure. The development of cooperative instructional units has been initiated in the school libraries, but the research based on instructional theories, including instructional design, is lacking. In this aspect, instructional theories and methodologies for the cooperative instruction of teacher-librarians are important. The cooperative instructional units for teacher-librarians should be developed by 'Information and the Library' curriculum and instructional design procedures. The objectives of the curriculum emphasize information use process based on information task. This study is to present cooperative instructional concept framework, and to help teacher-librarians develop specific cooperative instructional units based on the framework.

This study compared the perceptions of novice teachers and expert teachers on software education in the 2015 revised curriculum. Awareness comparisons were assessed by questionnaire for priorities for field support, activities for professional development, organizational hours, achievement criteria statements, and appropriateness for textbooks introduced only in 6th grade. In all questions, there was a difference in recognition between the two groups. In particular, novice teachers were '' appropriate '' in terms of organizational hours, achievement criteria, and textbooks introduced only in 6th grade. Expert teachers, on the other hand, were inadequate. In addition, as a result of analyzing the key keywords of free-response opinions about the introduction of educational robots in the curriculum and textbooks, positive keywords were obtained for both groups. However, novice teachers showed passive and passive keywords such as 'support', 'difficulty', and 'problems', and expert teachers showed differences in their educational utilization after introducing 'utilization' and 'education'.

본 연구는 학생들의 효율적인 학습을 위하여 정보처리이론에 따른 소프트웨어 교육 수업 전략 설계 및 교수학습 활용 방법을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 정보가 입력되어 인출되기까지의 정보처리과정을 적용해 소프트웨어 교육에서 프로그래밍을 보다 효과적으로 이해하고 적용할 수 있는 원리와 방법을 제시한다. 학습의 과정을 개선하고 소프트웨어 교육 정보를 보다 많이 기억하고 인출할될 수 있도록 돕는 유용한 내용들을 제공한다. 정보처리이론을 소프트웨어 교육 수업에 적용함으로써 학생들은 집중력, 문제해결능력이 향상되고 학습정보에 대해 효과적으로 기억하며 장기간 기억, 인출이 가능해 질 것을 기대한다. 교육 환경이 발전하고 학습방법도 달라지고 있지만 학습자의 인지구조가 변화되진 않을 것이다. 그러므로 발전하는 교육 환경에 맞추어 정보처리이론을 토대한 소프트웨어 교육에서 교수·학습 방법은 지속적으로 연구되어야 한다.
