조종사가 수행하는 조종 업무는 여러 정보를 동시에 지각하여 처리하여 야 하는 복잡한 작업으로 구성되어 있어, 조종사에게는 고도의 인간성능이 요구되고 있다. 또한 조종기술을 습득하기 위해서는 많은 훈련시간과 비용 이 소요되며, 조종사의 실수는 치명적인 사고를 초래한다. 따라서 조기에 비행 부적격자를 판별하고, 미흡한 조종 적성을 함양시킬 수 있는 교육 . 훈련 프로그램을 조종 후보생에게 적용시키는 분석적 조종적성 진단 체계 개발은 조 종사의 도태율 감소, 효율적인 비행훈련, 비행 안전사고 감소 등의 측면에서 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 조종 업무 수행시 요구되는 여러 인간 기능의 중요도 차이를 조종 적성 평가 체제에 적용하기 위해서, 각 적성 검사 항목들의 상대적 중요도를 분석하고 이의 타당성을 평가하였다. 적성검사 항목의 상대적 중요도 분석은 조종적성검사 계층구조의 각 수준별 쌍체 비교 평가와 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 분석에 의한 상대적 중요도 산출 및 평가, 그리고 일관성 지수(Consistency Index)에 의한 분석 결과의 조정을 통해 이루어 졌다. 적성검사 항목의 쌍체 비교 평가는 심리기능검사, 비행자질 검사 등 총 29개 적성검사 항목에 대해 검사를 받았고 또한 초등비행 훈련과정을 수료한 조종 학생들에 의해 이루어 졌다. 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과 심리기능 검사(W=0.30)가 다른 검사에 비하여 조종적성 평가에 중요한 검사로 나타났으며, 세부 항목으로는 주의 분배력(W=0.13), 추적능력(0.06) 등이 상대적으로 중요한 검사 항목으로 나타났다. 또한 상대적 중요도 결과를 적용한 적성검사 성적이 적용하지 않은 적성검사 성적에 비해 비행성적에 대한 예측 능력이 좋은 것으로 평가되었다.al age)가 있다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 한편, 생산현장에서는 자동화, 기계화가 진보되어 육체적인 노동이 경감된 결과, 중고령자라도 할 수 있는 작업이 많아지고 있다. 또, VDT (Visual Dislay Terminal) 작업과 같은 정보처리 작업의 수요가 증가하여 그 인재의 부족이 지적되고 있다. 따라서 중고령자의 기능을 조사하여 어떠한 작업에 적합한가를 판단하는 것이 중요한 과제로 되었다. 그러나 노동에는 많은 기능이 관여 하고, 그 내용에 따라서 요구되는 기능이 서로 다르기 때문에 노동적응능력의 기본적인 기능으로 보여지는 것에 좁혀서 작업능력의 연령증가 변화에 대하여다원적 평가를 하는 것이 실제적이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인간이 가지고 있는 다수의 기능중에서 수지교 치성과 연령증가와의 관계를 조사한다. 만약 연령증가 만으로 수지교치성을 평가 할 수 없는 경우에는 어떠한 요인이 수지기민성의 변화에 영향을 미치는가를 검토한다.t list)에서 자동적으로 사건들의 순서가 결정되도록 확장하였으며, 설비 제어방식에 있어서도 FIFO, LIFO, 우선 순위 방식등을 선택할 수 있도록 확장하였다. This research was conducted to examine the effects of cognitive and emotional empathy amongst employees, and its contribution to the enhancement of the effectiveness of an organization. Further, 'job stress' was used as the moderating value. For this purpose, examination procedures were based on theoretical ground drawn from previous research papers, and an appropriate hypothesis established. Statistical methods were also employed to obtain empirical evidence. This study consisted of four variables. The independent variable is categorised into the factors of cognitive and emotional empathy. Job stress as the moderating value as well as job satisfaction and turnover intention as members of the dependent variable. A survey was carried out targeting employees of numerous firms working in teams, and a total of 324 samples were collected and processed by the software package SPSS 21 for windows as a means to verify the set study model and hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows: The two factor of cognitive and emotional empathy did not present with any significant effects. However, cognitive empathy in relation to job stress was found to inflict negative effects. The study also found the two factors to play a significant role in asserting positive effects on an individual's level of satisfaction on his/her job. While the study further explained that cognitive understanding had the tendency to impose negative effects on the turnover intention, emotional empathy did not demonstrate significant effects. Job related stress negatively effects the level of satisfaction of an individual's given task or a job and positive relation with turnover intention. It was confirmed that job stress had a degree of intermediary role upon other factors such as empathy, job satisfaction and turnover intention. The results of the study purported that empathy can raise the level of an individual's job satisfaction and kerb turnover intention. In order to accomplish depreciated levels of job related stress, it is vital that firms consistently input fervent endeavours to be subserved. It must be able to create an environment wherein employees may enjoy the improved structure of the company to empathies with each other. These transitions would allow firms to achieve maximum efficiency and improvements on the effectiveness of an organization.

This article intends to draw the Road map of Korean International Animation Festival through the research of background and its identity of 4 International Animation Film Festivals Such as Annecy, Zagreb, Ottawa and Hiroshima. I was given opportunity to visit Annecy since 2009, it brought me to the real attraction of animation for watching of pleasure and passion of the people those who love animations. For the combining more advanced system and structure for Animation Festival in Korea, I had to do research all the information from the documents from the Annecy Collections. though I have not get the chance to go others except Annecy, However, I could get their background and history whenever I met the other Festival Committee Members. These Festivals showed us successful Road Map for the Animation Festivals in Korea as a role model. For the getting advanced system of Animation Festivals in Korea. It requires the animation theater for animation, effort for the Audiences's Convenience and international network composition system. However, the last task of us is to make people to entertain and enjoy the animation Films, its world of attraction.

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine understanding of the meaning of well-dying and types of such views held by medical practitioners and nursing students. Methods: The Q-methodology was used to analyze the subjectivity of each item. The P-sample was made up of 22 medical practitioners or nursing students. The P-sample was instructed to rate 33 statements using a 7-point scale to obtain forced normal distribution. They were asked to make extra comments on the statements that were placed on both ends of the distribution curve. The PC-QUANL Program was used for the factor analysis of the collected data. Results: The participants had three types of meaning of well-dying. Total variance explained by these types was 57.97%" where type 1 was "reality-oriented", type 2 "relationship-oriented" and type 3 "obeying-the-nature". Conclusion: The participants' subjective views on well-dying influences their medical practice on patients who are facing death. Therefore, medical practitioners should have profound insights concerning life and death. To that end, a training program is needed to help medical practitioners develop a proper view on well-dying by subjectivity type.

최근에 지리 정보를 검색, 관리, 분석할 수 있는 지리 정보 시스템(Geographic information System)의 사용이 확대됨에 따라 단순한 수치지도 정보 이외에 좀 더 현실적이고. 사실적인 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있는 시스템에 대한 요구가 커지고 있다 이러한 요구에 부응하는 한 방향으로써 차량에 부착된 카메라 등등 사용하여 획득한 비디오 데이터와 수치지도 정보를 연계하여 특정 수치지도 객체의 영상을 제공함으로써 수치지도 객체에 대한 자세한 현장의 정보를 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 하는 비디오 지리 정보 시스템이 등장하였다. 하지만 기존의 비디오 지리 정보 시스템은 획득한 비디오 데이터를 수치지도의 한 속성으로서 표현하거나, 수치지도에서 비디오 데이터로의 단순한 링크를 사용하여 수치지도와 연계함으로써 수치지도의 검색을 통한 영상 정보의 출력이라는 단방향 검색만을 지원한다. 즉, 비디오 데이터에 존재하는 수치지도 객체의 검색을 통한 수치지도의 검색 및 관리, 분석은 지원해 주지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비디오 데이터와 수치지도의 양방향 검색 및 관리를 지원하는 비디오 지리 정보 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 이를 위해 1) 비디오 데이터와 수치지도 정보를 효율적으로 연계하기 위한 데이터 모델을 제안하고, 2) 비디오 데이터와 수치지도 정보의 연계 정보를 추출 및 구축하는 과정을 제안하며, 3) 비디오 데이터의 출력 및 검색, 수치지도의 출력 및 검색, 연계 정보를 통한 비디오 데이터와 수치지도 정보의 연동 등을 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 시스템을 컴포넌트(Component) 구조를 사용하여 설계한다. 이해성 및 이를 기반으로 하는 교육용 애플리케이션 개발의 용이성의 증대를 기대할 수 있으며, 모델의 재사용성을 보장할 수 있다. 제안한다.수행하였다. 분석에서는 제품의 효율성뿐만 아니라 보안성을 중요하게 생각하였으며, 앞으로 보안 관련 소프트웨어 개발에 사용될 수 있는 도구들이 가이드 라인에 대한 정보를 제공한다.용할 수 있는지 세부 설계를 제시한다.다.으로서 hemicellulose구조가 polyuronic acid의 형태인 것으로 사료된다. 추출획분의 구성단당은 여러 곡물연구의 보고와 유사하게 glucose, arabinose, xylose 함량이 대체로 높게 나타났다. 점미가 수가용성분에서 goucose대비 용출함량이 고르게 나타나는 경향을 보였고 흑미는 알칼리가용분에서 glucose가 상당량(0.68%) 포함되고 있음을 보여주었고 arabinose(0.68%), xylose(0.05%)도 다른 종류에 비해서 다량 함유한 것으로 나타났다. 흑미는 총식이섬유 함량이 높고 pectic substances, hemicellulose, uronic acid 함량이 높아서 콜레스테롤 저하 등의 효과가 기대되며 고섬유식품으로서 조리 특성 연구가 필요한 것으로 사료된다.리하였다. 얻어진 소견(所見)은 다음과 같았다. 1. 모년령(母年齡), 임신회수(姙娠回數), 임신기간(姙娠其間), 출산시체중등(出産時體重等)의 제요인(諸要因)은 주산기사망(周産基死亡)에 대(對)하여 통계적(統計的)으로 유의(有意)한 영향을 미치고 있어 $25{\sim}29$세(歲)의 연령군에서, 2번째 임신과 2번째의 출산에서 그리고 만삭의

This study has analyzed the factors that influence the unification perception of adolescents. To achieve this, 399 adolescents who live in Gyeonggi, Chungnam and Chungbuk area were selected as study subjects. For the data analysis, PASW Statistics 18.0 was used. The main results of this study are as follows: First, the level of unification perception of general and multi-cultural family adolescents were 3.22 and 2.96 respectively showing that general adolescents were significantly higher. Second, the factors that influence the unification perception were shown to be same for each group, but significantly different for their influence of each group. The factors that influence the unification perception of general adolescents were shown in the order of national identity, unification education, exclusion of school life. The factors that influence the unification perception of adolescents in multi-cultural family were shown in the order of exclusion of family relationship, national identity, exclusion of school life. Third, in the relationship between social exclusion and unification perception, buffering effects of national identity were identified to be different in each group. Based on these results, several ways were suggested to improve the unification perception of adolescents.

As carbon dioxide, the main greenhouse gas, is generally emitted by vehicles, the development and distribution of electric cars is important for the sustainability of environmentally-friendly tourism, especially in national parks. National parks in Korea, however, still see the use of traditional vehicles powered by internal combustion engines in the handling of visitors and the transportation of goods and staff. Such engines being the cause of environmental problems such as exhaust emission and noise pollution, the introduction of electric cars in national parks is needed. This study aims to analyze the economic value of electric cars in national parks as well as contribute to the development of the Green Transportation model in tourism destinations. The study used a logit model to estimate the willingness to pay for the introduction of electric cars in national parks. Adults over the age of twenty, with gender and age apportioned equally, were surveyed using questionnaires that included dichotomous as well as demographic questions. The findings show that the amount an individual is willing to pay for the purpose of environmental conservation is 3,948 won, while the value the national parks would derive from the use of electric cars is 56,138,130,000 won. The introduction of electric cars in national parks is expected to offer both direct and indirect benefits while helping to improving the environment of the national parks by eliminating exhaust emission and noise. This introduction would also be a response to climate change that can be taken by society as a whole.

This paper studied the type and character of the Divinity in Korean shamanism. The study of the Divinity means the hierarchy of shamanism, the relationship between shamanism and divinity, and the comparison between shamanism and divinity. The study of the shamanistic divinity based on Kim Tae - Gon's collection of anthology by Shaman(1971). The Jaesugut was composed of the contents of the gods blessing human beings. The JaesuGut of Seoul vary from 10 to 18 depending on the author. The JaesuGut of Goseong consists of 8 Gut. The essence of the ritual gut is to pray for the peace of the individual by using the world which is not explained by reason and science. It is a reincarnation that reflects the world of experience that is stored in the memory of human being that both reason and science can not explain. And the desire to escape from fear was reflected in Jaesu Gut. Every Jaesu Gut in Seoul and Goseong has a main divinity. This main divinity is attached to the divinity in another Gut and becomes a subordination divinity. It also becomes a subordinate-subordination divinity to the another Gut. This study aims to investigate determinants that affect job retention of injured workers depending upon types of return to work in order to suggest define the intervention priority for those who returned to original works and for those who did not. After constructing explaining variables based on literature reviews, determinants were verified analyzing 1,292 people using Panel Study of Worker's Compensation Insurance(PSWCI) data. The job retention period turned out to be 46.6 months for those who returned to original work and 34.2 month for those who returned to new works. Injured workers who return to new works tend to have more unemployment experiences. As a result of Cox proportional regression analysis, the longer it takes to return to work, the longer both groups tend to retain after the accident. Age, recuperation period, health status, psycho-social rehabilitation, education and occupational training also affect on job retention probability for those who return to new work. Based upon the analyzed result, setting up an adequate duration for return-to-work, intervention for injured workers who experienced vulnerable working condition before the accident and continuous case management after return-to-work are suggested.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to examine the validity and reliability of the Korean version of Life Balance Inventory (K-LBI) and to present the relationship between life balance and sensory processing. Methods : K-LBI was constructed through forward and backward translation. Convergent validity, internal consistency, and test-retest reliability were tested for college students. To verify convergent validity, correlation analyses between K-LBI and Korean version of Perceived Stress Scale, Korean version of Satisfaction With Life Scale, and Adult Self Report-Achenbach system of empirically based assessment were performed. Split-half reliability and test-retest reliability were also obtained for reliability verification. We performed the correlation analysis between K-LBI and Korean version of Adolescent/Adult Sensory Profile. Results : A significant correlation was found between K-LBI and the scales for convergent validity. A favorable split-half reliability and test-retest reliability were calculated. The positive correlations were found between relationship life balance and sensory sensitivity/sensation avoiding quadrants. The negative correlation was found between challenges life balance and low registration. Conclusion : This study shows that K-LBI is a valid and reliable tool in Korea. It also provides an in-depth understanding of the relationship between life balance and sensory processing.
