인터넷 활용 보급과 초고속 통신망의 확대는 능동적 학습, 상호작용적 학습, 협력학습 등의 원리들을 구현할 수 있다는 점에서 그 교육적 가치는 매우 높다. 즉, 개방적이며 상호작용적인 특성을 지니는 교육 체제로의 변화와 함께 우리들의 학습에 융합시킬 수 있는 컨텐츠가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 학습자 중심의 자기주도적 공학교육 컨텐츠 개발에 대한 실질적인 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 교육 패러다임의 변화로 인하여 온 오프라인 컨텐츠의 활용이 높아지고 있으며 온라인학습을 통한 교수학습의 용이성과 오프라인을 통한 직접적 학습 피드백, 팀플레이 자료구성 및 발표 등의 컨텐츠가 추가적으로 필요하다. 또한, 기본적인 공학교육에 바탕하여 최신 정보에 대해 주도적이며 자발적인 학습과정을 통해 알아보고 그 정보의 분석과 발표를 통하여 효율적인 학습효과를 얻을 수 있다. 결론적으로, 정부에서의 국내 공학교육의 재정적인 지원 및 공학교육에 대한 대학 간의 교류를 더 마련해야하며 꾸준한 지원 및 교수학습의 방법과 전략에 대한 세부적인 연구와 개발이 필요하다고 본다.

Recent changes in medical environment are based on technology such as internet. As most hospitals require the change and the adaptation of medical, medical information experts are more needed. In this study, we developed web based PBL model and applied it to the students majoring in medical information system. The developed web-PBL model focuses on learner's online learning activities to enhance collaborative learning and self-directed learning by using online learning tools. At the result of the research, We found that the students' course evaluation somewhat increased compared to the previous class and the students positively perceived on PBL model. Moreover, this study showed that using blog as a online learning tool was a good way to enhance cooperative learning.

본 논문에서는 21세기에 인재양성에 필요한 학습능력의 동향을 알아보고 전통적 교육에서 스마트 교육으로 변화함에 따라 스마트 러닝 교수설계 모형을 제안하고자 한다. 21세기 사회는 지식기반사회, 지식정보사회 등 '지식'이 핵심 키워드라 할 수 있다. 기존의 전통적 지식과 21세기에 필요한 학습능력을 통합하여 디지털 교과서, 온라인 수업, 클라우드 교육 서비스, 스마트 교육환경의 콘텐츠와 교수학습 모형을 융합하는 새로운 교수설계 모형이 필요하며 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

Intelligent Tutoring System is composed of tutoring module, student module and expert module. Among the modules, interface module is the most closely related to students and shares the biggest part of a learning system. Interface module is important for students both in e-learning system but also in intelligent tutoring system. But research on the improvement of interface hasn't been actively done. It studied the interface improvement that has very close relation to e-Learning students. It studied the main components of the existing interface and designed multimedia interface to correct the problems of previous researches. It also suggested the method to relate it to the intelligent tutoring system.

In this paper, we research on an evaluation model and method for the teaching and loaming using ICT. There are 8 types information search, information analysis, information guidance, collaboration research, discussion with expert, discussion by the web, pen pal by the web, information production in the teaching and teaming using ICT. we propose an evaluation model and method for information search and information analysis which teachers frequently use. Because an evaluation model and mend for the teaching and learning using ICT doesn’t exist, I expect that the evaluation model and method proposed in this paper is effective in the teaching and loaming using ICT.

The purpose of this study are to figure out whether there are the meaningful differences between learner's learning achievements and contents preference in accordance with the delivery strategies (instructor-focused model, learner-focused model) of learning materials suggested by Bloom in web-based instruction, and to suggest the various options on the contents delivery strategies to improve the learner's learning achievements of each learning domains. Learning domains were divided by the cognitive domain, the affective domain, and the psychomotor domain. The result of research with 182 learners showed that learner-focused model in the cognitive domain caused higher learning achievements and preference than instructor-focused model. And instructor-focused model in the psychomotor domain compared with learner-focused model caused higher learning achievements and preference. However, there were less meaningful differences in the affective domain. In other words, learner-focused model is appropriate to the feature of the cognitive domain while instructor-focused model is appropriate to the feature of the psychomotor domain. The results suggest that delivery strategies should be chosen by domains of learning contents in order to improve learner's learning achievements in web-based instruction. Learner-focused delivery strategies in the cognitive domain and instructor-focused delivery strategies in the psychomotor domain need to be considered positively. Delivery strategies should be studied and developed in order to lead higher learning achievements and preference.

The purpose of this study was to investigate learners' reaction behaviors by the type of learning motive when teaching messages were delivered. The subjects of this study were 82 students from Auniversity and Buniversity in the metropolitan area. Students were online collaborative learning. The instructor delivered six messages. Since then, the researchers have measured the learner 's response time and the frequency and level of interaction. And analyzed using an independent sample t-test. As a result, the frequency and level of interaction increased before the message was delivered. The response time to instructional messages was the fastest among the students with performance avoidance goal orientation. Mastery goal orientation students were most sensitive to scaffolding messages. Performance avoidance goal orientation students responded most sensitively to the reminder message. Finally, Mastery goal orientation students had the most action on new topics. And performance approach goal orientation students had the most to do with accuracy and relevance.

Teaching methods should focus on enabling the students to adopt an open mind towards new experiences and to be flexible to change. Moreover, their purpose lies in encouraging the students to build their ability to discern values so that they can make the right decisions when they are at a crossroad. However, traditional teaching methods were centered on textbooks and on the teachers. This type of teaching method needs to change so that the new teaching method will focus on the students themselves, taking levels of individual students into consideration to enable development of their creativity in line with the demands made during the 21st century, an era of information and globalization. Projected learning method is appropriate for the Physical Education (PE) classes where various activities aim to increase the level of cooperation among students and their investigative skills. Moreover, PE classes pay special attention to the practical aspect. Accordingly, this research makes recommendations for the class execution methods based on projected learning by improving the curriculum for the PE classes, and the effect of these methods are subject to verification.

The education method using visual materials such as video contents is getting more attentions in the education field. This study researched how undergraduate students perceive the objective of education method utilizing video contents, what types of education using video contents they put a great importance on, and what kinds of correlations exist between the video contents method and the ability of discussing about a topic in essay-type examinations. With in-depth interviews with undergraduate students, the results showed that video contents was perceived as one of the attractive teaching methods increasing students' comprehension of lectures. Also, students evaluated that the video contents method could provide an opportunity to be exposed to the vivid scene of the journalistic environment and make them learn practical cases at second hand. Moreover, they perceived the video contents method as a very effective learning method improving their ability to discuss about a topic in essay-type exams.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate which the nature of teacher behavior affects the learning flow in the context of military education. Empirical results show that the leadership of the nature of teacher behavior has a significant effect on three factors of learning flow (flow experience, transformation of time, concentration on task). In addition, the pace of class of the nature of teacher behavior is significantly related to the transformation of time and the concentration on task, and the sense of humor of the nature of teacher behavior significantly affects the concentration on task. The findings provide practical implications on how a military education institution strategically employes the leadership, the sense of humor, and the pace of class in an attempt to select and train instructors.
