The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of the career guidance counselor system and to explore the challenges of the career guidance counselor system in the future. The results of the study are as follows: First, in the case of the career counseling teacher system, ① The qualifications for career counseling teachers are through regular education and training according to the law. ② After acquiring the qualifications for career advancement counseling, receiving an appointment to become a subject teacher for 'career advancement counseling' is subject to another selection criteria. ③ At least one career counseling teacher must be assigned to each school. ④ The common job of secondary career counseling teachers suggested by the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education consists of 15 items, focusing on the task of overseeing school career education as the head of the career counseling department. are presenting ⑤ The Ministry of Education is using a career guidance model as a guideline for career guidance to be referenced when providing career guidance in secondary schools. Second, the task of the career counseling teacher system is to examine the theoretical basis of the career guidance model presented in the ① Career Guidance Guidelines. ② It is necessary to transform former teachers into career teachers. ③ It is necessary to expand the number of career guidance counselors currently assigned to middle and high schools. ④ It is necessary to expand subject-integrated career education.

This study examines the characteristics of teacher education system and professional standards of teachers in Canada through analysis of the current teacher education curriculum and salary grids of teachers in Canada. As a result, the following characteristics were found. First, contents and theories acquired during the course of teacher education are connected to the actual practice to increase the site-compatibility. Second, professional standards of teachers is rather holistic, than detailed and systematic. Based on the findings, the following implication can be drawn. To enhance the site compatibility of teachers in the Republic of Korea, it is requisite to build a persistent, and cooperative relationship among the faculty members of teacher education program, the members of the community, and supervisor teachers of practicum schools. Also, it is necessary to come up with a system that directly connects the professionalism of the teachers and the salary grids, as the salary of teachers are adjusted according to the completion of degree or courses, reflecting the professionalism.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception and need for the revised child care practicum (January, 2017) in Korea. The participants were in three groups: 32 directors, 143 child care teachers and 130 pre-service teachers. Questionnaire were used ot collect the data and t-test, x-test and ANOVA were done for analysis. All three groups responded positively for the revised edition (extending the period of practicum from 4 weeks to 6 weeks). And perceived the extending the period is necessary for the quality of child care centers. Directors with the higher level of education perceived the revision clearly than others. Most of teachers perceived the change through teacher retraining program. All groups pointed out for the implementing the revised edition successfully, supporting and cooperative system is in need for three groups.

2015 개정 교육과정의 적용에 따라 학교 현장에 새로운 요구와 문제 상황이 예상되며, 이에 따라 정보 컴퓨터 교사양성과정도 적절하게 변화될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 예비 정보교사들이 교육현장의 요구와 문제 상황에 대해 직접 고민하고 해결방법을 구안해보도록 하는 방법으로 캡스톤 디자인을 적용하였다. 이를 위해 현재 운영 중인 캡스톤 디자인 강의의 동향을 살펴보고 교과교육영역의 과목과 다루어야 할 정보교사의 자격기준을 살펴보았으며, 이를 바탕으로 캡스톤 디자인 정보교과 교재연구 강의를 설계하였다. 후속 연구로 설계한 강의를 예비 정보교사들에게 적용하고, 이에 대한 효과성을 검토할 것이다.

Teachers are not completed by appointment, but gradually made through self-development and training for a long time. In order to improve a sense of responsibility of home economics teachers, and also to suggest the purpose and direction of program through job training, the needs of training subjects should be preferentially understood. Thus, this study aims to provide basic data for establishing the developmental operation measures of training for home economics teachers, by researching the needs for training performed after the qualification training for first-grade teachers, targeting the teachers participating in the qualification training program for first-grade teachers of home economics in 2017. About the half of the research subjects received the home economics training one time or less for last three years. Through the training for first-grade teachers, the technical improvement of lesson instruction was demanded the most. As professional qualifications that should be cultivated through training, the ability to develop teaching methods and teaching/learning materials was the highest. Regarding the theme of training, the development of teaching/learning materials for home economics was desired the most. They wanted the training method including direct participation with high utilization for lesson, sublation of competition-centered evaluation, preference of instructors with field experience, continuous opportunity of home economics training, and communicative training. Regarding the needs for the 2015 revised curriculum, the demand for the training of 'human development and family' area was the highest. Therefore, in order to improve the professionalism of teachers through home economics training, it would be necessary to improve the educational environment such as temporal room for training and administrative support, and also to provide diverse types of training like group training, remote training, and smartphone app training suitable for changes in the generation of teachers. Also, on top of forming communities of home economics teachers, and sharing great contents of training, there should be individually-customized training for practice and sharing lesson cases.

The school library media specialist is the information manager of school library as well as the teacher who take charge of a study. The basic knowledge of copyright law is needed to supply lawful and safe information service to students and teaching staffs in school. In order for the school library media specialist to have a copyright knowledge, the actual proof research to analyze the copyright recognition degree of school library media specialist is necessary, The survey study measured the recognition degree against copyright of school library media specialists who participate to 2006 school library media specialist 1 class qualification annual study and training process. As a result of the question analysis, the research suggested concretely Improved plans to raise the copyright recognition of school library media specialist.

Korean government imposed a free education policy called "Nuri-Curriculum program" available for children under age of 5 ever since march 2012 due to consolidation of national responsibility. The policy presents providing of cost-free and high-quality education/childcare services to people. Nuri program services will expand to applied age of 3-5 children from march 2013. however, because to gain successful outcomes from the program requires well-trained professional educator, it is necessary to standardize education infrastructure in order to improve employees' professionality. Therefore study suggests followings: fisrt, establishment of desirable role-model. second, unification of the training process. third, unifications of administration system and qualification standard. fourth, readjust curriculums to focus on basic knowledge of human life. fifth, clarify the duty of educator and systematize curriculums. sixth, consolidate base criteria.

Since the present training system of Korean teacher librarians is not adequate to strengthen their expertise, the training system should be changed. The purpose of this study is to suggest an improvement of the system, which prescribes their curriculums. To do this, first of all, the requirements for being given a national teacher certification are explored. Secondly, three major previous studies are reviewed. As a result, three subjects have been added to the present curriculum which consists presently of eight subjects. The added subjects are library and information education, information literacy and collaboration and collection development.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the construct model of teaching competency in teacher librarian. For this purpose, this study compares and analysis the existing literature of which teaching competency of subject teacher and teacher librarian competency standard. The teaching competency model of teacher librarian was designed with the result of compares and analysis. The suggested model composed of 3 process: (1) instructional design, (2) Instruction Implementation, (3) Instruction evaluation. It is also suggested that construct of isolated instruction and cooperative instruction. This study can be helpful to development a in-service program of teacher librarian and curriculum of Teacher librarian education.

본 논문에서는 예비유아교사를 위한 디지털교육(인공지능포함) 방안을 제시하며, 이에 맞는 교과목 설계 및 운영에 관한 연구입니다. 최근 4차 산업혁명시대를 맞아 교육부에서 유아교사 자격취득을 위한 세부기준을 발표했는데, 교직과목 중 교직소양영역에 디지털교육을 반드시 포함하도록 하였습니다. 이는 디지털교육의 중요성을 인식하고 교과 과정에 디지털 이해, 디지털 교과 융합교육, 디지털 활용 교육, 디지털윤리 등을 균형있게 학습하도록 하고 있다. 특히 유아교육분야는 유아교사로서 디지털 이해, 활용 및 소양 뿐 만 아니라 유아교육에서 디지털 교과 융합, 인공지능 교육 등을 학습시키는 방안 역시 중요하므로 본 교과목을 통해 미래사회를 주도하는 유아교육분야에 기여하는 바가 크다. 따라서 전문적이고 체계적으로 본 교과목을 설계 및 운영 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
