The purpose of this study was to investigate possible differences in the behavior problems of peer-rejected and peer-neglected children in relation to parent and teacher perspectives. The subjects in this study were 239 children and their parents(fathers:37, mothers: 155. father+mother pairs:47) and 10 teachers in the fifth grade of a public elementary school located in Seoul. The sociometric assessment mothods were positive and negative peer nominations. On the basis of this sociometric assessment. children were assigned to one of 4 categories in degree of popularity:65 popular, 53 average. 62 rejected. and 59 neglected children. Parents and teachers rated child behavior on the Achenbach and Edelbrock Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL) for parents and Teacher's Report Form(TRF) were used. The obtained data were analyzed by one-way MANOVA and Duncan Multiple Range Test. Rejected children were found to exhibit more behavior problems than neglected, popular, or average children. Neglected children, however, did not exhibit more behavior problems than chidren of average status.

목적 : 발성훈련을 받지 않은 각각의 직업적 음성 과사용집단의 음성분석에 대한 연구는 많이 보고되었지만, 이들 집단간의 음성분석을 통하여 각 집단의 음성문제를 비교한 연구는 미흡하다. 따라서 발성훈련을 받지 않은 직업적 음성 과사용집단의 음성 증상 및 음향학적 분석결과를 정상인과 비교함으로써 각 집단간 음성장애의 양상에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 음성장애에 대한 설문조사, 음향적 분석 및 성대화상술검사를 통하여 직업적 음성 과사용집단으로 분류되는 목사, 여자 교환수 및 고교 남녀교사를 증상 및 이학적 검사상 음성장애 소견을 보이지 않는 성인 남녀와 비교하였다. 웹 기반 교육은 전통적인 수업방식과 달리 시간 및 공간적 제약으로부터 많은 자유를 허용함으로써 교사와 학습자간의 교류를 증가시키고 학습자료를 폭 쉽게 공유할 수 있는 등 많은 이점을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 컴퓨터가 설치된 한정된 장소에서만 사용 가능하기 때문에 시간과 공간의 제약으로부터 완전한 해방이 어려우며 이로 인하여 교육 구성원간의 상호 작용을 위한 시간적 지연과 불필요한 통신 접속 횟수의 증가 등이 초래되므로 새로운 개선책이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교육 구성원간의 능동적인 커뮤니케이션을 증대 시킬 뿐 아니라 사용상의 편의성 측면 등을 고려하여 기존의 유선 교육 사이트를 무선과 연동 시킴으로써 기존 시스템의 단점을 보완한 학습 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

마이크로티칭은 교사들의 모의수업을 녹화한 후 피드백, 평가, 성찰의 과정을 통하여 수업 스킬을 개선하는 교수-학습방법으로 교직수업 및 교원연수 등에 활용되고 있다. 그러나 마이크로티칭을 진행하는 데에는 상당한 시간적, 물리적 부담이 부가되며, 때문에 더욱 의미있는 학습, 평가와 성찰의 기회가 허락되지 않기도 한다. 따라서 이를 효율적, 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 한다는 요구가 있다. 본 연구에서는 동영상 위키 시스템에 기반을 둔 마이크로티칭 지원도구를 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 텍스트, 음성 기반 피드백 기능을 지원하여 교수자의 피드백을 보다 원활하게 도우며, 동영상 위키의 속성을 활용하여 동료피드백을 지원하여 능동적 상호작용이 이루어질 수 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the problem of irregular position school librarians in Korea. The backgrounds and momenta of the problem are searched and the major sufferings of irregular position librarians are presented. To identify characteristics and substantial complications of the problem, it's surface and reverse structure are discussed. Through the discussion, solutions for the problem are scrutinized and reflective attitude which the librarian should keep in their mind are proposed.

컴퓨터의 급속한 보급화와 기술의 발달에 따라 컴퓨터의 활용은 사회 전반에 걸쳐 깊숙이 보편화 되었고 정보를 처리하는 대표적인 수단이 되었다. 이런 현상에서 각급 학교에서도 학급 운영과 학생관리 등 거의 모든 업무를 컴퓨터를 이용하여 효율적으로 처리하는 방안을 모색하고 있다. 현재 보편적으로 운용되고 있는 학급 운영 시스템은 일반 학교의 학급을 위한 시스템이 대부분이고, 이들 학급 운영 시스템은 학급운영과 학생관리의 업무 특성상 정신지체장애 학교와 같은 특수학교에 적용하여 운용하기에는 무리가 있는 것이 사실이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정신지체 학교와 같은 특수학교의 특성과 실정에 맞는 학급 운영 시스템을 설계, 구현함으로써 특수학교 교사와 학생의 학급 업무에 대한 효율성을 증대시키고 특수학교 학생들의 특성에 맞는 개별 교육을 원활하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 차별화된 학급 운영 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

본 연구는 변혁적 리더십이 조직몰입을 통해 창의성에 미치는 관계모형 측면에서 연구가 이루어졌다. 연구를 위해 직무의 특성상 공통점이 있고 매일의 수업상황에서 창의성이 요구되는 사립유아교육기관에서 근무하는 207명의 유아교사들을 분석대상으로 하였다. 연구결과는 변혁적 리더십이 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 조직몰입은 창의성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조직몰입은 변혁적 리더십과 창의성간의 정(+)적 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 구성원이 조직의 목표에 부합하는 창의성을 발휘하도록 하는 조직몰입의 역할을 실증하였다는 점에서 그리고 실무적으로 리더의 변혁적 리더십 행위가 구성원의 조직몰입을 이끌어내면서 조직에 유용한 창의성 발휘를 높일 수 있다는 전략적 제안을 마련하였다는 점에서 그 시사점을 찾을 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of irrational beliefs on teacher burnout. Four-hundred twenty-two school teachers participated in this study. Maslach Burnout Inventory and Irrational Belief Test were used to collect data. Collected data were analyzed using stepwise multiple regression. Irrational beliefs significantly predicted teacher burnout. High self-expectation, helplessness, problem avoidance, anxious over-concern and frustration reactivity were significant predictors of teacher burnout. Influence of irrational beliefs on teacher burnout differed according to stages of teacher development and school grade of teacher. The implications of this study on education and counseling for teacher were discussed. Finally future research questions were recommended with the limitations of this study.

This study investigated elementary school teachers' understanding of the image formation by converging lens, pinholes camera, mirror and water. In each case teachers were asked to draw the ray diagram to indicate the position of the image. Teachers' ray diagrams were analyzed in accordance with the scientific process of image formation. Results of analysis showed that teacher's conceptions were classified into five levels for each situation. And most of the teachers were in level 3 and level 4 in each case. Because they had difficulties in the appling scientific conception(propagating path of light, diffused reflection from each object point, role of the eye, ray tracing) to finding location of image. Also most of teachers didn't know how to apply the law of reflection and refraction to each situation. The study finally discussed the teacher training program of the optical image.

인터넷의 발달과 함께 많은 학교들이 홈페이지를 운영하게 되었다. 학교 홈페이지는 온라인 상에서 이루어지는 학생과 학생, 학생과 교사 등 상호작용의 장으로서 그 역할을 담당하고 있고, 그 수단으로서 보드를 통해 생성된 게시판을 많이 이용하고 있다. 기존에 학교에서 사용되고 있는 게시판들은 일반 홈페이지에서 사용되는 보드를 이용한 것이 대부분이어서 학교상황에 최적화된 것이라고 보기는 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 사용도를 중심으로 적응형 웹사이트를 구축할 수 있도록 지원해주는 학교용 웹보드를 설계하고 구현하였다. 특히 사용도를 평가하기 위한 알고리즘을 제시하고, 일반 학교에서 사용되고 있는 게시판을 분석하여 학교현장에 필요한 웹보드를 설계 및 구현함으로 사용자들은 쉽고 친숙하게 사용하고, 이를 이용한 학교홈페이지는 활용면에 있어 성과가 있을 것이라 기대된다.
