  • Contemporary, architecture calls for a wide range of surface textures and treatments. A surface compatible with the architecture's design may vary from a glass-smooth finish to one requiring special sculptured ornamentation. These surfaces require many different types of form sheathing and lining. The purpose, of study development new design form and made elaborateness shape. Easy to used in field that architecture finish material not used expect effective reduce of working hours, personnel expenses, architecture finish material, cost, through this study, we have figured out the best mix proportion for durability and glossability of glossing exposure concrete.

  • Glossing Exposure Concrete is a high quality architectural concrete, i.e., appearance of natural stone and a marbling effect concrete to achieve high quality glassy reflective surface for outer wall of the building. In this study to obtain the conservation and durability of gloss of the "glossing exposure concrete" we developed a from practice and the best mix proportion and derived the optimistic removal time of form to bring out the durable glassy reflective surface and durable concrete. Hereby with the "glossing exposure concrete" obtained, we investigate the accelerate carbonation and accelerate durability test to evaluate the durability factor of this type of concrete.is type of concrete.

  • The surface gloss of the injection molded part is one of the most significant point for evaluation the quality of products appearance. The effects of molding condition on the gloss of HIPS(High Impact Poly Styrene) molded part were investigated in this work. The measurements of gloss on the surface of molded part were carried out with different melt temperature, mold temperature, injection pressure and holding pressure. We observed the result of HIPS gloss compared with our's previous ABS study. The more melt and mold temperature increased, the brighter the gloss increase. Holding and injection pressure had little effect on the gloss. The gloss was effected in order of melt temperature, mold temperature, injection pressure, holding pressure.

  • A goal of this study is to explore the relationship between original shape and human emotion. To this end, a 3-way layout experiment is conducted, whose goal is to find the effect of polishness on the image of cubics. The analysis of the experiment result reveals some differences among the involved factors. This study may contribute to the development of a design system at design-related workplace.

  • The exterior finish not only has a relationship to the functionality of building, but also the spatial aesthetics and visual perception. Common exterior finishes are wood, stone or acrylic based and etc. However, these finishes have different attributes which can alter the quality of the architecture, such as durability, moisture and fire resistance. To make up for the short-comings of these materials, we have used iron based resources for optimization. However, iron materials are expensive, so they have limitations in general use. In this study, we have experimented with various forms of exterior finishes using cement, which is the most efficient and widely used building material with several economic advantages. We experimented with different materials to use as the formwork for the gloss of the cement matrix. As a result, the gloss show that order of urethane, steel, and wood material.
