The purpose of this research is to study the characteristics of the coefficient of perform-ance (COP) of the small absorption refrigeration system. This experimental study is performed with two selected variables, the temperature of the generator and the input temperature of the cooling water. In order to determine the input temperature of the generator which gives maximum COP, the experimental data are obtained with controlling the temperature of the generator in the range of $20-32^{\circ}C$ of the temperature of the cooling water. The range of the generator heat suppling temperature which gives maximum efficiency is about $90-95^{\circ}C.$ The temperature range depends on the characteristics of the equipment unit. The most important result in this experiment is the trends of the COP in accordance with the variation of these temperatures. This trend will furnish the informations and knowledges for designing and operating the absorption refrigerator.

Backcap is an electric remote control system for the operation of directional flow control valves. This paper presents a new type of basckcap system which is characterized by its simple construction. The backcap is essentially a hydraulic cylinder of which the piston is connected to a spool of hydraulic valve and controlled by input current. An inherent feedback is imposed on its mechanism so that no artificial noe is needed. Characteristics of the backcap is verified by stability analysis, transient motion and steady state positioning for step inputs. Design parameter analyses have been executer by some analytical approaches and computer simulations, which lead to their optimal valves. These results contributed to an effective new backcap system and its design strategy.

분화용 바위떡풀 신품종인 '화이트그린(whitegreen)'은 연한 녹색인 대우주(大宇宙)를 모본으로 하고 연한 노란색과 녹색이 섞인 광림(洸淋)을 부본으로 하여 2004년 인공교배에 의해 종자를 얻었다. 이후 2004년부터 2008년까지 고령지농업연구센터의 가온 온실에서 증식 및 재배를 하면서 개화특성을 검정하였다. '화이트그린'품종의 개화기간은 9월 20일부터 시작하여 10월 하순까지 약 33일간 이었으며 꽃은 385.7개로 대조품종보다 많았다. 화색은 밝은 연녹색(G-W 157B)을 띠며, 꽃잎 수는 11.4개로 겹으로 피었다. 화형은 큰대(大)자형이 아니며 화장과 화폭이 각 1.4, 1.4 cm로 대조품종보다 매우 작았다. 초장은 20.7 cm로 대조품종보다는 작았다. 엽수도 48.3개로 대조품종보다 적었다. 엽폭은 3.4 cm, 엽장은 3.0 cm로 역시 대조품종보다 작았다. '화이트그린(whitegreen)'품종은 2011년 국립종자원에 품종보호권이 등록(No. 3456)되었다.

1990년 중구, 종로구, 서대문구, 마포구 등지에 위치해 있었던 웨딩 업체들이 1995년 이후부터 입지상 급속한 변화가 나타나서, 2010년에는 대부분의 업체가 강남구에 집중되어 있다. 강남구 웨딩드레스 업체는 1990년대 초기 광림교회~압구정역 사이에 주로 분포하였다가 점차 도산공원 쪽으로, 그리고 학동사거리를 거쳐 청담동쪽으로 이동하였다. 청담동의 고급 이미지가 웨딩 업체들이 집적하게 된 주된 이유였다. 업체들의 집적은 청담사거리에서 최고를 보였다. 청담동에서 사업을 시작하게 된 동기로는 지역의 높은 인지도, 이미지, 업체 간의 협력 및 연계의 용이 등이었고, 높은 임대료와 교통 불편이 불만족한 점이었다. 업체 간 협력 및 연계는 컨설팅 업체를 통해서 대부분 이루어지고 있었고, 관련 업체의 수준 및 평판이 중요한 요소였다. 연계 및 협력 업체도 청담동에 가장 많이 위치해 있고, 이어서 논현동, 신사 압구정동 순이었다. 웨딩스튜디오, 웨딩드레스, 웨딩컨설팅, 한복 업체 등이 클러스터 관계가 가장 뚜렷했고, 수평 클러스터보다 수직 클러스터의 빈도가 더 높게 나타났다. 서울 웨딩 업체의 이용자 행태는 주로 인터넷과 웨딩컨설팅 업체를 통하여 결혼 정보를 수집하고 있었다.
