본 논문에서는 사용자의 관심도나 선호도를 반영하여, 퍼지숫자를 정렬하는 방법을 제안한다. 사용자는 자신의 관심도나 선호도를 퍼지집합으로 표현한다. 제안하는 방법은 사용자로부터 주어진 퍼지집합을 평가관점으로 이용하며, 평가함수로는 이전에 제안된 만족도 함수를 이용한다. 제안하는 방법이 관점에 따라 어떠한 결과를 주는지를 보기 위하여, 퍼지숫자 정렬에 적용한 예를 보인다.

본 논문에서는 적응적 관심윈도우에 기반한 세포영상 세그먼테이션 기법을 제안한다. 명암지도를 이용하여 초기 관심윈도우를 생성하고, 초기 관심윈도우를 쿼드-트리 분할을 통해 실제 관심영역과 유사한 크기가 될 때까지 축소한다. 이렇게 생성된 적응적 관심윈도우는 세포영상에서 배경을 제거하고 관심영역 추출의 처리시간을 줄일 수 있다. 그리고 세그먼테이션과 관심영역의 분리를 위한 영역 병합 및 제거를 수행하여 최종적으로 정밀한 관심영역을 얻어낸다. 실험에서 제안된 기법은 세포영상의 관심영역을 효과적으로 분리하여 인간 시각과 유사한 향상된 세그먼테이션 결과를 보여준다.

소셜 네트워크 서비스의 사용량이 폭발적으로 증가함에 따라 실생활에서 발생한 이벤트에 관한 정보가 온라인을 통해 급속도로 확산되고 있다. 이에 따라 소셜 데이터를 통해 이벤트를 검출하기 위한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 데이터를 이용하여 키워드 그래프를 구축하여 사용자 관심도를 고려한 이벤트 검출 기법을 제안한다. 사용자의 소셜 행위로부터 관심도를 계산하고 관심도의 변화를 고려하여 이벤트 판별에 이용한다. 기존의 기법과 달리 관심도를 반영함으로써 결과의 신뢰성을 향상시킨다.

본 논문은 기존의 귀납적 결정 트리 방식에서의 문제점 개선을 통한 사용자 관심 프로파일 구축을 목적으로 한다. 특히 사용자 관심 프로파일의 정확도 향상을 위한 속성 선택에 대한 연구에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 사용자의 관심, 비관심 문서를 대상으로 사용자 관심 키워드를 생성하고 이를 바탕으로 초기 문서들을 재표현한다. 재표현된 문서를 입력 집합으로 하여 기계학습을 진행한다. 본 논문의 의사 결정 트리 생성 알고리즘은 입력 집합을 클래스별로 가장 잘 나누는 속성을 선택하여 노드를 구성하는 면에서는 기존의 알고리즘과 같다. 그러나 기존의 의사 결정 트리 알고리즘에서는 hill-climbing.방식을 사용함으로써 사용자의 관심을 나타내는 중요한 단어가 사용자 관심 프로파일에서 숨겨질 경우가 발생한다. 이를 최소화하기 위해 특징 추출을 통해 선택된 속성을 그대로 학습의 입력 데이터로 사용하는 것이 아니라 입력데이터를 가장 잘 나누는 속성과 그 다음 속성을 대상으로 disjunctive 연산을 통해 새로운 속성을 생성하여 이것을 속성 집합에 포함시키고 이를 학습의 입력 데이터로 이용한다. 이와 같이 disjunctive operator를 이용하여 새로운 속성을 의사 결정 트리 형성 시 이용하면 사용자의 중요한 관심을 포함하는 의미 있는(semantic) 사용자 관심 프로파일 구축이 가능해지고, 사용자 관심 프로파일을 기반으로 사용자가 관심 있는 문서를 제공할 수 있는 개인화 서비스를 제공한다.

Over the past decades, a variety of spatial saliency methods have been introduced. Recently, motion saliency has gained much interests, where motion data estimated from an image sequence are utilized. In general, motion saliency requires reliable motion data as well as image segmentation for producing satisfactory saliency map which poses difficulty in most natural images. To overcome this, we propose a motion-based saliency generation that enhances the spatial saliency based on the combination of spatial and motion saliencies as well as motion complexity without the consideration of complex motion classification and image segmentation. Further, an affinity model is integrated for the purpose of connecting close-by pixels with different colors and obtaining a similar saliency. In experiment, we performed the proposed method on eleven test sets. From the objective performance evaluation, we validated that the proposed method produces better result than spatial saliency based on objective evaluation as well as ROC test.

본 논문에서는 세금 계산서 상에서의 관심 영역 및 관심 영역 내의 데이터를 추출하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 먼저, 입력되는 세금 계산서 영상의 색상 정보를 이용하여 서식을 자동으로 추출한다. 추출된 서식 영상을 가지고 문서의 기울기 및 관심 대상 영역의 위치를 파악한 후, 원 영상에 대하여 관심영역을 추출한다. 관심영역에 대한 히스토그램을 분석하여 바탕 영역으로부터 인식 대상 데이터를 추출한다. 제안한 알고리즘을 다양한 화질의 세금 계산서 영상에 대하여 적용한 결과, 정확하게 관심 영역을 분할해내고 인식 대상 데이터를 추출할 수 있음을 보인다.

This study aimed at investigating elementary teachers' stages of concerns and its changes about STEAM education. The participants of this study were 90 elementary school teachers implementing STEAM education in their schools. The Stages of Concern Questionnaire (SoCQ) was administered after the permission was granted by Hall. Data were collected three times from April, June, and December in the year of implementing the exemplary STEAM school. The results indicated that elementary school teachers' concerns toward STEAM education, the differences of the percentile scores of each stages of concerns, showed slightly low. The SoC of teachers in April showed that Awareness(Stage 0) was relatively very high and Consequences(Stage 4) was very low. However, in December, both Awareness(Stage 0) and Management(Stage 3) were very low. In particular, the percentile scores of Consequence(Stage 4) showed the big difference from 54.7 to 74.3. In addition, teachers who took science track in their high schools showed the relatively low score in the stage of Management(Stage 3). Teachers having the degree of Master of Arts presented the relatively low percentile score in the stage of Management(Stage 3). Teachers who majored in STEM related areas at the university presented the relatively low score in the stage of Management(Stage 3). The findings of this exploratory study may provide the useful insights into the integrative approaches of STEAM education.

실생활에서 CCTV가 증가함에 따라 영상에서 개인정보 유출에 대한 관심도 증가하고 있다. CCTV로 녹화된 영상에서는 다양한 개인정보가 노출될 수 있기 때문에, 개인정보를 비식별화할 수 있는 영상 암호화 기술이 필요하다. 현재 다양한 영상녹화 장치에서 효율성을 위해 HEVC가 많이 사용되고 있으며, HEVC 영상에서 관심영역만을 암호화하는 실시간 관심영역 암호화 기술이 연구되고 있다. 기존의 HEVC 영상에서 관심영역 암호화 기법은 모든 프레임의 관심영역에 포함되는 타일을 암호화하므로 많은 연산자원을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 선별된 일부 프레임에서 관심영역에 포함되는 타일을 선택적으로 암호화하여, 모든 프레임에서 관심영역의 비식별화를 유지하며 암호화 성능을 향상하는 방법을 제안한다. 결과적으로 제안한 방법을 사용함으로써 영상 암호화 시 전체 프레임에 대한 비식별화를 유지하면서 기존 방법보다 암호화에 걸리는 시간이 50.4% 감소하였다.

Mecenat is a company support to cultural and artistic activities. It has developed as not only a patronage of the arts but also a strategic method for a business performance and a company's influence. And mecenat has impacted on customers, interested parties, local communities, and corporate culture. This study analyzes how individual and organizational interests and participation on Mecenat activities affect organizational trust, commitment, and loyalty. As a result of surveys from 438 employees, there would be a pro rata increase in an employee's interest and participation in Mecenat, if organizational interest goes up. The interest also affects trust in organization, organizational commitment, and employee loyalty in a positive method. The result clearly indicates necessity of company's support for cultural and artistic activities and importance of changing company's perspectives. Hence companies would be recognized that supporting Mecenat activities would strengthen organizational culture.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the case in which we can identify how the SoC of Practical training teachers about the instructional media changes and why these change appears during the child care practice when we assumpt that for Practical training teachers to use the instructional media is that they participate in change during child care practice. In case A, the SoC moves from Stage 0 to Stage 1, Stage 6. In case B, the SoC moves from Stage 0 to Stage 2. In case C and D, the SoC of the Practical Training Teachers are not changed. Above this, we identify the SoC of Practical training teachers. Case A and B change the SoC, but Case C and D does not change the SoC after child care practice. We identify that the reason why there are differences is that according to (1) the training of the perception of practical training teachers, curriculum, knowledge related to instructional media before child care practice, and (2) time, the SoC of practical training teachers about instructional media is changed. In the end, we make a suggestion for the following research. First, a comparative study will be made of other students of the department for child care in the same college or other college. Second, we need to make a study for analyzing SoC profile after supporting instructional assistances.
