This study is to analyze whether the use of SNS in politics has any political effects. Most previous studies on political participation by SNS tended to just focus on the participation difference between SNS users and non-users. The test results first show that the development of ICT increases citizens' interest in political information and differentiate the methods of their political participation. Second, we identified SNS users tend to have higher reliability in political information and greater transversion effects by the use of media. Finally, the study verifies SNS is a more effective tool in collective actions such as non-customary rallies and demonstration rather than in customary political participation.

Building on the framework of language socialization [10] in language learning and use, the present study examines the environmental factors involved in four college students' English learning in the situated place of the home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using narrative inquiry, this study implements a time-series analysis to investigate undergraduates' online English learning in a rural area of northwest China. The data were collected via oral and written narration, semi-structured interviews, and class documents. Leveraging the field-habitus theories, the findings reveal that each of the students had a different habitus in the family field that influenced their English learning at home between March to July of 2020. Ultimately, all four students felt that their habitus made their online English learning ineffective and expressed that they did not wish to continue learning at home. The findings imply that it is important for rural parents to pay more attention to building college students' learning environments and helping students cultivate a strong learning habitus in the family field in northwest China.

본고는 올해 처음 시도하는 세종계획 관용표현 전자사전 구축에 관한 글이다. 본 전자사전이 완성되면 관용표현의 총체적 정보(형태, 통사, 의미, 화용 정보)를 수록하는 최초의 업적이 될 뿐만 아니라 실제 언어 자료에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 관습적 표현까지 모두 포괄하는 4만 표제어의 대규모 사전이 될 것이다. 본 사전에서는 관용표현의 형태 통사적 구성과 그 분포적 속성뿐 아니라, 관용표현이 가지는 논항의 존재 유무, 구조, 조사 통합 양상, 그리고 고정명사에 대한 수식어 제약, 어휘적 통사적 변형 양상, 선어말어미 제약, 어말어미 제약, 문장 유형 제약 등이 수록된다. 또한 각 논항의 의미역과 선택제약에 관한 정보, 그 외 다양한 의미 화용 정보 어원 표기 정보 등도 담기게 된다. 본고에서는 그러한 정보의 표기 양식을 하나하나 명시적으로 설명할 것이다.

Holland(1997)의 직업성격유형은 네 가지 가정을 기초로 한다. 이 가정에 기초하여 직업성격유형을 6가지 유형으로 분류하고, 사람의 성격과 그 사람의 작업환경에 대한 지식은 진로선택, 직업변경, 직업성취 등에 관해서 중요한 결과를 예측할 수 있다."라고 설명하고 있다. 이와 관련한 선행연구와 이론을 바탕으로 본 연구를 진행할 계획이다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 이루기 위한 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업성격유형을 6가지 (R IASEC )로 분류한 이론을 본 연구의 대상인 일반 창업자(대학생, 청년, 장년 등)에게도 적용할 수 있는지 확인하고자 한다. 즉, Holland(1997)의 직업성격유형이론에 의한 현실적(Realistic)유형, 탐구적 (Invest igat ive)유형, 예술적 (Art ist ic)유형, 사회적 (Soc ia l)유형, 설득적(Enterprising)유형, 관습적(Conventional)유형의 분류를 본 연구에 적용하여 일반 창업자에게도 적용가능한지를 확인하고자 한다. 둘째, 일반 창업자의 직업성격유형, 직업가치유형 (내적직업가치, 외적직업가치)에 따른 창업성과에 대한 변수간의 구조를 분석하고자 한다. 구조 모형에서의 효과와 영향력을 분석하여 Holland의 직업성격유형과 창업성과 간의 관계를 규명하는 연구결과를 정립하고자 한다. 셋째, Holland의 직업성격유형 및 직업가치가 창업성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 직업가치유형(내적직업가치 외적직업가치)이 창업성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 한다.

하나의 문화권에 들어가 있는 콘텐츠가 다른 나라로 진입할 때 가로막는 것이 있다. 바로 문화장벽이다. 이 문화장벽에 들어가 있는 것에는 언어도 있을 것이고, 사회적 관습차이, 그 나라의 국가관 같은 다양한 문화적 차이가 있다. 전세계적으로 이 문화장벽이 가장 낮은 곳이 바로 북한이다. 최근 북한산 혹은 남북이 공동개발한 디지털콘텐츠가 속속 선보이면서 이에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 북한 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 현황을 살펴봤다.

This study explores the basis for determining priority among the four arithmetical operations in order to provide useful pedagogical content knowledge for teaching the order of operations. The study also discusses the perspective for viewing the order of operations. It presents the following five suggestions based on the results of the discussion. First, teachers should be made to realize that the same result can be obtained on calculation even when subtraction and division are performed first in mixed operations of addition and subtraction and mixed operations of multiplication and division. Second, teachers should understand why the rule of calculating sequentially from the left side of an equation has become customary. Third, teachers should be offered an explanation for the driver of the rule setting that multiplication takes precedence over addition in mixed operations of multiplication and addition. Fourth, the significance of the quantity within parenthesis must be emphasized to teachers. Fifth, teachers must gain an in-depth understanding about the order of operations by getting a description of all the customary and conceptual perspectives on the order of operations when describing the same in the teacher's guide.

수리권(水利權, Water Right)은 특정인이 하천의 물을 계속적, 배타적으로 사용하는 권리로서, 국내에서는 민법 제231조 "공유하천의 연안에서 농, 공업을 경영하는 자는 이에 이용하기 위하여 타인의 용수를 방해하지 아니하는 범위 내에서 필요한 인수를 할 수 있다." 라는 규정을 통해 공유하천 용수권을 인정하면서, 동법 제234조 "전 3조의 규정은 다른 관습이 있으면 그 관습에 의한다." 라는 조항을 통해 관습에 의한 즉, 관행 수리권을 인정하고 있다. 또한, 하천법 제50조 "생활·공업·농업·환경개선·발전·주운(舟運) 등의 용도로 하천수를 사용하려는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 환경부장관의 허가를 받아야 한다." 라는 규정을 통해 허가 수리권을 규정하고 있다. 이와 같이 국내의 경우 수리권에 대하여 공용하천 용수권, 관행수리권 및 허가수리권이 혼재되어 있어 지역 간의 물 분쟁이 심화되어 가고 있는 상황에서 수리권의 정립 필요성이 절실해지고 있지만, 제도적 연구와 더불어 이를 뒷받침 해줄 수문학적 연구가 상대적으로 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 동진강 유역을 대상으로 수정 3단 TANK 모형을 적용하여 자연하천유량 산정하였고, 수리권 분석모형인 WRAP(Water Rights Analysis Package, WRAP)을 이용하여 수리권 분석을 수행하였다. 또한 섬진강댐의 방류조건 및 유역내 물 이용조건에 따른 시나리오를 구성하여 하천유지유량의 변화를 모의하였다. 시나리오 적용에 따른 대표지점의 조절하천유량을 모의한 결과 시나리오3, 시나리오4, 시나리오5(비관개기기간 동안 용수 추가확보를 통한 증가방류)에서 하천유지유량이 상대적으로 많아지는 것으로 모의되었다. 또한, 시나리오1, 시나리오2(유역내 저수지 방류량을 연중 일정량 공급)방안도 관개기와·비관개기 기간에 대표지점의 하천유지유량 증가에 효과가 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 연구 대상기간의 대부분은 수리권 목표량을 만족하였지만, 갈수년에 해당하는 2017년의 경우에는 용수 확보량이 가장 많은 시나리오5를 적용한 경우에도 수리권 전환량 및 하천유지유량의 부족이 발생하는 것으로 모의되었다. 유역내 수리권 우선순위의 변경을 통한 유량의 변화를 모의하기 위하여 2017년을 대상년도로 모의해본 결과 연구대상지역의 하류에 위치하고 있는 농업용보에서의 수리권을 후순위로 두었을 때, 대표지점에서 가장 많은 양의 유량을 확보하는 것으로 분석되었다.

Recently, signal integrity on PCB (printed circuit board) becomes very important as the system operation speed increases. So far, PCB is customarily designed to minimize area and cost. However, ultra-high-speed PCB often fail to operate properly, unless it is precisely and carefully designed considering dielectric characteristics, line width, line spacing, and impedance matching. This paper surveys many problems in ultra-high-speed PCB and various design methods to mitigate them.
