Study on Developing the Information System for ESG Disclosure Management (ESG 정보공시 관리를 위한 정보시스템 개발에 관한 연구)

  • While discussions on ESG are actively taking place in Europe and other countries, the number of countries pushing for mandatory ESG information disclosure related to non-financial information of listed companies is rapidly increasing. However, as companies respond to mandatory global ESG information disclosure, problems are emerging such as the stringent requirements of global ESG disclosure standards, the complexity of data management, and a lack of understanding and preparation of the ESG system itself. In addition, it requires a reasonable analysis of how business management opportunities and risk factors due to climate change affect the company's financial impact, so it is expected to be quite difficult to analyze the results that meet the disclosure standards. In order to perform tasks such as ESG management activities and information disclosure, data of various types and sources is required and management through an information system is necessary to measure this transparently, collect it without error, and manage it without omission. Therefore, in this study, we designed an ESG data integrated management model to integrate and manage various related indicators and data in order to transparently and efficiently convey the company's ESG activities to various stakeholders through ESG information disclosure. A framework for implementing an information system to handle management was developed. These research results can help companies facing difficulties in ESG disclosure at a practical level to efficiently manage ESG information disclosure. In addition, the presentation of an integrated data management model through analysis of the ESG disclosure work process and the development of an information system to support ESG information disclosure were significant in the academic aspects needed to study ESG in the future.

  • Recently there is a used a word-outsourcing-in the corporation circumstance. Continuous recession impelling with IMF permitted restructuring measures downsizing unnecessary organization and offered opportunity to breakup structure of 'High cost and Low efficiency' -inefficient and uneconomic production method- in our corporation. Due to the effect of such circumstance change, the construction industry have already introduced and implemented outsourcing in many parts. For successful outsourcing in the construction industry, a mutually close relations and the cooperation are preceded and JIT system is needed to improve these relations. The study recognizes the importance and proportion that outsourcing is occupyed in the construction industry, and suggests the method to improve the productivity by evaluating the factors and usefulness for JIT system to apply to the construction industry.

  • In order to maintain construction industry and to improve efficiency, the Korean government legislated private investment system. Private sector takes advantages by adopting CM (Construction Management) project system, however, public sector has relatively less capability and experience than private sector. In this paper, PSM (Partnership Support Management) is addressed in order to actively strengthen the project capabilities for public sector. PSM maintains existing CM project system because it is a concept of expended business model of CM. PSM needed to categorize the private participated project into 5 phases; project development phase, project announcement phase, project evaluation phase, project agreement phase and agreement changing phase. PSM business structure and business process considering stakeholder's interrelationship and participation are suggested in this research. Suggested PSM business model may not only increase a comprehensive understanding of government and project capability, but also may reduce work load and responsibilities for project momentum of private participation in infrastructure.

  • The XP, the representative methodology of Agile software development, maximizes the effectiveness of the development by focusing on development itself and using primitive and basic process definition that can be easily implemented in the fields. However, the most of XP's practices came from those of engineering and the manogement practices of work product tend to be overlooked. The research on the implementation of those manogement practices has not been performed enough. Because of deficiency of processes that guide the change control over major baselines of work product and that describe proper continuous integration and refactoring in XP, the integrity of those work products is difficult to be guaranteed. To fulfill this work product integrity, CM(configuration manogement) should be hired and CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) is considered to be the best references for that purpose, CMMI defines the required practices of CM and leave implementation details to the organization so that it could customize those practices based on the characteristics of its development methods. The CM process implementation guidelines based on CMMI could provides work product integrity with a way of keeping XP's agility that includes continuous integration, refactoring and small release. In this research, we selected CM process factors applicable to XP among CMMI's CM practices and based on them we developed the CM implementation guidelines.

  • In domestic construction industry, there is lack of the communication between planning, design, construction and maintenance. This problem makes the omission of information and the loss of cost. Therefore, the introduction of BIM can be a solution about that. BIM manages all information generated during all life-cycle of a structure and consequently maximizes the efficiency of utilizing information. This is done through 3D information model associated with a three-dimensional(3D) parametric CAD. This study proposes the design process of steel box bridge for structural design work of bridge construction project based on BIM. This process has 3D modeling progress done by using the information decided in design phase. When the subject for the proposed process is superstructure of steel box bridge in construction, the structural calculation sheet can be derived with the structural design process based on BIM.

  • 소프트웨어 획득부서에서는 정보체계획득 및 개발표준화를 위해 아키텍처 프레임워크와 CBD 방법론을 개발하여 정보체계의 상호운용성과 재사용성 확대를 통해 효율적인 통합 및 표준화 관리가 이루어지도록 하고 있다. 그러나 AF와 CBD 방법론간의 산출물 상호관계에 관한 명확한 가이드라인과 활용방안이 없는 실정이다. 이로 인해 산출물 중복작성 등으로 불필요한 개발기간 연장과 비용 중복 등 비효율적인 업무수행이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 두 절차에서 요구산출물들의 연관관계 및 중복성을 분석하여 CBD 프로세스에 따라 AF 산출물의 재활용 방안을 제시해 봄으로써 산출물의 작성 부담을 경감시키고 내용에 충실하게 작성하도록 하여 산출물의 품질 및 재사용성을 높여 효율적인 정보체계를 구축하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

  • Water, waste, electric and gas facilities are urban based facilities that needed in our life and are often located in underground. Therefore, underground facilities are more difficult to manage efficiently than ground facilities. It is needed to carry out survey/probe into underground facilities and to build database in order to prevent city-misfortunes being occurred because of negligent management and in order to minimize budget-waste and a traffic jam according to repetition of road excavation constructions. Also, the development of application system is required to manage efficiently underground facility. Chonju city has launched underground water supply facility computerizing project as a part of National Geographic Information System project until December 1998 and executed survey/probe into 402.89 km water supply that is 80 mm up inside central town area 39.6 $km^2$. Also, chonju city built database into 537 km water supply that is 80 mm below based on water supply card without other survey/probe works. Also, existing work process each department is changed into GIS applied work process and underground water supply facility management system is developed by its work process basis. Water supply underground facility management system that is developed is composed of sub-system like base-map management, water supply inspect, water supply management and water supply inquiry, construction work management, administration management and map management. This research presents the procedure and method of underground water supply facility survey/probe and problem being occurred during survey/probe procedure and also show the functions of each sub-systems composing underground water supply facility management system.

자동차 부품산업의 전자조달 EIP 시스템 설계 및 구현

  • 자동차 부품기업은 재료비의 비중이 제조원가의 $70\%$이상 차지할 정도로 부품자재의 조달과 공급이 중요한 영역이며, 완성차를 제조하기 위한 공급망관리에 있어서 필수적인 분야라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 국내 자동차부품기업을 대상으로 공급망관리(SCM) 기능이 요구되는 부품조달 및 공급을 위한 자동차 부품업체간의 전자상거래를 활성화하기 위한 목적으로 전자조달(e-Procurement) 기업정보포탈(EIP) 시스템의 프로토타입 을 제안하였다. 제안된 e-Procurement EIP 시스템은 완성차 제조를 위하여 부품을 공급하는 1자 공급업체를 중심으로 2차 공급업체와의 부자재 및 MRO, 소모성 자재를 중심으로 하고 있으며 정보의 통합화를 위하여 중소기업간의 협업 프로세스의 개선, 안전한 XML 전자문서의 교환, 구매 일정관리 및 커뮤니티 형성, 부가서비스 기능 둠을 제공함으로써 부품기업간의 효율적인 협업체제 구죽 및 업무 신속성과 업무처리비용을 절감할 수 있다.

  • 최근 국내 과학기술분야 학회에서는 발행 학술지를 세계적인 학술지로 등재하고자 하는 노력이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라, 해외연구자들을 학술지 편집위원으로 참여 시키고 많은 해외 연구자들이 자체 학술지에 논문을 많이 투고하도록 독려하고 있다. 해외 연구자들간에 이메일로 투고 심사를 처리하고 심사 총평을 작성하는 논문투고심사 프로세스는 심사 이력이 관리도 안 될 뿐만 아니라 논문투고 심사 진행 상황을 알 수 없음으로 인한 이용자의 불편함, 시간적 비효율성 등의 많은 단점이 있다. 이에 KISTI는 해외 연구자들이 학술지 생산을 위한 학술활동 전 과정에 참여할 수 있도록 하고자, 학술지를 체계적으로 운영하고 투명한 상호심사(Peer Review) 과정을 포함하는 학술지 전자 출판과정을 온라인으로 처리하고 모든 메뉴 용어를 국제적인 수준의 영어로 기술한 영문 Article Contribution Management System(ACOMS Ver. 4.0)를 개발하였다. 영문ACOMS는 기존 국문 ACOMS와 달리, 학술지 홈페이지를 포함하고 있으며, 저자와 편집위원 혹은 저자와 판사 간의 온라인 논문 교정 프로세스가 들어가 있다. 영문 ACOMS는 2012년 현재에도 국제적인 시스템으로 거듭나기 위해 지속적인 기능개선을 추진하고 있다. 개발된 영문 ACOMS 기능에 대해 살펴보고, 향후 개선방안에 대해 기술한다.

  • Light rail transit(LRT) is a public transportation and mainly has an automatic driverless operation system. LRT project is a large scaled project which a construction cost is tens of billions of won per km. Systems engineering(SE) is an interdisciplinary approach and means to enable realization of successful systems. In this paper, we propose the systems engineering processes and their outputs list for the LRT project. And then, we present template and sample case of process output. We also present a case which carried out SE process by SE tool.
