  • 최근 건설되어지는 도시들은 정부의 신도시 정책의 일환인 첨단 도시 건설을 목적으로 하는 Ubiquitous City를 계획하고 있다. Ubiquitous City는 언제 어디서나 유비쿼터스 서비스와 인프라가 제공되는 환경을 가지고 있으므로 노출 위험이 높다. 보안을 고려한 개별 시스템들의 설계는 정부 정책과 함께 활발히 진행되지만 통합 시스템을 관리하는 면에서의 방안은 제시되지 못하고 있다. 보안관리방안이 성립되지 못한다면 침해 유형이 고도화되면서 항상 변화하는 유비쿼터스 시대에 보안은 취약해질 수밖에 없다. 시스템을 총괄 관리 및 관제하는 통합네트워크전산센터인 U-City전산센터의 보안 관리망을 구성하고 취약한 시스템들의 보안을 관리하는 대책이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 보안망의 체계적인 관리 방안을 통합보안관리(ESM)를 중심으로 기술적인 보안관리대책을 제안한다. 제안된 보안관리대책이 Ubiquitous City를 계획하는 모든 신도시들의 플랫폼이 되도록 한다.

  • Enterprise security management system proposed to properly manage heterogeneous security products is the security management infrastructure designed to avoid needless duplications of management tasks and inter-operate those security products effectively. In this paper, we defined the security policies using Z-Notation and the detection algorithm of policy conflict for managing heterogeneous firewall systems. It is designed to help security management build invulnerable security policies that can unify various existing management infrastructures of security policies. Its goal is not only to improve security strength and increase the management efficiency and convenience but also to make it possible to include different security management infrastructures while building security policies. With the process of the detection and resolution for policy conflict, it is possible to integrate heterogeneous security policies and guarantee the integrity of them by avoiding conflicts or duplications among security policies. And further, it provides convenience to manage many security products existing in large networks.

  • As the importance and awareness of security have recently expanded, companies and governments are making continuous efforts and investments for security management. However, there are still many security threats in the organization, especially security incidents caused by internal staff. Therefore, it is very important for members to comply with security policies for organizational security management. Therefore, this study classified industrial security management into technical security, physical security, and managerial security, and applied the theory of planned behavior to investigate the impact relationship on the intention to comply with security policies. SPSS 25 and AMOS 25 were used for statistical analysis, and the study found that technical security had a positive(+) effect on subjective norms, physical security had a positive(+) effect on perceived behavior control, and attitude and perceived behavior control had a positive(+) effect on security policy compliance intention.

  • As the internet environment has been rapidly changed, the scale of internet network that needs to be managed has been magnified. In this way, the recognition for the importance of security became extensive, and numerous security systems for the protection of internal information were introduced. But decentralized security systems because of there use of different user interfaces undergo difficulties in effective security management as well as prompt coping when an obstacle happens causing a corpulence of in the security management part. In this paper, I propose an integrated security management system which can grasp the situation of each system and manage every system in the center so that we can consistently and integrally manage every system. Integrated security management system with multi agents has the advantages of prompt coping with obstacles, and the minimization of weaknesses that different security solutions have, and of consistent control and management for decentralized security systems.

Most of research is focused on combining policies for information security management policy, security standard, and security tools. However, there are no researches for total solution for both application and security policy. Thereby, the purpose of this research is to propose a remote integrated management system based on linux. The system could efficiently manage data update for application and policy update for a server supporting the distinct configuration of each server. By using the remote integrated management system, system manager with poor secure knowledge also could easily manage their system securely.

  • As Information Security Technology has become rather transparent, wide, and integrated than in part, exclusive, and separated, A necessity of the study about integrating the separated distributed security systems into one module, has grown However, there is no integrated framework which can manage all separate security systems as one integrated one yet. Accordingly, we propose a new policy based network admirustrative model in this paper which can integrate individual security systems and distributed control way into one effectively.

  • The purpose of this study was to add CPTED to the information security area. The control items of ISO 27001 (11 types) and the application principles of CPTED (6 types) were mapped. And the relevance between the items was verified through the FGI meeting through 12 security experts. As a result of the survey, the control items with a relevance of at least 60% on average are security policy, physical and environmental security, accident management, and conformity. As a result, the comprehensive policy was shared with CPTED's items as a whole. The specialized control items are security organization, asset management, personnel security, operation management, access control, system maintenance, and continuity management. However, specialized control items were mapped with each item of CPTED. Therefore, information security certification and septed are related. As a result, environmental security can be added to the three major areas of security: administrative security, technical security, and physical security.

  • 유비쿼터스 사회가 도래함에 따라 유비쿼터스 기술을 도시에 적용한 u-City가 개발되고 있다. u-City는 다양한 정보화 기기들이 존재하며 정보화 기기 사이를 연결하는 다양한 네트워크 기술이 상존한다. u-City의 핵심 요소인 u-City 통합운영센터는 u-City 내의 모든 서비스를 처리하도록 설계되었으며, 도시를 통제 관리하는 중요한 업무를 수행한다. 이 중에서 보안관리 업무는 시스템에서 수집, 가공, 산출하는 데이터 및 정보의 보안유지를 위해 중요한 부분이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 u-City 통합운영센터의 보안유지를 위한 기술적, 물리적, 관리적인 측면에서 보안관리 대책을 제시하였다.

  • 다단계 보안 데이타베이스 관리체계(Multi-Level Secure Database Management System: MLS/DBMS)에서 모든 거래와 데이타는 각각 유일한 보안성을 가지고 있다 MLS/DBMS 상에서 동시수행중인 거래들은 공유 데이타를 접근하는 과정에서 충돌가능성을 항시 지니고 있다. 이러한 충돌을 해결하는 과정에서 만약 낮은 보안등급을 가지는 거래가 지연되는 현상이 발생하였을 경우, 높은 보안등급의 정보가 낮은 보안등급의 거래로 유출되어 결과적으로 보안정책을 위반하게된다 이러한 종류의 통신경로를 비밀경로라고 한다. 비밀경보 문제를 해결하기 위한 몇몇 종류의 거래관리 기법들이 제시되었다. 이들 기법들은 비록 비밀경로 문제를 해결하였지만, 불행하게도 이들은 보안의 또 다른 측면인 무결성에 대한 고려를 간과하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 고수준 보안 거래 관리기는 동시에 수행중인 거래들을 스케줄링하는 과정에서 정보의 기밀성 유지를 무결성의 손실없이 이루고 있다. 기밀성을 위하여 고수준 보안 거래관리기는 비완료된 데이타의 은닉에 방법적 기반을 두고 있다. 또한, 무결성을 얻기 위하여 데이타의 적절성을 판단하는 과정에서 데이타의 신뢰성을 최신성과 함께 고려하고 있다.
