Importance recognition of the nursing management(N. M.) clinical practice contents and the actual practical experience were studied against 289 students of 3 nursing schools who had undergone the senior N. M clinical practice. The most important item they considered from the practical evaluation was responsibility followed by interpersonal relationship, trust, communication, and ethic. For the importance of the N. M. contents, nursing unit management was considered as the most important(4.37/5). Abilities they could actually experience from the clinical practice were nursing unit management(22.0%), understanding of nursing management(20.7%), and human resource management(19.8%). And, abilities they could never experience were marketing(52.4%) and financial management(44.0%). Since there was an inconsistency between the importance of contents students recognized and the actual experience, I suggest a completion of standardized protocol of N. M. clinical training and implementation of management training exclusive preceptor system.

This study set out to investigate dental hygiene students' perceptions and performance of dental clinic infection management of clinical training, thus helping to minimize nosocomial infection and providing basic data for infection management and action guidelines in development of curriculums and educational programs. A survey was taken with dental hygiene students that had experiences with clinical training at a four-year university in Gyeongbuk. The findings show that many of the students had experiences with education about the prevention of infection. There were differences in their performance of infection prevention management among the sites of clinical training with university and general hospitals recording a high level of performance. These findings raise a need to make guidelines for infection management, distribute them to sites of clinical training, and manage them through the staff during clinical training. The schools need to run educational program for infection management in relation to clinical training and establish a systematic institution.

In this study, a practical model for health information management education using the EMR education system at universities for nurturing health care information managers was studied. Currently, there is no practical training course for health care information management in the standards for evaluation and certification of health care information management education introduced to strengthen the job competency of health care information managers. Accordingly, the program was constructed so that the practice program suggested as an educational environment in the Health and Medical Information Management Education Evaluation and Certification Manual can be practiced in the EMR education system. In addition, a practical model that can be performed according to the on-site practice guidelines for health and medical information management for each program was studied. Using the health care information management education EMR system, master data management, patient registration, doctor prescription, medical cost calculation, health insurance claim management, form management, discharge registration, cancer registration, unrecorded management, health care data management, health care statistics, A practice model was studied so that practice on information protection/security management can be performed. It will be possible to play a role as a health care information management expert by raising the quality level of health care information management education through systematic and standardized health care information management practice courses at universities. Accordingly, it is necessary to cultivate health care information management experts who develop and manage medical services based on medical data analysis through practical training of health care information managers.

The purpose of this study was to develop a nursing management case simulation (NMCS) framework based on the five components of nursing management process and to apply it to clinical nursing practice of nursing college students. The subjects of this study were NMCS reports submitted by the 4th grade 105 nursing students of an university. The research tool is a simulation framework for nursing management practice. It reflects the brainstorming and debriefing process used in the previous simulation exercise based on the five elements of planning, organization, human resource management, directing and control of the nursing management process respectively. As a result of the study, 32 nursing management cases were found to have 79.6% correct rate, 11.6% concept error rate, and 5.6% classification error rate in the first brainstorming and debriefing process for the five components of nursing management process. On the other hand, in the second brainstorming and debriefing process, 94.6% correct rate, 0.0% concept error rate, and 4.4% classification error rate. Based on these results, the NMCS framework developed in this study can be applied to the nursing management theory and practice course of nursing college students as well as simulation based job training and maintenance educations for clinical nurses. Therefore, we propose follow-up studies in various clinical nursing settings and a longitudinal cohort study to investigate the effect of nursing management job skills of nursing college students after graduation.

Generally, teaching in computer Labs is more difficult than teaching in a normal class for teachers to give students systematic learning. One of the reasons is that the students who participate in the class tend to use the programs that are not related to the practice included in the curriculum. Therefore, the students cannot focus on the subjects that they should do. To solve this problem, there are many kinds of systems that can control the students' computers. However, they cannot help teachers to manage the students and computers due to the inconvenience of usage and the lack of functions. In this study, we analyzed the problems in the computer-practice classwork and designed a new system to support that the students can participate in the computer classes with more attention. In addition, it is offered that the computer teachers can manage the classes and the students more efficiently with this new system. For these purposes, the effects mentioned were approved before in the real lab situations. Experimental results showed that the proposed system can improve the rate of the students attention, leading them to get better grades on the achievement test.

This study was conducted to provide basic data for improving nursing management practice by comparing and analyzing the perceptions of nursing students and clinical instructors about the importance of the learning contents of nursing management and their practical experience. The final 343 copies were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test and cross-analysis, targeting 4th-grade students and clinical instructors at three universities. Both nursing students and clinical instructors recognized 'communication', 'interpersonal relationship', 'responsibility', 'trust', and 'morality' as important factors in the evaluation items of practice. Among the top 10 most importantly recognized items among nursing-management practice learning content, six items ('infection control', 'nursing record management', 'patient nursing management', 'drug management', 'patient safety', and 'nursing malpractice') were matched in the two groups. Moreover, clinical instructors recognized that interpersonal relationships and relationship ethics were important, while nursing students chose legal responsibility. As a result of the practical experience analysis between the two groups, nursing students had high experience of indirect participation, but the clinical instructors had a high experience of direct instruction. A plan is needed to reduce the difference by establishing an organic partnership relationship between the university and practice institutions and increase the experience of direct practice of nursing students.

In this study, a model in which certification standards were added to the health information management practice program was studied and presented in order to understand the EMR certification standards implemented by the Korea Health and Medical Information Service. In the practice program, the certification standard function for patient information management was added to the health information management education system to practice and understand patient information management that corresponds to the functional standard of the EMR certification system. The EMR certification standard practice program for patient information management is composed of the following certification standards. registration number and personal information management, treatment reservation schedule management, personal information revision history management, identification of people with the same name, integrated management of multiple registration numbers, patient search by identification information, patient search by health care type, surgical procedure consent record and inquiry, record/inquiry of consent form for personal information use, display of life-sustaining medical decision information, registration/inquiry of external medical institution documents, registration and inquiry of external examination results. In this way, by operating and practicing the functions of the health information system according to the certification standards, it is possible to understand and practice the certification standards and details of patient information management in the functional area of the certification standards. In addition, since the function of the EMR certification standard can be checked, it will be possible to improve the management ability of the electronic medical record system of the health information manager in the medical institution.

This study investigated the purpose of commissioned on-board training and the legal basis for the management of commissioned on-board trainees, focusing on the seafarer educational institution belonging to the Ministry of Education, which cultivates merchant mariners. A program was developed based on this research. Despite the legal basis for the management of commissioned on-board trainees, satisfaction with on-board training management has not been high, and the on-board trainee management system of the university was poor. As a result safety accidents among commissioned on-board trainees occurred on ships, and a few students abandoned on-board training. An I.M.S.A.R. model has been developed for safe and systematic management of commissioned on-board trainees, and a base for a human resource management program for commissioned on-board trainees has also been developed. This study is meaningful in that it derived a practical plan for the management of commissioned on-board trainees.

방사선구역내의 종사자 간의 피폭선량 비교와, 동일한 구역내에서 임상실습에 임하는 학생들의 선량을 비교하여 방사선방어의 최적화에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 2016년 1월부터 동년 12월까지 C대학병원 방사선관리구역에 재직중인 방사선관계종사자 121명과 방사선작업종사자 36명, 그리고 8주간의 임상실습을 이수한 121명의 학생을 비교 대상으로 하였다. 방사선관계종사자와 작업종사자 간의 평균 심부 및 표층선량은 관계종사자가 각각 $.7440{\pm}1.676mSv$와 $.7753{\pm}1.730mSv$ 가장 높게 나타났으며, 통계적으로 매우 유의하였다(p<.01). 3그룹간에는 심부선량의 경우 임상실습학생이 $.143{\pm}.136mSv$로 가장 높게 나타났고, 표층선량에서도 $.1513{\pm}.139mSv$로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 작업종사자가 두 경우 모두 가장 낮았으며, 그룹간의 평균의 차이는 통계적으로 매우 유의하였다(p<.01). 결론적으로 ALARA 원칙에 의거 철저한 관리가 필요하며, 특히 방사선안전관리의 사각지대에 놓여 있는 임상실습 학생에 대한 체계적인 피폭선량 관리가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

In order to provide the virtual desktop service for computer programing training, User group to use the service should be created for each subject. And the management program to manage development tools, disk images, user account information, log data is required. In this study, we implemented the web-based operation management system to manage the virtual desktop service for computer programming training. We can provide rapid provisioning for the virtual desktop service by using the implemented system.
