서비스 제공자와 사용자 간 이해관계를 유지하고, 제공되는 IT 서비스의 수준을 개선하기 위해서 서비스 수준관리가 필요하다. 그러나 무형의 IT 서비스는 정성적인 방법으로 평가될 수밖에 없는 한계가 존재 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서비스 사용자가 동의할 수 있는 정량적 데이터를 바탕으로 서비스 품질을 향상시키는 개선 모형을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 기존 연구를 살펴보고 서비스 수준 관리 체계를 정립하였다. 본 논문에서 제시하고 있는 서비스 품질 개선 모형은 크게 4가지 방법으로 나누어 설명하였다. 첫 번째 우선관리지표를 선정하기 위해 AHP기법을 활용하였고, 두 번째 통계적 관리기법인 관리도를 이용하여 서비스 기대수준을 정의하는 방법을 제시하였다. 그리고 세 번째 측정되는 서비스 수준의 이상 유무 또는 이상 징후를 발견할 수 있는 관리도 사용방법을 설명하였다. 마지막 네 번째는 이상 원인을 해결한 후 서비스 기대수준을 재조정하는 방법을 설명하였다. 향후 연구 결과를 실제 조직에 적용시켜 검증함으로써 완성도를 높여 나감은 물론, 원인 분석 및 해결 방안에 대한 구체적인 대안을 제시하는 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.

봄맞이를 위한 목장의 축산 환경 관리 및 점검 포인트는 무엇일까? 우선 유우사는 대부분 개방식 축사이기 때문에 햇빛과 바람(공기) 관리만 잘해도 우사 환경은 개선되는데, 계절적으로 봄철로 접어들면서 겨울철 질퍽해진 축사바닥 및 환기를 조절해주어야 하는 시점에 접어드는 시기이다. 우사환경을 개선하기 위한 포인트는 첫째, 지붕 구조(재료)의 구성방법을 파악해 보고, 둘째, 환기방법을 점검해 보아야 한다. 따라서 본 원고에서는 시설 및 환기개선을 통하여 봄철만 아니라 사계절을 위한 축사 환경관리 방법에 대하여 알아보고자 한다.

Domestically, technical condition evaluation for breakwaters has been conducted through safety checks and safety diagnosis. If necessary, maintenance for the facility is conducted. However, in recent years, the need for infrastructure management has been increasing from a life-cycle-cost perspective. For these reasons, the "Sustainable Infrastructure Management Basic Act" was enacted. Previously, only the technical part of the breakwaters was evaluated. However, based on the act, comprehensive management of breakwaters will be possible through performance improvement by adding economic and political evaluations. In this study, evaluation factors and evaluation methods were developed for a breakwater rehabilitation project. The purpose of this study is to present a development direction, items, and methods for the evaluation of breakwater performance improvement to be applied in future practice. This study reviews the concept of maintenance and performance improvement, the literature related to performance improvement, and the project type for the common standard of performance improvement. Evaluation items and evaluation methods for breakwater rehabilitation are suggested to be reviewed by experts. The methodology suggested in this study could be used for preventive maintenance and to reduce accidents.

PSA 모델링 및 데이타 관리를 효과적으로 수행하고 PSA 정량화를 자동화할 수 있도록 PSA workstation 을 개발하고 있다. Windows용 고장수목 및 사건수목 편집기, 데이타 관리 모듈 개발등의 PSA모델링 및 관리 모듈이 개발되었고, 또한 최소단절집합 생성 방법 개선, 규칙기반 회복조치 분석 및 고장수목 순환논리 분석 방법 개발등을 통한 PSA 정량화 방법의 개선이 이루어졌다. PSA workstation은 PSA 응용 소프트웨어 개발의 기초로도 사용될 수 있다.

최근 무선랜의 발전으로 공공의 사용자 밀집 지역에서 무선랜의 이용이 가능해졌다. 이러한 사용자 밀집 지역에서는 엑세스 과밀 현상이 발생하므로 기존의 무선랜 방식보다 차별화된 엑세스 관리 방법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 무선랜의 표준인 IEEE 802.11 에서 제안된 DCF(Distributed Coordination Function)와 PCF(Point Coordination Function) 두가지 전송 방식의 데이터 전송과 폴링 방법을 핫스팟 환경에 맞추어 효과적으로 개선하는 방법으로 노드에 의해서 폴링을 관리하는 스킴을 제안한다.

It is very important to improve qualify, cost and the necessary period for production in software development project. In order to improve software quality, cost and period, final product as well as a project planning and process itself are concerned. In CMMI of SEI and ISO/IEC 15504 (SPICE), the process for the project management is specified. Recently, as a method of total management - including man power, budget, and schedule - PMBOK is introduced. The detailed and specific management method in PMBOK results in multiple experiments that apply PMBOK to enterprise environment. In this paper, hybrid method of CMMI and PMBOK is proposed to obey CMMI, at the same time, to apply the detailed and specific management method in PMBOK and develop metrics for the method.

파일관리 시스템은 운영체제와 네트워크의 변천에 따라 다양한 변화롤 가져 왔다. 클라우드 서비스는 사용자가 효과적으로 파일 관리를 할 수 있도록 다양한 기능이나 새로운 파일 관리 방법을 제공하고 있다. 개인용 윈도우 역시 시대의 변화에 맞추어 다양한 기능을 제공하고 있지만 기본적인 폴더 시스템은 변화하지 않았다. 특히 파일의 분류가 애매한 경우 개인용 윈도우에서는 편리하게 이러한 파일을 분류하거나 관리할 방법을 제공해주고 있지 않다. 개인용 윈도우에서도 더 효과적 으로 파일을 관리할 수 있도록 다양한 파일 관리 방법을 제공하도록 파일 관리 시스템을 개선한다. 본 프로젝트는 사용자 편의성을 높여주기 위하여 윈도우에서 제공되지 않는 카테고리나 태그와 같은 개념을 도입하여 사용자의 파일관리나 검색 등을 쉽고 빠르게 할 수 있도록 도우며, 파일의 공유 및 보안을 쉽게 할 수 있는 기술 요소롤 제공한다. 개선된 파일 관리 시스템의 필수요소인 보안 시스템과 검색 시스템 및 효과적인 파일 분류 시스템을 지원하는 프로토타입을 구현하고 소개한다.

This dissertation is composed of three parts. In the first, the prevalent problems in corporate information management are investigated from the standpoint of information utilization charateristics in industries. In part two, the state of the arts of information management in Korean industries has been surveyed. In part three, on the basis of these comprehensive analysis the IRM process is systemized according to the general resource management processes of intake, utilization, and development.

Roadside trees that are managed by the local government play important roles to enhance the city lifestyle in many ways. However, because of insufficient human resources that monitor fields and regulations, most roadside trees were left unprotected and lacked the professional management. Also, due to the lack of financial support, pesticides or treatments have rarely been done in a proper time. To solve this existing matter, we have proposed concrete methods that include a latest communication technology, and developed an on-site management system and a web-monitoring system for roadside trees. Our successful research includes efficient approaches to identify an individual tree and integration of both field works and internal work processes with wireless communications and web displays to monitor the roadside trees.

Today, current society is unceasingly changing. This phenomenon accelerate building to high-rise and complex. According to that, to build a construction structure, the safety management facilities, safety education & training for employee and consciousness for safety should be set aside. But, the occurrence of safety injury is not decreasing now. Therefore, to reduce safety injury and to enhance the consciousness of employee for safety, redesign of safety management system, reallocation of safety liability for privity, revise of safety educational system were suggested in this paper.
