Problems encountered during software development or pteration nay result from defects in the software,ghrdware,or their oterations.Because of their diversity,the determination of the sources of a problem and its corrective adtion requires a centrally controlled system for monitoring provlems and detemining systematiccauses. In the paper,the SPR/SCR management system was developed and applied for the collection and analysis of the error data,process data and product data delected by each phasd in SDLC.There are four objectibes in the SPR/SCR management system.The first is to assure that software errors are documented,corrected,and vot forgottem. The second is to assure that SPR.are assessed for their validity.The third is to provide feedback on SPR status to the developer and the user.The fourth is ot prvide data for measuring and prediciting sofware quality and reliability.These goals could be satisfied by the application of the SPR/SCR mangement system.Also,the accomplishment rate of software reliability,criterion of test completion,estimation of release time, efficient development and management can be reflected by applying the SPR/SCR management system.

본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 시시각각으로 변하는 고객의 요구사항을 만족시키기 위해 상호 협력을 시도하는 다중 에이전트들이 의사결정을 수행할 경우 발생할 수 있는 충돌의 해결을 지원하는 지능적인 온톨로지 관리 모듈(intelligent-Ontology Management Module, i-OMM)과 다중에이전트 관리 모듈(Multi-agent Coordination Module, MACM)을 포함하는 u-DSS 포털을 제안한다. 개별 에이전트들은 온톨로지와 문제해결을 위한 프로시저 등을 이용해 자신의 문제를 해결하는 것을 기본으로 한다. 그러나 다른 에이전트들과 협력을 통해 문제를 해결해야 할 경우에는 먼저 개별 에이전트들이 보유한 각 온톨로지의 통합 및 데이터간의 충돌 해결이 요구된다. i-OMM은 개별 에이전트들이 보유하고 있는 이질적인 온톨로지를 통합하여, 문제해결을 위한 하나의 통합된 새로운 동적 온톨로지 뷰(integrated ontology view, IOV)의 생성을 지원한다. 온톨로지 통합과제에서 생성된 IOV는 사례로 저장되고 유사한 문제 해결에 재사용된다. MACM은 고객 에이전트들의 요구사항 변화에 따라 관련 개별 에이전트들 간의 데이터 충돌을 해결하여 에이전트들의 의사결정과정을 지원한다. 따라서 i-OMM과 MACM을 이용한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 분산된 에이전트들의 협력적 문제 해결을 지원하는 시스템을 유비쿼터스 의사결정지원 시스템 포탈(ubiquitous decision support system, u-DSS Portal)이라고 지칭한다. 본 연구에서 제안된 알고리즘의 활용 대상은 고객, 판매자, 제조업체, 및 배송업체의 배송차량들의 에이전트들로 구성된 u-fulfillment 시스템으로 한다.

현재 우리 사회의 큰 관심사 중에 하나는 FTA 관세 장벽 철폐에 따른 부분이다. 또한 이로 인해 가장 큰 타격을 받는 부분은 산업 분야보다는 농업분야가 가장 클 것이란 사실은 우리가 당면한 현실이다. FTA 문제는 어제오늘의 문제가 아니라 오랜 시간동안 등장해온 문제이지만 우리에게는 이 문제에 대한 정부의 대책은 미흡하기만 하다. 이런 주위의 여건에서 정보화와 자동화 관리 시스템은 우리나라 농업분야에서 빠질수 없는 부분이 되어가고 있다. 농업 분야에서 세계화에 발맞추어가기 위해 추진 중인 여러 사업 중에는 농민들의 자발적인 참여로 인하여 추진중인 여러 사업들이 존재하고 이를 위한 자동화 관리 모델들의 발달 또한 추진중에 있다. 과수부분에 서의 사업을 예를 들면 썬키스트, 델몬트, 제스프리 등과 같은 세계화 브랜드의 육성이라는 전제하에 한국과수농협연합회가 '썬플러스 (Sunplus)'라는 사업을 추진 중에 있다. 현재의 사업은 참여 농가의 자발적인 의사에 따라 행해지고 있지만 구체적인 브랜드 관리 지침과 선별기준이 명확하게 갖추어져 있기 때문에 이행 여부에 관한 규제 문제 또한 문제가 되며, 장기적으로는 농가의 확대와 더불어 효율적이고 체계적인 농업 기술 정보의 수집과 향후 농업지도에 필요한 생산성 증대를 위한 농업정보의 DB 시스템 도입의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 농업 과수 부분에서의 무인 측정 시스템의 설치와 이를 이용한 환경 정보 수집을 위해 연구를 하고자 한다.

This study aims to examine the current status of and problems in records management by the person in charge of university records management and derive improvement measures to manage university processing and records management systematically. The study's results are as follows: first, administrative problems with processing and service, and second, issues arising from records management procedures, such as the production and registration of processing departments, notification of production status, transfer, cleanup and physical storage, and assessment and disposal, as well as the lack of knowledge and records management. In response, it was suggested that training is needed to improve processing and records management manuals, secure physical storage, strengthen administrative support for the division in charge, ensure the legitimate status of the person in charge of processing and records management in the division in charge, and enhance the recognition of records management by the person in charge and manager.

In the 21stcentury, teachers must welcome new technology to ensure the best learning in virtual classrooms, aside from the physical classroom. Google Classroom provides a vital chance to promote blended learning and professional development. The purpose of this study is to specify the procedures in problem design when employing blended problem-based learning (BPBL) and to design problems for learning the contents of the subject. The design of problems is crucial for effective BPBL. The underlying theory of BPBL is that learning is most effectively initiated and facilitated by posing and solving real-life problems that interest the learner, because working on such problems makes learning meaningful and motivates students. Ineffective problem-based learning (PBL) could affect students when acquiring sufficient domain knowledge, activating appropriate prior knowledge, and properly directing their own learning. The procedures for designing good problems are composed of the selection of educational content, figuring out the learner's characteristics, finding problems, setting up roles and situations, and writing down problems. Using these procedures, we designed five integration problems covering the contents of management subjects. Planned management subjects based on BPBL in a Mongolian university focuses on the process of designing problems.

Using hybrid channel affords the benefits of achieving control through the direct channel and achieving flexibility through the indirect channel. However, using a hybrid channel also poses special challenges to a manufacturer, including the problem of managing multiple channel members with disparate goals and priorities. The purpose of this study is to enhance our understanding on the management of hybrid channel. We study marketing channels for fashion apparel to examine governance challenges and solutions of a hybrid channel. We have two objectives to fulfill that purpose. First, we aim to tie two largely separate research streams of salesforce management and marketing channel management together by examining both intrafrim governance and interfirm governance issues under one conceptual framework. Second, we aim to lay a ground work for rigorous further research on this topic by tying two major theoretical approaches of governance together under one conceptual framework. Our predictions were tested with data from the survey of apparel manufacturers and retailers. The analysis results support the predictions moderately.

최근 지식경영(Knowledge Management)은 기업의 경쟁력 향상 및 성공적인 프로젝트 수행을 위한 중요한 전략적 요소로서 인식되고 있다. 건설업계 또한 점차적으로 지식경영을 효과적인 문제해결과 지속적인 경쟁우위 확보를 위한 핵심 시스템으로서 도입하고 있으며, 지식관리 전문가 및 건설 전문가들에 의한 지식기반의 프로젝트 관리는 더 이상 선택의 문제가 아닌 기업의 생존의 문제와도 직결되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2002년 지식경영이 도입된 이래로 현재 한미파슨스에서 추진하고 있는 <지식경영 고도화 사업>의 주요 이슈들에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.
