  • 도서관 경영은 일반기업의 경영과는 달리 도서관 자체의 특수성을 최대한으로 고려한 관리기술이 필요하다. 또한, 어느 조직이든 인적자원이 중요한 조직의 요소가 되지만, 도서관의 경우 지적인 정보서비스가 이루어지는 곳이므르 특히 인적자원의 중요성이 더 높다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 도서관 직원의 직무만족은 도서관 조직의 목표달성을 위해 매우 중요한 역할을 하며, 직원의 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 리더십인 필요하다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 도서관 직원의 직무만족과 리더십 간의 관계를 규명하므로써, 도서관의 주 목표인 정보제공의 효율성을 달성하는데 기여하고자 한다.

  • This study conducted a survey targeting incumbent records managers and archivists to examine the effect of the training program executed by the National Archives of Korea on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of actual record managers. Based on the results, this study proposed a training program that could improve job satisfaction and organizational commitment, based on the analysis results and the requirements of record managers and archivists, while fulfilling the knowledge and technology demand for records management. The training program of the National Archives of Korea proposed by this study has the following advantages. Records managers and archivists can acquire more professional skills that their field require them while feeling satisfied with their duty and becoming more immersed with their organization. In addition, they can also actively enhance their ability to cope with the variable environment.

The Influence of Appearance Satisfaction on Interest in Eye Makeup and Makeup care Behavior in Female Consumers (여성 소비자의 외모만족도가 아이 메이크업 관심도 및 메이크업 관리행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study attempted to verify the influence of appearance satisfaction on interest in eye makeup and makeup care behavior in female consumers and provide basic data which are needed to plan marketing strategies and develop cosmetics in the cosmetics market. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed against adult women in their 20-50s from the capital region. A total of 399 copies were used for final analysis, and the results found the followings: First, differences were found in appearance satisfaction, interest in eye makeup and makeup care behavior by general characteristics. In other words, interest in eye makeup started with 'self-care', showing interest in chasing a trend. Second, concerning the effects of appearance satisfaction on interest in eye makeup, as the respondents were more satisfied with their facial contour, they were more interested in eye makeup. Third, in terms of the influence of appearance satisfaction on eye makeup care behavior, as they were more satisfied with their skin conditions, trend-setting makeup care behavior increased. Consequently, increase in appearance satisfaction enhanced interest in eye makeup, having an influence on makeup care behavior.

  • The current study examined the relationship between satisfaction with pay and performance. The purpose of this study is not only to analyse the effect of pay satisfaction on job satisfaction and turnover intention, but to verify the moderating effect of LMX in order to provide a useful theoretical and managerial implication. The empirical results reveal that satisfaction of pay positively affects job satisfaction, but has a negative impact on turnover intention. It is also found a moderation effect of LMX between pay satisfaction and performance. The empirical results imply that an effective compensation management should be applied and an enhanced LMX effort has to be made to motivate employee.

  • 본 연구는 취업주부의 객관적 및 주관적 자원 가정관리 능력 가정생활만족간의 관 계를 체계론적 관점에 따라 분석하고 각 변인들간의 인관관계를 알아보고자 하는데 그 목적 이 있다 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다 1) 자원적정인지도 생활정보활용도 및 의사소통도는 비교적 높고 스트레스인지도는 비교적 낮은 편이었다 가정관리능력과 가정생활만족은 비교 적 높은 편이었다 2) 취업주부의 연령과 생활정보활용도 의사소통도가 높을 때 가정관리능 력이 높았다 3) 취업주부의 연령이 낮고 자원적정인지도와 의사소통도가 높고 스트레스인지 도가 낮을 때 가정생활만족도가 높았다 4) 취업주부의 가정관리능력이 높을 때 가정생활만족 도가 높았다. 5) 각 변인들 사이에 인과관계가 성립되었다.

  • This study examines the effect of customer experience management capability of a bank and job satisfaction and customer orientation of the frontline employee in bank. The proposed research model and developed hypotheses were tested using structural equations modeling based on data collected from 321 employees working in banks. The results of the study confirm the positive effects of employee training, employee empowerment, employee evaluation, cross functional work of customer experience management capability is job satisfaction and customer orientation. But channel integration is not supported job satisfaction and customer orientation. Performance management influenced customer orientation through job satisfaction. The study provides On a theoretical level valuable insights into the customer experience management competency at the organizational unit and but there is also a limitation that firms the is limited.

  • The purpose of this study to identify Japanese tourist's satisfaction and revisit after they were treated Korean skin care. The questionnaire was administered to 319 Japanese who had experience to take Korean skin care. The result of empirical study were as follows. First, the result of choice property toward the visit-motivation of skin care salon, it has difference by the visit-motivation type. Second, the result of affection on client's satisfaction, choice property is affected client's satisfaction. Third, the choice factor of affection on intention about revisit after skin care is related on facility, image and side-service factor than service and price. Forth, choice property after they visited skin care salon, client's satisfaction is affected revisit.

  • The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the effects of tax inspection team administrator's conflict management style on team members' fairness perception and job satisfaction. The results showed that tax inspectors had a significant positive effect on the distributive and procedural fairness in proportion to the harmonious and cooperative conflict management styles by tax inspection team administrator and competitive conflict management style had a significant negative effect on it. In addition, it was shown that the distributive and procedural fairness recognized by tax inspectors have a sign. It was confirmed that the tax inspection team administrator's conflict management had an impact on the job satisfaction recognized by team members in tax inspection team and their fairness perception and team administrator's conflict management style became an important factor in the team's organizational performance.

  • 본 논문에서는 계층적 구조를 가진 이산사건시스템의 관리 제어이론에 대해 알아본다. 특히 하위레벨(low level)과 상위레벨(high level) 로 구성된 계층적 구조의 이산사건시스템에서 레벨들 사이의 정보 전달을 바탕으로 상위레벨에서 설정된 사양을 만족시키기 위한 상위레벨 및 하위 레벨의 관리제어기 설계기법을 소개한다. 계층적 구조에서 관리 제어 목적은 계층적 일치성의 개념으로 정의되는데, 이것은 설계된 하위 레벨 관리제어기에 의해 제어된 하위 레벨 이산사건시스템의 동작에 대한 상위 레벨로의 정보사상이 주어진 상위레벨의 사양과 일치함을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 상위레벨 상에서 임의의 사양이 주어질 때 계층적 일치성을 만족하게 하는 관리 제어기가 존재하기 위한 계층적 이산사건시스템의 동작특성과 레벨들 사이에서의 정보전달의 특성을 소개한다. 또한 설계된 관리제어기를 포함하는 전체 관리제어 시스템에서 계층적 일치성 및 비막힘성의 동시 만족에 대한 관리 제어 문제를 소개한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between self-management, dance activity satisfaction and dance performance confidence in university dance students. The subject was a population of 350 university dance students during the period of time November 5, 2012 to December 7, 2012. The data on 322 students were used for actual analyses and data were processed with SPSS 18.0 for Window. The results of the analysis were as follows: First, self-management had positive effects on dance activity satisfaction. Second, dance activity satisfaction had positive effects on dance performance confidence. Third, self-management had positive effects on dance performance confidence.
