This paper tries to survey the problems of the archival appraisal system and practice through the appraisal agent, timing, and criteria in Korea. There are two sorts of appraisal criteria that contradict each other. This requires an urgent need for an appraisal policy statement. On this survey result, it suggests the trend to shift from passive and neutral appraisal to participatory appraisal by the active and conscious archivists and records managers.

2006년 정부에서 암정복 10개년 계획을 발표하면서 추진전략의 하나로 암환자 재활 및 완화의료 지원 강화가 포함되었다. 2008년부터 '말기암환자 전문의료기관 지정고시'를 제정하여 인력, 시설, 장비기준을 충족할 경우 완화의료전문기관으로 지정하여 사업평가 및 운영비를 지원하고 있다. 2010년 암관리법이 개정 공포되면서 '완화의료제도' 관련규정 또한 강화되었으며, 2011년 대상자, 사업범위, 인력기준, 시설기준 등이 포함된 시행령 및 시행규칙을 개정 공포함에 따라 말기암환자 완화의료 전문기관에서는 이 규정에 따라 평가 및 운영되고 있다. 말기암환자는 호스피스완화의료의 일부이지만 현재 정부의 제도안에서 시행되는 법령이기에 호스피스완화의료기관 운영에 도움이 되기를 바라며 암관리법 중 완화의료관련 규정을 소개하고자 한다.

신뢰성 있는 수문자료는 홍수와 가뭄의 피해를 경감하기 위한 각종 수공구조물의 설계 및 기준 수립에 필요한 기초적인 자료이다. 또한, 국내 수문특성을 대변할 수 있는 고품질 수문자료의 확보는 경제 산업적으로도 필수적이고 기본적인 사항이다. 이러한 여건들과 사회적인 요구에 부응하기 위해서는 적극적인 품질관리를 통해 신뢰성 있는 수문자료를 제공해야 한다. 수문자료의 중요성과 수문자료 품질관리의 필요성이 대두되고 있는 사회적인 요구를 반영하고자 국가 수문자료 품질관리 기준을 제시하고 현업에 적용 가능한 시스템을 구축하여 수문자료 관리 체계를 확고히 함으로써 수문자료 신뢰성을 확보하는 데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 한강홍수통제소 관할 수문관측소의 실시간 수문자료(우량, 수위)에 대해 기왕자료 분석을 통해 지점별 이상치 자동점검 기준을 설정하였고 이에 따른 자동 품질관리를 거친 후 이상 및 결측치를 수동으로 수정, 보완할 수 있는 기법을 적용하여 수동 품질관리를 수행할 수 있도록 C/S(Client/Server) 방식의 전산프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 구축된 국가 수문자료 품질관리시스템에 의해 수행된 품질관리 과정을 통해 수정, 보완된 자료는 원시자료, 자동품질등급, 수정자료, 수동품질등급의 자료 품질 표지가 이루어지고, 자료의 현황을 자세히 알 수 있도록 구성되었다. 국가 수문자료 품질관리시스템을 통해 수문자료 품질관리업무의 효율성을 증대시키고 수문자료의 신뢰도를 높이는 수단으로 활용될 것이다.

데이터 품질 기준은 반드시 현업의 입장에서 바라봐야 하며, 현업의 마인드가 데이터 품질에 가장 결정적인 영향을 미친다. 이에 따라 데이터 품질을 향상시키기 위해서는 현업이 데이터 품질 관리에 직접 참여할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 데이터 값(Data Value)에 대한 데이터 오너 (Owner)를 부여하여 데이터 품질 오류 시 현업이 직접 데이터 품질 관리 프로세스에 참여 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 데이터 품질 관리 프로세스는 데이터 품질 대상 및 기준을 정의하고 측정, 분석, 개선하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서 제시한 데이터 오너 관리 방안은 보다 효율적인 데이터 품질 관리 프로세스를 개선 시킬 수 있을 것이다.

Occupational Safety and Health Management Cost were introduced in 1988 to prevent human safety accidents occurring in industrial sites. However, the accounting standards of Occupational Safety and Health Management Cost based on five construction types and three construction amounts do not reflect the characteristics of various construction sites. In order to understand this problem, this study analyzed the utilization rate and usage details of Occupational Safety and Health Management Cost of domestic construction companies. As a result, this study identified considerable number of projects surpassed the limits of allowed usage of Occupational Safety and Health Management Cost and analyzed their causes. Based on these findings, this study suggests the necessity and direction of improvement of Occupational Safety and Health Management Cost accounting standards.

Though the maintenance monitoring of structurally weak parts of the tunnel structure in public service must be judged in connection with the monitoring during the construction period for analysis of the behavior of the ground and surrounding structures following the tunnel excavation for the effective management, the monitoring during the construction period and the maintenance monitoring are implemented separately on the basis of the periods of construction and maintenance, so the connectivity and systematic management of the related data are mostly inadequate. The improvement direction is suggested in this thesis, by analyzing the problems of tunnel monitoring in the domestic design criteria. And, it is anticipated that from now on the use of hi-tech sensors and wireless communications technology will proceed vigorously in the maintenance, so considering these situations, the development and application of the maintenance monitoring system and the revision of the domestic design criteria and specification are needed in the future.

Common Criteria(CC) was announced in June, 1999 in order to solve a problem which be happened by applying a different evaluation criteria among nations. Currently, a official version is v2.2 and v3.0 is a draft version. Because an evaluation demand is increased in the inside and outside of the country, an evaluation market growth is expected. Also, It needs methodology and work automation and project management for evaluation. In this paper, we propose A CC based Security Evaluation Management System(CC-SEMS) that is managing evaluation resources(deliverables , evaluation criteria, evaluators) and is useful in evaluation environment efficiently. CC-SEMS is to have integrated project management, workflow management, process management and is composed of deliverables, Evaluation Activity Program(EAP), Management Object(MO), Evaluation Database(EDB), Evaluation Workflow Engine(EWE).

Modular construction projects offer advantageous over conventional construction projects in the area of quality control through factory production. However, as clear standards and definitions for quality control activities have yet to be not established, it is difficult to judge the appropriateness of the scale of quality control costs, and it is also difficult to classify quality control activities by process stage. Therefore, in this study, a method for classifying quality management activities based on activity standards was presented, in addition to a method for classifying quality costs according to the PAF standards to check how effective the costs and activities are for quality control in the future. The findings of this study can be used to define the quality management activities for each stage of the modular construction project in the future, and to develop a database of evidence to determine the appropriateness of cost distribution accordingly.

모든 원자재 가격이 오르면서 육계산업의 핵심요소 중 하나인 병아리 생산비용이 수당 550원 이상이 되었다. 이러한 현실은 많은 것을 의미하는데 그중 하나가 병아리 한 마리 한 마리의 가치가 높아졌다는 것이고, 한 마리의 병아리라도 소홀할 수 없는 개체개념이 생겼다는 것이다. 육계의 특성상 대군 밀집사육을 하다 보니 소나 돼지처럼 한 마리의 개체개념이 상대적으로 약한 편이지만 이제는 개체관리에도 신경써야 할 시기가 왔다고 판단된다. 육계의 사육일정이 단축되어 29일령에 1.6kg이상 출하해도 놀라운 일이 아닐 정도로 육계사육의 증체속도도 매우 빨라졌다. 따라서 육추기간 동안의 사육 상태에 따라 출하성적 전체에 영향을 주고 있다는 것이다. 이러 이유로 필자의 원고방향도 육추관리에 더 많은 관심을 갖게 된 것이다. 이번 2월호에서는 농장마다 조건이 모두 다르기 때문에 육추방법이 같을 수는 없지만 육추관리에서의 5가지 기준은 어느 농장이나 동일한 기준을 준수해야 한다. 그 기준을 알아보고자 한다.

공동구내 설비에 대하여 공동구 관련 설치 및 유지관리 지침이 있고 지자체별 또는 공공기관별로 법적 장치가 있으나 충분한 설계기준을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 운영중인 공동구의 관리도 지자체 시설관리공단등으로 나누어져 있어 공통되고 일괄된 설치기준이나 유지관리제도도 확립되지 못하여 비효율적이다. 본 연구에서는 공동구 설계기준과 작성과 관련하여 작성방향에 대하여 살펴보고자 하였다.
