A study on how to Promote Smart Tourism through Case Analysis of Smart Tourism Utilizing New ICT Technologies (ICT 신기술을 활용한 스마트관광의 추진사례 분석 및 활성화 방안 연구)

  • With the introduction of smart devices as a new channel of information distribution, the mass tourism that has been dominating the travel scene is being transformed into individual tourism. Therefore, it is more than important to establish an advanced smart tourism environment using cutting-edge ICT technologies in order to go into one of tourism developed countries. In line with that, this study draws both local and international cases to show where smart tourism stands now by mapping out problems and solutions by category. Firstly, in terms of infrastructure, establishing distribution platform and big data analyzing systems were suggested. Secondly, to fit the needs of consumers, converged tourism content and user experience based content development are in need. Lastly, in terms of governance forming public-private consultative body and incubating creative tourism companies are suggested. The study results will serve as a fruitful reference to those who want to establish business strategy related to smart tourism.

Also, mobile learning content, implementation in the next NCS expected to use a lot of help in learning. This study is the result of increased learning the analysis of the lessons learned. Implement mobile learning content gives fun and interesting to the learner to ten design process using the u-Smart Tourist Information class 2.0.

  • The focus on the tourism development after executing the local self-governing system has been changed into a software from a hardware. Especially, the local self-governing bodies in recent years have found their local attractions, and then made them into the tourist contents (branded as a kind of commercial article) which can represent their local culture and environment. They are positively making the most of the contents for their public relations. But, as the tourist contents are used as a limited form, they need to be developed as a city brand which is comprehensive and unifying. Accordingly, in this paper, the C-city was selected as an example. and a city brand of C-city was made on the basis of the tourist contents.

  • The purpose of this paper is to provide a convenient platform for bus users and a platform to provide tourist services suitable for bus tourism as integrated services. Recently, the number of FIT tourists for recreational purposes using public transportation is increasing as the bus use environment is improved. Accordingly, we need a tourist platform that meets the needs of tourists. In particular, a bus information providing algorithm is implemented using a bus information public API to more conveniently use the bus information providing system, and a user use behavior data collection module and a data mining module To develop a contents platform based on a bus stop for bus tourism services to FIT tourists using public transportation.

  • 본 연구는 최근 관광 트렌드로 부상하고 있는 '나홀로 여행족'이 나타나게 된 사회문화적 배경을 각종 문서자료를 통해 탐색해보고 개념을 살펴보고자 하였다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 나홀로 여행족의 사례를 여성 3명을 대상으로 나홀로 여행이 어떠한 속성을 지니고 있는지 밝히고 나홀로 여행이 가지고 있는 의미와 특성을 고찰하였다. 뿐만 아니라 최근 우리나라에 불고 있는 나홀로 여행족에 대한 열풍이 새로운 관광콘텐츠로서 지속성을 가질 수 있는지에 대해서도 검토하였다.

  • 문화콘텐츠는 지역 관광산업을 발전시키는데 핵심적인 요인으로 인식이 되어 전 세계 많은 국가들이 자신들만의 문화콘텐츠를 개발하기 위하여 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히 우리나라뿐만 아니라 전 세계적으로 도시재생을 통한 문화콘텐츠 개발에 많은 관심을 가지고 있는데 그 이유로 도시에서 상대적으로 경제적·문화적으로 낙후되거나 사용하지 않는 유휴공간을 새로이 리모델링함으로써 도시 내 유휴공간을 지역의 특화된 문화예술 공간으로 구축함으로써 하나의 지역 특화 관광산업으로 발전을 하고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구는 SERVQUAL을 통해 유휴공간을 통해 제공되는 문화콘텐츠가 관광산업에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴 보고자 한다.

  • 지역 불균형문제 해소를 위하여 각 지자체에서는 다양한 정책을 수립하고 있으며, 그 대표적 사례로 지역관광 활성화전략을 들 수 있다. 다양한 지역관광활성화전략이 대두되고 있으나 대부분 점형관광전략이 지역관광 개발의 주를 이루고 있으며, 이는 통과형 관광을 유발하여 지역소득 증대에 큰 기여를 하지 못한다는 평가를 받고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지역이 가진 자원을 다양하게 연계하여 잠재적 관광자원을 활성화할 수 있는 관광네트워크를 구축하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 체류형 관광을 설계함으로써 관광정책이 지역경제에 기여할 수 있는 기틀을 마련하였다.

  • It is widely recognized that tourism information can be defined as useful and reliable reference which significantly influences the traveler's decision making. As the tourism organizations with online network, along with information system offer an array of information to the public, the passengers more frequently seek and search needed information via internet. However, currently existing tourism contents are mainly designed for suppliers, being viewed by customers perspective, those contents do not reflect the clients inquiries and needs. With the advent of consumer based technology and favorable environment, current tourism-related web sites show some changes from tourism suppliers to User-Created Contents(UCC). The major purpose of this research is to identify the tourism contents provided by both supplier and tourists themselves. Additionally, this paper also indicates research issues for further study.

  • Because of geographical reason, Jeju dialect has more unique features than other cities' dialects. In addition, Jeju dialect is one of the important research topics in Korean Linguistics due to archaic words before 15th century. However, the research works about Jeju dialect related to tourism are rare unfortunately Also, the tourism contents of Jeju dialect are rare. Thus, in order to activate and inform the tourists about Jeju dialect, the development of tourism contents about Jeju dialect is necessary. In this paper, we develop the tourism contents about Jeju dialect which are divided into several situations to help the tourists' understanding. The developed digital contents run in multiplatforrns such as PDAs, cellular phones, and the Internet web site.
