The human desire for 'beauty' is with the long history of mankind. This study started with how people of the 21st century would think about such beauty. Using the Q methodology, which is a qualitative research method, the Q-statements for the people's real thoughts and perceptions are secured and typified. The survey was conducted on July 8 to July 31, 2019, and was classified into three types of survey analysis results. The results of the analysis are as follows. showed high standard scores of statements such as 'self-development effort', 'good human relations', and 'learning to learn', and named as 「Self-Development Type」. has a high distribution of statements such as 'Passion', 'Young energy' and 'Healthy flesh', and named as 「Passion Type」. showed high statements such as 'I', 'good human relationship', 'self-development effort', and named 「I'm Type」. In addition, this study emphasizes the usefulness of qualitative research as an exploratory study for understanding and future empirical studies.

Postcolonialism, as a school of thought, has become enormously influential for understanding the recent phenomena of globalization. While rejecting the universalizing categories of the Enlightenment, postcolonialism has called into question the old idea of culture and identity as a transcendent regime of authenticity and purity. It has also celebrated the diasporic experiences that entail porous and hybrid cultural identities as a potential site of struggle and resistance against the dominant cultural and discursive order. It is argued, however, that postcolonial theory's emancipatory claims relating to the diversified global culture tend to be complicit with transnational capitalism that brings about global issues of material as well as cultural injustice. This article, through a thorough review of the ways the postcolonial theoretical framework has been developed and appropriated by main figures in postcolonial scholarship, seeks for a theoretical and critical strategy to grasp the complex conditions of global inequality.

데이터를 보다 효과적으로 운영하기 위해 다양한 시도가 계속되고 있다. 그 핵심은 바로 일관되고 통합된 데이터베이스를 확보하는 것이다. 이는 영업이나 마케팅을 비롯해, 일반적인 관리에 이르기까지 모든 조직의 업무를 보다 능률적이고 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 것이다. 특히 회사간 M&A가 빈번하게 이뤄지고, 유사한 프로그램들이 지속적으로 설치되고 있으며, 관련 업체들끼리 다양한 협력관계를 체결하게 되면서 이러한 요구사항은 더욱 중요시되고 있다. 데이터에 진정한 가치를 부여하기 위한 하나의 요건으로 받아들여지고 있는 통합 데이터베이스 구축의 필요성과 방법을 검토해보자.

Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a common complication of Congenital heart defects (CHD) with left-to-right shunts, and PAH with increased pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR) is associated with considerable morbidity and mortality. General anesthesia (GA) can be life-threatening in patients with PAH, because the positive pressure ventilation during GA increases pulmonary arterial pressure and decreases pulmonary blood flow. This may also lead to hypoxia. Therefore, spontaneous ventilation may be safer than positive pressure ventilation in patients with PAH. A five-year-old male child, weighing 11 kg, with medical history showing a total correction of Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) in 2009 and ongoing treatment with hypertension (HTN) medicine since 2007, visited the Dankook University Dental Hospital. He had multiple dental caries, and the treatment was completed under sevoflurane insufflation sedation via nasal cannula. The patient remained sedated throughout the operation while maintaining normal vital signs and spontaneous respiration. In conclusion, sevoflurane insufflation sedation may be a safer alternative to GA for the dental treatment of patients with PAH.

This study was done to describe the experiences of middle-aged woman using SNS through smart phone. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi(1978)'s phenomenological method. The research participants were middle-aged woman 10 participants(age 42~52). As result of research, 75 significant statements, 22 themes, 5 themes cluster, and 2 categories of themes cluster were extracted. The 5 themes cluster are: 'space of meeting and communication', 'space of exchanging information', 'space of cultural creation', 'space of digital fatigue', 'dishonesty communication', and 2 categories of themes cluster are: 'Restructuring on positive social relationship', 'Restructuring on negative social relationship'. These results will promote understanding of middle-age woman using SNS through smartphone, and will be helpful in developing more effective nursing intervention for social relationship.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of compassion experienced by defectors on deep acting in organization and secondly to demonstrate the effect of deep acting through compassion on job performance. Third, the purpose of this study is to examine the effects of deep acting on organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, we examine the mediating effect of deep acting in the relationship between compassion and job performance. Finally, we try to demonstrate the mediating effect of deep acting in the relationship between compassion and organizational citizenship behavior. As a result of this study, it was proved that compassion experienced by defectors has a positive effect on deep acting and that deep acting has a positive effect on job performance and organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, all hypotheses were supported by the findings of research on the mediating effect of deep acting in the relationship between compassion and job performance, and compassion and organizational citizenship behavior. Thus, this study implies that the defectors who need compassion in the organization improve their job performance and increase organizational citizenship behavior through deep acting.

이제 기업별로 분기이익을 발표하는 Earning Season이 돌아왔다. 분기보고에 나타난 실적을 기초자료로 하여 기업들은 내부적으로 자사의 성과를 평가하고 주식시장에서는 투자자들이 기업을 평가하는 기본 자료로 활용하여 온 것이 주지의 사실이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 엔론사태를 시발로하여 현재까지 꼬리를 물고있는 미국 기업에 대한 회계조작 사건은 기업회계에 대한 신뢰성의 저하를 초래했다. 세계에서 가장 투명한 경영을 한다는 미국의 대기업들이 이러한 사건에 연류되면서 상대적으로 투명성이 의심되는 국가의 기업들은 회계조작과 관련이 없더라도 이러한 악재를 피해 가기는 힘든 것이 현실이다. 회계의 투명성에 대한 신뢰도는 단순한 문제라고 할 수만은 없다. 왜냐하면 회계의 신뢰성에 대한 문제는 기업의 펀드멘탈에 관련된 문제이기 때문이다. 이러한 연유로 자본주의 경제와 불가분의 관계인 회계에 대한 비판과 개혁론이 대두되고 있어 대안적인 방안들이 관심을 끌고 있다. 그 방안의 하나로 지목되는 것이 $''$기업 건전성 지수$''$이다. 기업 건전성 지수는 경영자의 기업관리 및 투자자의 기업평가에 동일하고 유용하게 쓰일 수 있는 재무적 접근법이다. 본 논고에서는 기업 건전성지수에 대한 개념, 활용방안, 회계조정 그리고 지표의 진정한 효과에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

This paper analyzes Paul Ricoeur's theory of mutual recognition with the concern for the establishment of a desirable relationship between cultures. Ricoeur tries to construct his own theory via Hegel and Honneth. He thinks, according to their theory, the state of being recognized could not arrive eternally. This means that the struggle for recognition could continue permanently. To put an end to the struggle for recognition, Ricoeur introduces the state of peace made possible by the exchange of ceremonial gifts. In other words, the struggle could be eliminated symbolically thorough the exchange of gifts. The mutuality established by this process however, can not accomplish its meaning without overcoming the original dissymmetry between one and the other in which phenomenology has a keen interest. To integrate the dissymmetry into mutuality, Ricoeur gives attention to 'between' the giver and the receiver in the system of gift exchange. He carries out this task by securing a just distance, or a distance in proximity.

본 연구는 아동의 탐색활동에 관한 연구에 지침이 되고 자극을 주고자, 또한 실제 지도에 있어 시사점을 발견하고자 이 분야에 관한 주요연구문헌을 고찰하였다. 그리하여 탐색활동을 놀이와 호기심과 비교하여 그 정의를 내리고 탐색활동의 기능과 특징, 그리고 이 활동에 영향을 주는 제 요인을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 아동의 탐색활동에 관한 연구자간의 의견차이를 보이는 것이나 연구공백이 있는 것이 여러부분이 됨이 드러났다. 즉 놀이와 탐색활동과의 구별, 탐색활동과 호기심과의 관계, 탐색활동의 동기, 상황에 따른 탐색활동의 유형변화, 탐색활동을 유발시키는 자극물의 특성-특히 공간적 특성, 탐색활동과 아동의 년령, 성별, 인지적 발달단계와의 관계, 그리고 탐색활동에 있어서의 개인차 등에 관해 더 많은 연구가 요구됨을 알 수 있었다. 특히, 아동의 탐색활동과 지적발달 또는 사회성 발달과의 관계나 아동의 발달과정에 따른 훈련이나 교육을 동한 탐색활동의 증진방안 등은 시사성 있는 중요한 연구테마로 보여진다. 또한 이 탐색활동에 관한 연구에서도 실험실에서 이루어진 연구가 자연적인 상황에 얼마나 일반화 될 수 있는지, 한 번의 관찰이나 실험이 계속적인 의미를 지닐 수 있는지에 대해 연구자들이 더욱 신중해야 할 필요성이 있음이 드러났다. 물론, 한 가지 이론이나 연구로서 탐색활동의 전부를 설명할 수는 없다. 유아교육자들이나 아동학자들은 아동이 그 자신의 환경에 적응하고, 사회적 유능성을 함양시키고, 진정한 의미에서의 지능발달에 중요한 것으로 드러난 이 아동의 탐색활동에 관해 더욱 관심을 가지고 여러 가지 이론과 연구를 빌어 연구나 실제 지도에 필요한 아이디어를 삼아야 할 것이다.

This study aimed to analyze the quality concepts and requirements of digital records as evidence and to find an implication to develop requirements for trusted digital records with securing authoritative qualities. To this end, this study compared requirements of records domain linking records process, records metadata and records systems with judicial domain on digital evidence, and identified the records requirements to secure the legal admissibility linking records and judicial domain. This study analyzed the relationship of quality concepts between digital records and digital evidence, found the legal admissibility is highly related to the reliability, and derived that it needs the measure to secure the reliability at the stage of records creation and capture. To prove authenticity of digital evidence, this study identified importance of records process, records metadata and records system, and proposed the necessity of measurement to secure records' evidence.
