The Effect of Emotional Control and Interpersonal Cognitive Problem Solving Ability on Children's Interpersonal Relationship Formative (유아의 대인관계 형성능력에 미치는 정서조절능력과 대인문제해결사고의 영향)

  • This study was designed to examine the effect of emotional control and interpersonal cognitive problem solving ability on children's interpersonal relationship formative. The subjects were 133 boys and girls who were day care center in G metropolitan city. Data analysed with t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, regression. The results were as follows. First, there were significant differences in the children's interpersonal relationship formative according to children' sex. There were significant differences in the emotional control and interpersonal cognitive problem solving ability according to their sibling and mother occupation. Second, there were significant correlations between the children's interpersonal relationship formative, emotional control and interpersonal cognitive problem solving ability. Third, the children's interpersonal relationship formative was affected by emotional control and interpersonal cognitive problem solving ability.

Formation of Trust by Duration of Relationship in Services Setting (서비스 환경에서 관계기간에 따른 신뢰의 형성)

  • This paper is to identifies relationship between service quality, trust toward employees, trust toward store and store loyalty by investigate how service quality influences on trust toward employees and trust toward store, and its, in turn, influence on store loyalty and explain the moderating effect in relationships between service quality and trust toward employees, and service qualty and trust toward store in bank services setting. A survey study was conducted to collect the data with the actual service purchasers at domestic mayor banks. Analysis of structural equation modeling with AMOS 18.0 was performed to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows: First, it was found to the moderating effect in relationships between empathy dimension of service quality and trust toward employees, and assurance dimension of service quality and trust toward store. Second, service quality shows differential effects on both trust toward employees and trust toward store by dimension but trust toward employees influence on both trust toward store and it, in turn, influence on store loyalty. To sum up, it have to build empathy of service quality for increase of trust toward their customer who have high duration of relationship and have to build assurance of service quality for increase of trust toward store in bank service settings.

  • 본 연구는 무선인터넷 컨텐츠 중 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있는 모바일 게임의 고객 충성도 형성요인을 고찰하였다. 모바일 게임 산업은 그동안 각 이동통신사에 종속된 게임업체들이 게임 컨텐츠를 공급함으로써 게임업체에 지속적인 충성도를 가지는 고객을 확보하기가 어려웠다. 그러나 이제 무선망 개방과 더불어 이동 통신회사와는 관계없이 자유롭게 무선인터넷 접속이 가능해짐에 따라 많은 변화가 예상된다. 즉, 시장의 장벽이 사라지게 되어 모바일 게임업체들 간의 경쟁은 더 한층 심화될 것이며, 결국 안정적인 고객을 확보한 몇몇 기업만이 살아남게 될 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모바일 게임의 충성도 형성에 영향을 미치는 변수들에는 어떠한 것이 있는지 조사해 보고자 한다. 기존의 온라인 게임이나 컴퓨터 게임의 충성도에 관한 연구들을 참조하여 모바일 게임만의 특성을 고려한 연구모형을 설정하였다. 먼저 모바일 게임의 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 게임의 내적 요인과 외적 요인으로 구분하였다. 모바일 게임의 내적 요인으로는 게임 컨텐츠 자체의 참신성, 조작용이성을, 게임 외적 요인으로는 브랜드 인지도와 사회적 상호작용성을 선정하였다. 이러한 변수들이 모바일 게임 만족도에 영향을 미치고 또 이 만족도가 모바일 게임에 대한 고객 충성도로 이어진다는 모델과 가설을 제시하였다.

A Structural Interactions among Customer Trust, Attitude, Involvement and Purchase Intention in Internet Shopping Mall (인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 고객신뢰, 태도, 관계몰입과 구매의도의 구조적 관계에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigates the relationship between the antecedents of Trust on Internet Shopping Mall and its effects on attitude, relationship involvement, or purchase intention on the basis of previous researches. 263 undergraduate students were used into data analysis. The date was analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis and Structural Equation Model(SEM) using SPSS and AMOS programs. As the results, the three antecedents of trust excepting company size had the positive effects on trust. Also, trust on Internet Shopping Mall had positive direct effects on attitude and relationship involvement. But, the direct effects of trust on buying intention were rejected. Trust on Internet Shopping Mall was intensified by the positive attitude and relationship involvement and leads to the buying intention. The results of this study provide the e-marketing strategy on Internet Shopping Mall focusing on trust, attitude, relationship involvement, and buying intention.

  • 본 연구는 급속한 기술변화와 경쟁심화에 의해 생산체계의 분화가 촉진되고 있는 컴퓨터산업을 사례로 기업간 네트워크의 형성실상과 요인을 분석하였다. 네트워크는 거래원리와 기업간 관계의 측면에서 정의되었으며 하청과 협력네트워크로 구분하였다. 설문조사 결과에 의하면, 하청네트워크는 약 75%, 협력네트워크는 약 85%의 기업이 참여하고 있어 어떤 형태로든 상당수의 기업이 네트워크를 형성하고 있다. 협력네트워크는 물론 하청네트워크도 거래기업간 보완성과 전문성에 의해 지속적인 거래관계로 형성되고 있다. 이것은 기업간 네트워크가 다층화된 생산체계에서 외부기업의 자원을 이용하여 경쟁력을 강화하는 기업전략임을 의미한다. 따라서 기업간 네트워크는 세계화-지방화 시대의 경제공간구조의 변화를 살펴볼 수 있는 중요한 지표가 될 수 있다.

  • 가상공간에서 발생하는 아바타 상호작용 유형과 인상형성에 영향을 주는 요인들을 분석하여 아바타간의 사회적 관계도(DOSR)를 정의하였다. 아바타간 사회적 관계도는 가상공간에서 커뮤니티 형성에 효율성을 제공하는 요소들로서 이루어져 있으며, 사용자의 가중치를 적용하여 산출된다. 본 논문에서는 사회적 관계도를 활용할 수 있는 방법에 대해서 제시하였고, 사회적 관계도를 이용한 아바타 시각화로 인지(Awareness)의 향상에 중점을 두어 시스템을 구현하였다.

  • On entering new millenium, there has been an important switchover in the divergent View and its cases on commercial marketing. This study is to focus on the related influence factors of the optician's marketing. Aiming to improve the relationship of the manager and the manager and the clients, this study tried to find out the influences of the marketing. We defined quality of relation as three element, trust, satisfaction, absorption. We investigated how it influenced optician's characters, goods, service, price, physical convenience and communication to the quality of relation. Moreover, we investigated how it influenced optician characters like knowledge information, good impression, contact and relation marketing of dissatisfaction solution, also quality of relation could or not influence about repurchase intension and Big Mouth marketing. Optician's characters affect on affirmative effect to trust and absorption, but little affirmative effect to satisfaction. Since optician's characters are trust and absorption rather than satisfaction influence, they actively should improve customer-oriented variety of goods, service, physical convenience, communication. As price and communication structure of optician was formed so not modernized, we realized these have not influenced their trust, satisfaction, absorption to customer. Optician's characters influenced more affirmative effect to satisfaction than thrust and absorption. quality of relations mostly provided affirmative effect to the result of relation. The opticians should make efforts to influence on customer satisfied with goods and service, also to have trust and absorption for customer, should maintain good partnership with customer.

  • Currently forest interpreter has become one of occupations, and the demand for forest interpretation has been increasing. For that reason, it is important to achieve the goal of forest interpretation and to satisfy its customers. Therefore, this research examined the relationship between organizational commitment and job motivation and analyzed the effects of job motivation on organizational commitment. Firstly, the mean value for interpreters' job motivation was classified into three factors, which were social relationship, affection for forest, and self-development. Secondly, organizational commitment was classified into two factors of goal-oriented and relation-oriented commitments. Thirdly, gender and number of participation made significance differences in job motivation. In addition, organizational commitment of interpreters was different in accordance to their age and affiliated organization. Finally, job motivation had positive impacts on organizational commitment, and especially social relationship influenced positively to general organizational commitment and goal-oriented commitment.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the formation of placeness in public libraries, to understand placeness of public library, and to explain its social value. This study conducted causality analysis of placeness formation in public libraries. And this study analysed the direct and indirect effects of place attachment in public libraries as a mediated factor between placeness factor and perceived place value.

Key Factors Influencing Online Relational Intimacy in the Context of Social Networking Services (SNS 환경에서 온라인 관계 친밀도에 영향을 미치는 선행 요인들)

  • This study investigated the key factors affecting online relational intimacy in the context of SNS. Based on the use and gratification theory, self-presentation, relationship formation and information searching were identified as the main needs of SNS usage. These needs were expected to influence online relational intimacy through user satisfaction, subjective well-being, and disclosing information behaviors. The theoretical framework was validated by a longitudinal method. Hypotheses were tested by using the partial least squares to data from 199 Facebook users. Self-presentation and information searching had a significant impact on both user satisfaction and subjective well-being. However, relationship formation did not significantly affect both user satisfaction and subjective well-being. User satisfaction had a significant direct effect only on online relational intimacy. Subjective well-beings played a significant role in enhancing both disclosing information behaviors and online relational intimacy. Finally, it has been found that disclosing information behaviors are a key factor in enhancing online relational intimacy. The results of this study are expected to provide academic and practical implications for the key antecedents of online relational intimacy.
