Mediating Roles of General-Satisfaction Trust and Commitment on Word of Mouth and Repurchasing Intention of Relationship-oriented Customers (관계지향적 고객의 구전 및 재구매의도에 대한 전반적 만족과 신뢰 및 몰입의 매개적 역할에 관한 연구)

  • 기존의 관계마케팅에 대한 연구에 있어서 소비자 만족과 같은 고객의 평가에 대한 경험적 연구들이 많이 진행되어 왔지만 기업에 대한 소비자들의 관계성이 강하고 약한 다양성을 구분하지 못하고, 대부분의 연구들이 상대적으로 단기적이거나 약한 관계에 대한 실증연구의 결과들을 제시하고 있기 때문에 상대적으로 관계지향성이 높은 고객에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 거래적 교환관계에서부터 관계지향적 교환관계까지의 연속적 고객관계선상에서 비교적 관계지향성이 높은 고객과의 관계구축을 구전의도와 재구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인의 관점에서 살펴보고자 하였다. 먼저 관계마케팅에서 핵심적인 구성요소인 요인별 만족과 전반적 만족 그리고 몰입과 신뢰 개념을 검토하고, 이들 구성요소들간의 관계를 파악한 후, 재구매의도에 대한 몰입과 신뢰의 효과를 검토하였다. 본 연구에서는 기업과 5년이상 장기적인 관계를 유지하고 있는 심야전력고객을 대상으로 하여 실증연구를 실시하였는데, 분석 결과 전반적 만족은 요인별 만족과 구전의도에 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계적 교환관계에 있어서 요인별 만족과 재구매의도는 신뢰와 몰입수준에 의해 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 요인별 만족이 신뢰와 몰입에 미치는 영향도 다르게 나타났는데, 심야요금제도와 서비스맨에 대한 만족이 몰입에 영향을 미치며, 제품요인과 대리점 요인에 대한 만족이 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The study about influencing factors on the member's identification in online community (온라인 커뮤니티 회원의 동일시에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of the current study was to examined the effect of the perceived membership and social support on the members' identification in online community. The sample consisted of 189 college students in pusan, korea. The results of the study were as follows. First, the effects of perceived memberships on the online community members' identification was influenced significantly. Second, perceived social support was found to be significantly influenced on the online community members' identification. Third, community members' identification in the online was found to be significantly influenced on relationship-oriented behavior. Finally, perceived membership and social support was found to be significantly influenced on relationship-oriented behavior mediating community identification.

Nurses' Perceived Organizational Culture, Verbal Abuse and Job Stress (간호사가 인지하는 조직문화 유형과 언어폭력, 직무스트레스)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigates the relationship among nurses' organizational culture, verbal abuse by doctor and nurse, job stress. A survey using a structured questionnaire was conducted with 235 nurses of 4 hospitals. Collected data were analyzed with mean, standard deviation, t-test, correlation analysis, stepwise multiple regression. This study reported the culture is different depending on the hospitals. And relation-oriented culture had a significant positive correlation to verbal abuse by doctor and nurse and innovation for verbal abuse by doctor. Respectively showing explanatory power job stress score serving as the major predictor variable for relation-oriented culture and verbal abuse by nurse 6.5%. The results of this study suggest that type of organizational culture should be regarded as important factors of job stress and verbal abuse. The results imply that hospital administrators should pay attention to the organizational culture to decrease their job stress through effective communication programs.

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the effect EVE about culture & art education and social tendencies have on adult educatees eliminating controlled mechanisms. Quantitative research on those in their 40s and 50s was executed. The results show that there is a high correlation between GEVE and individualism, REVE and collectivism. GEVE has a higher influence on actualization of self-efficiency, FEVE on reignition of retained desires, REVE on substantialization of non-isolation, individualism on actualization of self-efficiency, and collectivism on substantialization of non-isolation. This research evokes the importance of an interdisciplinary and integrated understanding of EVE in culture & art education, educatees' social tendencies, and their psychological mechanisms. Also, it suggests the necessity of following research and practical adaptation related to developing programs, securing quantitative and qualitative appropriateness reflecting social requirements, and operation, evaluation, and management considering reciprocality.

Effects of Relationship Benefits on Customer Satisfaction and Long-term Relationship Orientation: Focused on Credit Unions (관계혜택이 고객만족과 장기적 관계지향성에 미치는 영향: 신협을 중심으로)

  • Credit unions organized and operated by the members of communities, work-places or groups are co-operative entities where customers act as owners not just transaction partners. The foregoing organizational characteristic of credit unions exerts beneficial effects on their customer relationship, and underscores the need for diversifying their relationship marketing strategies. This study sheds light on the structural relationship of credit unions in terms of principal variables of relationship marketing, i.e. relationship benefits, customer satisfaction and long-term relationship orientation. Specifically, we classify the relationship benefits into three sub-dimensions, i.e. confidence benefits, social benefits and special treatment benefits, and structuralize a causal model involving the customer satisfaction and long-term relationship orientation. From December 26, 2017 to January 26, 2018, A total of 360 questionnaires was collected. Of these, 346 were selected as the final samples, excluding 14, which are difficult to use in statistics. The reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and regression analysis was performed by using the 'SPSS 24.0'. And confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model analysis was performed by using 'AMOS 24.0'. The findings highlight the following. First, confidence benefits directly impact on the long-term relationship orientation, and indirectly influence the latter by the medium of customer satisfaction. Second, social benefits directly influence the long-term relationship orientation, without exerting any indirect effects on the latter via customer satisfaction. Third, special treatment benefits do not directly impact on the long-term relationship orientation but have indirect effects on the latter by the medium of customer satisfaction. Fourth, customer satisfaction has positive effects on the long-term relationship orientation. The findings suggest credit unions should establish a long-term relationship with their customers by providing them with confidence benefits to earn their trust and confidence, with social benefits to build a relationship of affinity and friendship, and with special treatment benefits to meet their needs in the long, not short and temporary, term.

학습지향성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향: 디지털리터러시의 조절효과를 중심으로

  • 본 논문은 스마트 사회에 요구되는 핵심역량으로서 디지털리터러시를 제안하고 선행연구에서 다루었던 학습지향성을 자원기반관점의 핵심역량으로 채택하여 기업성과와의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 중소기업창업지원법상의 기술기반 창업기업 200개 업체를 표본으로 하여 연구를 진행하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습지향성이 기업성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 둘째, 디지털리터러시가 기업성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 셋째, 디지털리터러시가 높을수록 기업성과에 대한 학습지향성의 영향력이 커질 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 본 논문의 이론적 실무적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트 사회의 등장으로 창업 및 기업성과에 대한 디지털리터러시의 영향이 중요해지고 있음에도 불구하고 디지털리터러시와 기업성과 간의 관계에 대한 실증 연구가 많이 부족하였다. 본 연구는 스마트 사회의 창업성공요인으로 디지털리터러시를 제안하여 학습지향성과 기업성과 간의 관계에 대한 디지털리터러시의 조절효과 및 디지털리터러시와 기업성과 간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 디지털리터러시 관련 연구의 확산에 기여하고 있다. 둘째, 자원기반관점과 핵심역량이론에 따라 창업기업의 핵심역량으로서 학습지향성과 디지털리터러시를 채택하고 기업성과와의 관련성을 도출함으로써 두 가지 변수 모두 혁신형 창업을 활성화할 수 있는 스마트 사회의 핵심역량임을 확인하였다. 셋째, 연구방법론 측면에서 본 연구는 기업성과의 하위변수로 재무성과와 비재무성과 이외에 지적재산권의 출원이나 등록 등을 통해 측정되는 연구개발성과를 추가함으로써 기술기반 창업기업의 성장성 및 미래관점을 반영하고 있다.

  • 본 연구는 새로운 객체 지향 모델링 방법으로 VOOM(Various Object-Oriented Modeling)을 제안한다. VOOM은 시스템의 요소 뿐만 아니라 시스템 요소들간의 관계 및 그들로 이루어진 구조를 서로 유형이 다른 프레임으로 정의하여 객체화시키고, 객체화된 시스템 요소 및 관계, 구조를 서로 연결하여 하나의 시스템을 구축하도록 한다. 따라서 전체 시스템의 측면에서 구성 요소의 역할과 전체적인 시스템의 행위 및 구조를 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 한다. VOOM을 통한 모델링 작업은 체계화되고 검증이 용이해지며, 모델의 유연성 및 재사용성이 확장되어질 수 있다. VOOM에 의한 모델링 작업 지원 가능성이 컴퓨터 통신망을 대상으로 한 시뮤레이션 모델링 예를 통해 제사하였다.

Characteristics of Teaching Orientation and PCK of Science Teachers in Online-offline Mixed Learning Environment (온-오프라인 혼합 학습환경에서 과학교사의 교수 지향과 PCK 특징)

  • This study explore characteristics of teaching orientation and pck of science teachers in online-offline mixed learning environment. Data consisted of open-ended survey, semi-structured interview, class observation, field notes from 12 science teachers. We categorized teaching orientation considering both science education goals and science teaching·learning orientation. There were 8 different teaching orientations such as 'understanding science concepts-lecture centered' 'constructing science concepts-inquiry based' 'applying science concepts and inquiry-inquiry based' 'applying science concepts and inquiry-lectured centered' 'analyzing and judging science information-inquiry based' 'developing scientific attitude-inquiry based' 'developing scientific attitude-lecture centered' and 'developing perception of interrelationships among science, technology, and society-inquiry based'. Teachers with inquiry based teaching·learning orientation seemed to have knowledge of science curriculum specific to online learning environment for student inquiry. While teachers with 'understanding science concepts-lecture centered' teaching orientation appeared to have questioning strategy of checking student understanding and strategy of repeating a lecture, teachers with 'constructing science concepts-inquiry based' teaching orientation appeared to have knowledge of instructional strategies to perform online group activities targeting student construction of knowledge and to replace face-to-face group activities with virtual experiments and individual experiments. While teachers with 'understanding science concepts-lecture centered' teaching orientation did not show knowledge of student science learning, teachers with 'constructing science concepts-inquiry based' teaching orientation appeared to have knowledge of student difficulties in inquiry based learning.

A Study on the Factors Influencing of Learning Organization and Organizational Effectiveness (학습조직의 영향요인과 조직유효성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this paper is to study of improve the organizational performance and survival with the changes of the circumstances or in pursuit of improving the organizational effectiveness through the learning organization, the organizational culture was inspected with the condition precedent of the learning organization. The result of this empirical study is summarized as followings. First, the learning organization has a positive effect on the organizational effectiveness. The knowledge and experience accumulated by the learning organization improve the official satisfaction. Second, in the organizational culture of the learning organization, developmental and rational culture has positive effect on the learning organization, but hierarchical and group culture has no effect. on the learning organization. Therefore, to establish the learning organization through the organizational learning, all managers realize the importance of developmental and rational culture because the organizational effectiveness is significant when the organization change is new.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine whether self-understanding influences self-directed learning, and to analyze the mediating effect of future-oriented thinking in the relationship. For this purpose, 240 middle school students in G area were surveyed using self-understanding scale, future-oriented thinking scale, and self-directed learning scale. The structural equation model was used to verify the mediating effect. The main results are as follows. First, self-understanding of middle school students influenced self-directed learning. Second, future-oriented thinking has a complete mediation effect on self-directed learning. As a result of this research, comprehensive implications were suggested for interventions.
