기존의 관계마케팅에 대한 연구에 있어서 소비자 만족과 같은 고객의 평가에 대한 경험적 연구들이 많이 진행되어 왔지만 기업에 대한 소비자들의 관계성이 강하고 약한 다양성을 구분하지 못하고, 대부분의 연구들이 상대적으로 단기적이거나 약한 관계에 대한 실증연구의 결과들을 제시하고 있기 때문에 상대적으로 관계지향성이 높은 고객에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 거래적 교환관계에서부터 관계지향적 교환관계까지의 연속적 고객관계선상에서 비교적 관계지향성이 높은 고객과의 관계구축을 구전의도와 재구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인의 관점에서 살펴보고자 하였다. 먼저 관계마케팅에서 핵심적인 구성요소인 요인별 만족과 전반적 만족 그리고 몰입과 신뢰 개념을 검토하고, 이들 구성요소들간의 관계를 파악한 후, 재구매의도에 대한 몰입과 신뢰의 효과를 검토하였다. 본 연구에서는 기업과 5년이상 장기적인 관계를 유지하고 있는 심야전력고객을 대상으로 하여 실증연구를 실시하였는데, 분석 결과 전반적 만족은 요인별 만족과 구전의도에 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계적 교환관계에 있어서 요인별 만족과 재구매의도는 신뢰와 몰입수준에 의해 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 요인별 만족이 신뢰와 몰입에 미치는 영향도 다르게 나타났는데, 심야요금제도와 서비스맨에 대한 만족이 몰입에 영향을 미치며, 제품요인과 대리점 요인에 대한 만족이 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to develop and verify the Relational Self Scale(RSS). Based on the theoretical assumptions which relational self is multi-dimensional and constructed in social contexts, 10 categories with 102 items were yielded. In the process of content analysis, item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis by administering 102 items to korean adults, 31 items with 7 factors are extracted. The 7 factors are consisted of 'avoidance of relation', 'consciousness of others', 'agency', 'instrumental relation', 'empathy-care', 'perceived support from relation' and 'over-dependency to relation'. Next, Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted with 649 korean adults aged from 20's to 60's. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed the RSS as a valid scale. The 7 factors of the RSS fitted well with men and women. The internal consistency of the RSS was proved to be acceptable. The latent mean analysis indicated that the relational self was not significantly different between men and women at 7 factors. Correlation analysis showed that the construct of relational self was significantly related to relational self-construal, self-esteem and attachment to parent and intimacy person. This study has implication in that relational self is defined and assessed as multi-dimensional construct, and that by administering RSS it is possible to evaluate distinctive korean people's relational self.

슈트용 직물을 대상으로 직물이 스치는 소리를 재현하여 이를 녹은하고 FFT 분석을 통하여 얻은 음향 스펙트럼을 기초로 음색을 정량화할 수 있는 요인을 개발하여, 음색 요인과 KES system에 의해 측정한 직물의 물리적 성진 간의 관계를 고찰하고자 하였다. 직물 소리의 음향 스펙트럼을 기초로 하여 최고 음압과 최저 음압의 차이인 ΔL과 최고와 최저 음압에 해당되는 주파수 간 차이인 Δf, 총음압 LPT의 세가지 요인을 음색 요인으로 정하여 각 직물의 음색 요인 값을 추출하였고, KES를 이용하여 각 직물의 17개의 물리적 성질의 수치를 구하였다. 세 가지 음색 요인과 직물의 물리적 성질 간의 상관관계에서 ΔL은 직물의 인장 회복력과 두께와 유의적인 상관관계를 Δf는 직물의 인장 선형성화 전단성질, 압축에너지, 무게와 유의적인 상관관계를 보이며, LPT는 최대하중시 신장성, 인장 선형성, 인장 에너지와 유의적인 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 세 가지 음색 요인과 직물의 물리적 성질 간의 단계별 희귀관계에서는 LPT가 직물의 물리적 성직(EM, MIU, RC, LT)에 의해 가장 잘 설명되는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서 시도한 절량화된 음색은 직물의 물리적 성질과 유의한 관계를 가짐을 확인하였다.

There are less studies on the adult suicide even though it's steep increase and negative effect on person itself, family and society. The purpose of the present study was to investigate factors that influence on the adult suicide and to categorize it. Using a case-study approach, a total of 61 cases were analyzed. Specifically, on the basis of the stress-vulnerability model, I scrutinized vulnerability factors(classified personal, family-environment, and social-environment factors) and precipitating events(classified personal, interpersonal events) influencing on the adult suicide. As the results of this study, adult suicide classified into 3 types, that is, 'risk type suicide', 'event-response type suicide', 'complex type'. And then I discussed the characteristics of the suicidal types and the method for reduction of adult suicide.

본 연구는 비동시적 온라인 토론 환경에서 학습자의 참여에 영향을 미치는 요인들간의 관계를 보다 포괄적으로 규명하기 위한 기초 연구로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 온라인 토론과 관련된 선행연구 분석을 통해 교수학습설계요인, 동기적 요인, 사회-정서적 요인을 영향요인으로 도출하였으며, 영향요인들과 학습자의 인지적 참여(과정)와 학습(결과)간의 구조적 관계를 나타내는 이론적 연구모형을 제안하였다.

The aim of this study was to examine middle school students' career attitude maturity with five career elements(career decisiveness, goal orientation, confidence, preparation, and independence) related to relational(parent, teacher, friend) and school adjustment (school life, instruction, environment) variables. To accomplish this, 467 collected data was passed through correlation, and simple and multiple regression analysis using SPSS win 12. The main finding was that friend's support was highly correlated to and significantly affected career preparation and independence of the students. School life and instruction were also highly correlated to their career preparation. Parents' and teachers' support affected their career decisiveness. Their school life was an important factor to influence career decisiveness, preparation, and independence of the students. Generally, friends' support and school life of the students were the most important factors that affected the students' career preparation and independence. From the findings, this study suggests that middle schools need to provide more vocational education, diverse after-school activities, and teacher training to support middle school students' career attitude maturity.

This study aimed to exam the mediating effects of relational factors between family deficiency and community spirit in adolescence. Relation factors were composed of some factors, parents relation, peer relation, teacher relation, neighbor relation. Using samples from Korean Youth Panel Study(KYPS) 2012, authors analyzed 4,362, 6th grader and 9th grader, with a hierarchical regression to answer research questions proposed by the study. Results showed that the level of community spirit vary with significant in gender, age, health, family deficiency. Among control factors, girls, grade, recognition of health, earning affected the community spirit. In the relationship between family deficiency and community spirit in adolescence was proven to be influential. In conclusion, the researcher's hypothesized research model between relational factors and community spirit was proved to be true. Therefore this study suggested that adolescents in family deficiency were needed to be boosted a many relational factors. Finally, it remarked the limits of the study and the suggestions for the further research direction.

The effects of strategic partnership can be positive or negative. This paper intends to explain why the partnership produces opposite results. This paper incorporates strategic behavioral direction and perceived values for relational performance. The conceptual model as well as empirical analysis was made and the results are as follows. First, this study uses bi-directional decomposition of two research constructs. The first construct of perceived values is classified into benefits and risks. Also, the behavioral directions are either active or passive behaviors. The critical path is found that the perceived benefits make significant effects on active behavioral direction which does on commitment. Another path is that the perceived risks make passive behavioral direction which results in opportunistic behaviors between strategically partnered firms.

본 연구는 IT아웃소싱 서비스 공급기업의 관계 성과를 조명하기 위하여 성과를 사회적 기술적 측면으로 접근하고 이에 대한 영향 요인으로 파트너십 형성 요인과 파트너십을 성장 강화시키는 요인에 대한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 성공적인 아웃소싱은 서비스 고객사와 서비스 공급사간의 지속적인 의사소통은 물론 상호간 위험과 이익을 공유하며 필요시 서로 상생할 수 있는 파트너십 관계로의 관리가 요구되고 있음을 탐색하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study id to identify service quality of national stone culture festival, to find relationship service quality to festival satisfaction and after behavioral intention of festival participants. To achieve the purpose of this study, 13 elements of service quality was chosen through previous literature study. And 3 factors were extracted by 1st factor analysis, these are hardware, software, and humanware factor. And second factor analysis was performed to identify validity and reliability these factors. And 5th hypothesis was established and adopted in three hypothesis. That is Hardware service quality factor have a influence to festival satisfaction of participants, festival satisfaction of participants have a influence to revisitation and recommendation intention. This paper indicates that results of this study is useful to regional festival planning to settle down as a sustainable events, necessary to retain service quality and satisfaction as a precedent condition.
