A Study of Relationship between Relational Embeddedness of Supply Chain and Financial Performance (공급사슬의 관계적 내재성과 재무적 성과와의 관계)

  • This study investigate the relationship between embeddedness of supply chain on supply chain performance. The development of research model is based on network embeddedness that the literature of strategic management and sociology. To examine the research model and hypotheses, we have used an empirical method based on field survey in which most of measurements used and verified in previous studies are selected as measurements. The data from survey was analyzed using Partial Least Squares(PLS). The result from empirical model suggest as follow; First, relational embeddedness of supply chain effects on supply chain performance. Especially, reciprocal dependance affects interfirm relation performance. Also trust and tie strength of relational embeddedness affects interfirm relation performance. Second, interfirm relation performance affects financial performance.

Impacts of Intrinsic Motivation and Gender Difference on Video Game Genre Usage: A Multiple Group Comparison Approach (내재적 동기와 성차가 비디오 게임 장르 이용에 미치는 영향: 다중 그룹비교 접근법을 이용한 이론적 모델 검증)

  • By integrating of intrinsic motivation theory and flow theory, this study sought to investigate the causal linkage among optimal balance of video game player's perceived skill and challenge, flow experience, intrinsic motivation and video game genre usage. A path analysis showed that the different types of video game usage were directly influenced by players' intrinsic motivations, which were also reinforced by players' flow experiences of enjoyment. However, the path model with a multiple group approach provided no strong evidence for gender differences in the relationships between the variables of interest.

  • This paper investigates the relationships among family-friendly culture, intrinsic motivation, team-member exchange(TMX), and creativity in ICT(information & communication technology) company. Also the study investigates the moderator effect of TMX and the mediator effect of intrinsic motivation in the relationships between family-friendly culture and creativity. A structural equation modeling(SEM) was employed to test the hypotheses. Using survey data collected from 229 R&D department and support personnel in ICT company. The main finding of this study was as follows: First, a family-friendly culture had a negative effect on employee creativity. Second, intrinsic motivation had a positive impact on employee creativity. Third, a family-friendly culture had a positive effect on intrinsic motivation. Fourth, intrinsic motivation mediated effect on the relationship between a family-friendly culture and employee creativity. Fifth, the positive relationships between a family-friendly culture and intrinsic motivation were stronger when TMX was high rather than low. In particular, this review concludes with implications for future research, limitations of this study, and practical application.

장구성(張九成)의 성선(性善) 개념 연구: 호상학과의 차이를 중심으로

  • 이 논문의 목적은 장구성의 성선 개념이 호상학과 같이 선악을 초월해 있는 것이 아니라 선한 마음의 근거로서 내재되어있는 것임을 밝히는 데 있다. 기존연구자들에 의하면, 선악을 초월한 성의 의미는 도덕적 본성의 내재성을 부정하는 것이고, 이로 인해서 성이 외부조건에 따라서 선하게도 악하게도 될 수 있다는 것이다. 그리고 도덕적 본성의 실현은 성에 근거한 것이 아니라 심에 근거해서 이루어지는 것이다. 장구성은 고자의 성 개념을 비판함으로써 도덕적 본성의 내재성과 본성에 근거한 도덕적 실천을 논증해 나간다. 장구성의 성선 개념은 '성은 인의예지로서 내재된 도덕적 본성이다'라는 명제로 압축될 수 있다. 이 명제는 세 가지 조건을 내포하고 있다. 첫째, 성은 곧 인의예지이다. 둘째, 인의예지는 사단의 근거로서만 존재한다. 셋째, 사단은 그 근원인 도덕적 본성을 확인할 수 있는 단서이다. 첫 번째 조건은 '곧'이 '바로 그' 혹은 '나아가다' 중에 어떤 것으로 해석되느냐에 따라서 도덕적 본성의 내재성여부가 가려진다는 것이다. 전자의 의미라면, 성이 인의예지로서 내재된 도덕적 본성이다. 반면에 후자의 의미라면, 인의예지는 도덕적 실천이 이루어진 후에 명명되는 덕목이다. 두 번째 조건은 인의예지와 사단이 체용의 관계를 이루느냐의 여부를 묻는 것이다. 체용의 의미는 도덕적 본성[인의예지]에 근거해서만 드러나는 것이 선한 마음[사단]임을 나타내는 것이다. 세 번째 조건은 사단이 도덕적 본성을 확인하는 단서로 쓰였느냐의 여부를 묻는 것이다. 도덕적 본성이 내 마음에 내재되어있다면, 본성실현의 관건은 그 본성을 확인하는 데에 달려있다. 이때 선한 마음은 확충해서 완전하게 실현되어야 하는 것이 아니라 그 근원을 찾아가는 단서이다. 장구성은 이 세 가지 조건을 충족시킴으로써 맹자의 성선 개념이 도덕적 본성의 내재성임을 증명한다.

The Effects of Procedural Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Local Public Enterprises: The Mediating Role of Intrinsic Motivation (지방공기업의 절차적 공정성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향: 내재적 동기부여의 매개역할)

  • This study examined the effects of procedural justice on two facets of OCB (OCBI and OCBO) in local public enterprises and the mediating role of intrinsic motivation in these relationships. We verified the hypothesis established by a structural equation model based on PLS. The research data were collected through a survey of 269 employees working for local public enterprises. Research has shown that procedural fairness has a positive effect on intrinsic motivation, organizational citizenship behavior directed at individuals (OCBI), and organizational citizenship behavior directed at the organization (OCBO), while intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on OCBI and OCBO. In addition, intrinsic motivation has been found to have a partial mediating effect in the procedural justice-OCBI relationship and the procedural justice-OCBO relationship respectively. Finally, we present theoretical and practical implications that organizations need to activate intrinsic motivation so that members can induce voluntary organizational civic action through improved procedural fairness.

  • This study examines the moderating role of organizational justice in the relationships between intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction, job involvement. The findings are as follows: First Intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on the Job satisfaction and Job involvement. Second, The findings also indicate that distributive justice and procedural justice has a moderating relationship between the personality intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction, job involvement.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediation effect of organizational trust and intrinsic motivation in the relationship between emotional leadership and creativity, suggesting the importance of organizational creativity. Therefore, this study conducted a survey for employees who are working at Korean ICT firms, analyzed the relationship with 241 valid samples, and verified hypotheses using PLS-SEM. The results are as follows. First, emotional leadership had a positive effect on organizational trust. Second, organizational trust had a positive effect on the intrinsic motivation of employees. Third, intrinsic motivation had a positive impact on employees' creativity. Fourth, the organizational trust did not have a positive effect on the creativity of employees. By verifying the mediation effects of organizational trust and intrinsic motivation, this study analyzed the relationship between emotional leadership and creativity, expanding the existing studies of the leadership.

  • 본 연구는 자기결정성 이론에 대한 중요한 변수들이 내재적 동기인 몰입과 만족이 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 인과관계를 실증 연구하고자 한다. 지금까지의 온라인 게임 연구들은 내재적 동기인 Flow가 만족과 충성도에 미치는 연구들이 주를 이루어 왔을 뿐, Flow에 미치는 영향변수에 대한 연구는 미비하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 내재적 동기에 영향을 주는 요인들을 연구한 자기결정성 이론을 바탕으로, 자기결정성의 요인인 자율성, 유능성, 관계성이 몰입과 만족, 충성도에 미치는 인과관계를 연구하고자 한다.

Mediating Effects of Intrinsic Motivation on The Relationship Between Positive Psychological Capital, Psychological Empowerment and Creativity (긍정심리자본, 심리적 임파워먼트와 창의성의 관계에서 내재적 동기의 매개효과 검증)

  • This study examined the relationship among PsyCap(positive psychological capital), psychological empowerment, personal creativity and verified the mediated effects of intrinsic motivation in this relationship using the SEM(Structural Equation Model). For this study, the data was collected through on/off-line surveys of members and managers from 12 different enterprises. Among the 418 answers from voluntary participating employees, 332 answers were finally used for statistical analysis. The results were as follows. First, PsyCap had a positive influence on the intrinsic motivation and personal creativity. Second, Psychological Empowerment had a positive influence on intrinsic motivation, but psychological empowerment has no influence on creativity. Third, intrinsic motivation had a meaningful influence by partially mediating PsyCap and personal creativity but completely mediated psychological empowerment and personal creativity. This study focused on intrinsic motivation among the internal factors that have influences on showing personal creativity and has importance in the point that it has suggested the statistical significance by analyzing the psychological/emotional mechanism to reinforce this intrinsic motivation in a positive way. Positive analysis on the relationships among these variables suggests a theoretical meaning on providing a future direction for the study and practical meaning on providing ideas to reinforce the employees' personal creativity. A Convergence Study on the Relationship between Food Preferences and Intrinsic Motivation of Rural Tourism (농촌관광의 내재적동기와 음식선호에 대한 융복합 연구)

  • The purpose of research is to suggest the direction of rural tourism and food products by looking at the relevance of the intrinsic motivation and food preference. Through the analysis, factors of 'leisure oriented', 'family oriented', 'relationship oriented', 'health oriented', and food preference 'cooking health', 'material function', 'local resource' and 'consume experience' were extracted. Through the correlation analysis, 'leisure and health oriented' was found to be significant with cooking health, 'relationship and health oriented' was significant with material function, 'leisure, family and relationship oriented' was significant with local resource and 'relationship oriented' was significant with consume experience. Therefore, tourists who want rest, healing and health need to provide healthy dishes, tourists who want family and leisure provide local or special dishes, and tourists who want to have a relationship with people need to provide functional foods or herbal medicine dishes. Food products that meet the needs of tourists will induce revisit by increasing tourist satisfaction and bring economic revitalization of the region through the expansion of rural tourism.
