The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of verbal violence experience by employees on turnover intention and the mediating effect of customer-member exchange(CMX) and job satisfaction in local healthy family support center(HFSC). Additionally, the multi-group analysis and latent mean analysis showed varying results across working for general service and child-care service. For the purpose, study conducted a survey among all the employees at 56 local HFSC in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province. Of a total of questionnaires distributed, 319 were returned and analysed. The result of this study were as follows First, verbal violence experience by employees effected on CMX, CMX effected on job satisfaction, job satisfaction effected on turnover intention. Second, CMX and job satisfaction acceptance have statistically significant mediating effects between verbal violence experience and turnover intention. Third, as result of multi-group analysis, the structural relationship were no significant differences found in job position. In the latent means analysis, working for child-care service showed significantly higher latent mean values in verbal violence experience and CMX than general service. Based on the results, policy and practice implications of this study were discussed intervention with considerations given to the difference of the job position.

The purpose of this study is to suggest how to improve the public library service for the disabled, by analyzing stakeholders' needs for it. To this end, it analyzed stakeholders' needs, by conducting an analysis on the current condition of the public library service for the disabled, and IPA on and FGI with the disabled, beneficiaries of the service and service provides, employees in charge of it. The findings show that the current condition of the public library service for the disabled is very poor in terms of disabled users, budget for the service for the disabled and special data for the disabled. For the analysis on the needs for the service for the disabled, the results of IPA suggest that it is necessary to improve relevant policies and manage integrated programs reflecting users' needs, and those of FGI indicate that perceptions on disability need to be improved among the disabled, the non-disabled and employees, and that the usage guidance and publicity are required for disabled users to generally use the public library service.

This study investigated the mediating effects of resilience and social support on the association between psychological and spiritual well-being. The survey findings and resulting analysis of the 236 participants measured their psychological well-being, spiritual well-being, resilience, and social support follow: First, psychological well-being, resilience, and social support showed a positive correlation with spiritual well-being. Resilience shows high correlations with psychological and spiritual well-being. Second, the relationship between psychological and spiritual well-being was partially mediated by resilience, but was not mediated by social support. Lastly, the influence of resilience sub factors(self control capability, interpersonal relationship ability, positivity) on spiritual well-being shows that positivity was highly significant. Finally, this study discusses educational implications for increasing spiritual well-being for pastors' wives.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of post-traumatic stress on anxiety of national merits of war and to investigate the moderating effect of ego resilience on the relationship between variables. We collected data on 200 national merits of war from August 2017 to October 2017 and examined general characteristics, post traumatic stress, anxiety, and ego resilience by using SPSS 24.0 Statistics Program. Post-traumatic stress was positively correlated with anxiety (r=.426, p<.001) and negatively correlation with ego-resilience (r=-.297, p<.001), respectively. Anxiety was negatively correlated with ego-resilience (r=-.656, p<.001), and ego-resilience was found to have a moderating effect on post-traumatic stress and anxiety (F=45.796, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop a national education system to manage post-traumatic stress and to operate a training and management program considering the characteristics of the subjects.

두개하악장애는 가장 흔히 발병하는 질병중의 하나이다. 이때 저작계에 흔히 호소하는 주소가 근육의 통증이다. 통증의 정도를 측정하는 방법으로 촉진이 가장 널리 사용되고 있으나 정량화하기 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 통증 측정기 등과 같이 다양한 시도가 진행되고 있다. 근육이나 관절의 병적 소견은 해당조직의 혈액순환장애나 염증반응과 종종 관련이 있다. 이러한 상태는 신체의 표면과 밀접한 관계가 있어 피부온도에 영향을 미치며, 따라서 thermography로 측정할 수 있다. 피부온도의 측정은 질병의 활성 상태를 평가하는 데 유익하며, 또한 치료결과를 평가하는 데에도 효과적이다. 객관적 피부온도 측정장치가 있다면 턱관절이나 저작근의 이상상태를 평가하는데 매우 도움이 될 것이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 경제적이면 양측성으로 특정 부위의 피부온도를 측정할 수 있는 기기를 사용하여 검사자내 및 검사자간 신뢰도를 측정하고 좌우 온도차이를 확인함으로써 향후 질환 및 치료 겨오가에 대한 임상적 평가시 객관적 측정방법의 하나가 될 수 있는 지를 알고자 하는 데 있다. 구강내 염증이나 이상이 없으며 두개하악장애가 없는 치과대학생 15명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 평균연령은 24.9세, 범위는 24-30세이었다. 사용한 기기는 미국산 YSI Precision 4000이다. 18-2$0^{\circ}C$의 일정한 실내온도에서 두 검사자가 각각의 검사를 알지 못하는 상태에서 별도로 정해진 부위에 검사를 시행하고, 약 1주일후 이전 검사에 대한 기억이 없어진 상태에서 두 검사자중 한 검사자가 다시 동일한 검사를 시행하였다. 측정치들을 이용하여 상관관계를 계산하고 이에 대한 유의성을 검정하였다. 1. 검사자내 상관관계(r)는 좌 .798(p=<.0001), 우 .757(p=<.0001)이었다. 2. 두검사자간 상관관계(r)는 좌 .958(p=<.0001), 우 .951(p=<.0001)이었다. 3. 좌우 측정치간의 차이는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 4. 근육부위별 측정에서는 inferior masseter muscle의 검사자간에서만 유의한 상관관계가 없었을 뿐 anterior masseter muscle, anterior temporalis 모두 검사자내 및 간에 유의한 상관관계를 나타내었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 정상인에 있어 근육내 발통점의 피부온도는 검사자간에는 특정부위에 따라 다소 차이가 있을 수 있으나 일반적으로 높은 재현성을 보여줌으로서 향후 교근 및 측두근의 임상연구 평가에 피부온도조사는 도움이 되리라 사료된다.

This research is to find out what kinds of function imaginary companions do to the characters in a picture book featuring imaginary companions. To this end, a total of 26 picture books featuring imaginary companions published in Korea were analyzed using content analysis to assess the function of imaginary companions in the relationship between the main character and imaginary companions. As a result of the study, the imaginary companions were found to play the function of playmates (77%), care givers and/or advisers (42%), companions (42%), other egos (38%), those who get wish realized (23%), those who sharing emotion (23%), and emotion controllers (19%). In the picture book, the imaginary companion was performing various functions according to the situation and needs of the characters. Mostly two to three (2~3) kinds of functions were performed in the each analyzed picture book, and as a result of analyzing trends out of 26 picture books, it showed that there are three types of trends in relationship, which was horizontal, vertical and other egos. The imginary companions depicted in the picture books were not only being who helps realize whishes, take care of main characters, and control their emotions, but also appeared to share hearts, project other ego and be a good friend with an equal level of relationship that plays together always.

This study focused on the relationship between learners' motivation to learn and metacognition in project-based learning in the school libraries. A holistic teaching/learning process was conducted, including design, practice, and assessment of project-based learning in the school libraries. The results showed a statistically significant relationship between learners' motivation to learn and metacognition in project-based learning in the school libraries. Consequently, it is inferred that project-based learning in the school libraries has a relation on learners establishing their metacognition.

본 연구에서는 소규모 외식산업 창업자의 개인특성, 기업가정신, 경영성과간의 관계를 실증적으로 살펴보고 프랜차이즈 가맹점 창업자와 비가맹점 창업자와의 비교를 통한 차이점및 유의성을 알아보고져한다. 기업가정신이 외식산업을 혁신적으로 경영할뿐 아니라 기업의 경영성과도 증대시킨다는 연구결과들은 많이 보고 되어지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 창업자의 개인특성과 기업과정신과의 관계를 살펴보고 아울러 소규모 외식창업에서도 기업가정신이 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고 프랜차이즈 가맹창업과 비가맹창업에 비교를 통하여 창업형태에 따른 기업가정신이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고져 한다.
