This research highlights the process of adopting cloud computing technology from users' perspective. Concentrating on perceived mechanism from employees side that lead to job performance at work. Cloud computing, the new player in our modern business environment, authors employ diffusion of innovation theory to capture how this new technology affect employees in workplace in terms of job performance. Education for this new system and managerial support by firm were used as moderating variable to test dependent variable, job performance. Research was done through survey from total 284 people working in metropolitan area at South Korea. The result shows that cloud computing system affect positively on work efficiency, and the extent of diffusion factors that influence from the most to least are as follow: 1. Users' Skill, 2. System Quality, 3. Information Quality, 4. Group Awareness, 5. Attitude towards New System. To test diffusion factors of cloud computing and job performance, South Korean people actually felt that cloud computing help their job performance and the extent of diffusion factors that influence from the most to least are as follow: 1. Users' Skill, 2. System Quality, 3. Information Quality, 4. Attitude towards New System, 5. Group Awareness. As for diffusion factors of cloud computing and productivity, result proved that cloud computing really helps firms, and the extent of diffusion factors that influence from the most to least are as follow: 1. Information Quality, 2. Attitude towards New System, 3. Group Awareness, 4. System Quality, 5. Users' Skill. Two moderating variables, employee education and managerial support were tested to prove whether these two variables affect the job performance and the result displays positive affect for both two factors. To conclude, adopting cloud computing helps firms by increase employees' work efficiency and job performance. In order to accelerate the process employees education really matters because users' skill is the most crucial among diffusion factors.

This study examined service failure and recovery of domestic ethnic food restaurants based on a model of the repercussions of service failure dealing with seriousness and control and the cause-and-effect relationships among the variables relevant to the quality of relationships -trust, satisfaction, and loyalty. This study provides valuable information for Korean restaurant managers regarding food service failure and response plans by collecting data from actual Japanese tourists visiting ethnic food restaurants. The results suggested that it is important to develop a strategy to present the distributional fairness to customers who recognize the seriousness of service failure to control the situation promptly. These results can be used to establish more systematic business plans, improving customer management and firm performance. The advantage of this research is that it is time for substantial research data on the booming domestic restaurant industry and service quality to overcome the current recession and grow and solidify the current restaurant market.
The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between medical service quality, relationship quality and patient loyalty in domestic nursing hospitals and the mediating effect between medical service quality and patient loyalty. A survey was conducted on 324 inpatients in nursing hospitals, and statistical analysis was conducted on the collected data through questionnaire survey. The following main results were derived. First, among the quality of medical services, the reputation of nursing facility equipment, nursing medical staff, nursing service system, and nursing facility was found to have a significant positive effect on the quality of the relationship, but medical expenses had no significant effect. Second, among the quality of the relationship, both trust and commitment were found to have a significant positive effect on patient loyalty. Third, among the quality of medical services, the reputation of nursing facility equipment, nursing medical staff, nursing service system, and nursing facility was found to have a significant positive effect on patient loyalty, but medical expenses had no significant effect. Fourth, it was found that nursing facility equipment, nursing medical staff, nursing service system, and reputation of nursing facilities, excluding nursing care expenses, all had a positive effect on patient loyalty through the quality of relationships between patients and hospitals.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between perception, perception, and relationship quality through technical analysis of perception of southern food among college students of Namdo area. Through the analysis and empirical analysis, we tried to provide an understanding of local traditional foods and provide them as a basic data for local traditional food as a tourism resource. It directly or indirectly supports the results of previous studies. It directly or indirectly supports the results of previous studies. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of fatigue and quality of sleep in patients with cancer. Method: The data was collected from January to February 2001. Study objects were recruited K university hospital in Busan, Korea. Their fatigue was measured using the Revised Piper Fatigue Scale developed by Piper et. al(1998), and quality of sleep was measured using Quality of Sleep Questionare by Oh et. al(1998). Result: 1) The fatigue score was mean $114.80{\pm}34.88$(range: 22-220). The sub dimension that showed behavior/severity score at $33.70{\pm}13.89$, affective score at $24.23{\pm}3.33$, sensory score at $27.74{\pm}12.51$, and cognitive/mood score at $29.11{\pm}3.71$. And sleep quality score was mean $37.32{\pm}8.18$. 2) There was a significant difference in religion(F=4.157, P= .008), present therapy(F=2.536, P= .043), past therapy(F=6.625, P= .000), major caregiver(F=3.133, P= .028), and change of weight(F=7.965, P=.006), according to general characteristics in the fatigue in patients with cancer. 3) There was a significant difference in present pain(t=-2.103, P= .037) and change of weight(F=5.484, P=.005), according to general characteristics in the sleep quality in patients with cancer. 4) There was a significant negative correlation between fatigue and quality of sleep(r=- .340, P= .000). Conclusion: Patients with cancer experience in fatigue. Increase in fatigue are associated with decreases in quality of sleep. Nurses must provide patients with nursing care about the occurrence of fatigue and interventions to deal with sleep disturbance.
The objective of the article is to find the research trends and the main traits presented in the keywords on abstracts of research articles of "International Journal of Education Development" from 2002 to 2017. To do this, Text Network Analysis(TNA) was applied targeting 966 papers on the journal and the major research outcomes are as follows. First, the frequency analysis on the keywords showed that the keywords like Administration of education program, Schools and instruction, Regional public administration, Educational support service, Elementary education, and Elementary and secondary school were analyzed more than 100 times and also high in centrality degree. Second, the analysis results of the keywords presented in those research articles by development goal periods showed that several new keywords like Elementary education, Elementary and secondary school, Education quality, Secondary education, Educational planning have emerged frequently after SDGs and these keywords showed high in their centrality analysis. Third, the analysis on education level showed that the keywords like Elementary education, Administration of education program, School children were high in frequency and centrality degree in Elementary level. In secondary level, Schools and instruction, Administration of education program, Academic achievement were high, and in high level, college and university was high, respectively.

The purpose of this study was to measure the level of psychosocial stress, anxiety and depression symptoms among college students, and to reveal its related factors. The survey was filled out by 551 students from Daejon City from April 1, 2012 to July 30, 2012. The independent variables of the questionnaire were socio-demographic characteristics, family life, school life, and other variables health related while the dependent variables were psychosocial stress, anxiety and depression symptoms. As a results, 22.7% of the study subjects were in the high-risk stress group, 15.6% of study subject were in the anxiety disorder group, and 22.1% were in the mild to moderate depression group. In addition, its related factors were influenced by a variety of factors such as gender, family income, satisfaction of family life, grades, social life, satisfaction of school life, subjective sleep quality, subjective health status. Psychosocial stress was significantly influenced by socio-demographic characteristics and family life variables, while anxiety and depression symptoms were influenced more so by psychosocial stress. In order to lower the level of psychosocial stress, anxiety and depression symptoms of college students, the development of programs that monitor the psychosocial stress, socio-demographic characteristics, family life variables, and school variables is imperative.
