  • This paper analyzes the relationship of the selection attribute of golf course, the service quality, service value, customer loyalty and revisiting golf course, which is a customer loyalty and orally transmitted effect. The selection attribute of golf course such as convenience, cost, course condition and service has a significant effect on service quality, service value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Service quality has a significant effect on service value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. It is estimated that customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty.

The Generation of Control Rules for Data Mining (데이터 마이닝을 위한 제어규칙의 생성)

  • Rough set theory comes to derive optimal rules through the effective selection of features from the redundancy of lots of information in data mining using the concept of equivalence relation and approximation space in rough set. The reduction of attributes is one of the most important parts in its applications of rough set. This paper purports to define a information-theoretic measure for determining the most important attribute within the association of attributes using rough entropy. The proposed method generates the effective reduct set and formulates the core of the attribute set through the elimination of the redundant attributes. Subsequently, the control rules are generated with a subset of feature which retain the accuracy of the original features through the reduction.

  • 사용자들의 특성에 맞게 개인화되고 세분화된 위치 기반 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 방대한 이동객체의 위치 이력 데이터로부터 유용한 패턴을 추출하기 위한 시간 패턴 탐사가 필요하다. 기존의 시간 패턴 탐사 기법들은 이동 객체의 시간에 따른 공간 속성들의 변화를 충분히 고려하지 못하거나, 시공간 속성을 동시에 고려한 패턴 탐사는 가능하나 제약을 가진 공간 정보를 포함하는 패턴 탐사 문제에는 적용하기 어렵다. 따라서 이동 객체의 위치 이력 데이터들에 대한 시공간적 속성들을 동시에 고려하여 다양한 이동 패턴들 중 공간 제약을 만족하는 패턴들을 추출하기 위한 새로운 이동 패턴 탐사 기법이 요구된다. 이러한 패턴 탐사 기법의 개발을 위해서는 상세 수준의 위치 이력 데이터들을 공간 영역 정보 형태로 변환하는 위치 일반화 접근법이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 객체의 위치값과 공간 영역간의 위상 관계를 고려하여 이동 객체의 위치 속성에 대한 공간영역으로의 일반화 방법을 제안한다. 이동 객체의 상세 수준의 위치 정보에서는 의미있는 패턴을 찾기가 어렵기 때문에 데이터 전처리 과정을 통해 일반화된 데이터 집합을 형성함으로써 효율적인 이동 객체의 시간 패턴 마이닝을 유도할 수 있다.

  • B2B Marketplace상에서의 거래에서 나타나는 주요한 특징은 다품종 및 대량의 물품 거래가 n:n거래 관계에 놓여있다는 점과 거래자가 원활한 거래 및 기업 내 관리를 위해 각자의 전자 카탈로그를 이용한 거래를 원한다는 정이다. 하지만 개별적인 전자 카탈로그 사용과 미흡한 표준안은 전자 카탈로그 상호 연계의 걸림돌이 되어 시장 형성의 걸림돌이 되고 있다. B2B Marketplace는 표준 분류체계를 중심으로 거래 대상 상품을 재분류하여 구매 당사자간의 거래 대상 물품에 대한 상호 애핑을 지원하는 방법 등으로 이를 충족시키려 하고 있다. 하지만 요청되는 다량의 물품에 대해 매번 분류를 수행해야 하는 고비용의 작업이라는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 극복하기 위하여 기계학습 기법을 이용한 전자 카탈로그 상품 자동분류기를 모델링하고 이를 구현하는 것에 초점을 두었다. 상품의 속성별로 분류에 끼치는 영향력이 다론 것이라는데 착안하여 전자 카탈로그를 상품 단위로 재 모델링 하였으며 속성별 정보가 풍부하지 못한 정물 극복하기 위하여 속성값을 어휘 단위로 구분한 데이터를 추가 하는 확장 모델을 정의하였다. 또한 해당 모델을 학습시키기 위한 알고리즘으로는 속성별로 다른 가중치를 부여 할 수 있도록 확장된 Naive Bayesian Classifier를 고안하였다. 그리고 이론 B2B Market Place상의 실 데이터에 적용하여 고안된 모델의 유효성을 검증하였다.

  • This study looks at common features between the two media to explore the deepening relationship within music and images in movies and finds at how they are combined each other and the resulting effects. Beyond the limitations of conventional viewpoints of music as video-dependent media, The is analyzed to focus on the deepening relationship between the two media. In the movie, music and video were combined by sharing the same attributes of 'repeating structure', which increases the transmission power to the film's subject and story, maximizes visual and auditory stimuli, and forms a sense of immersion. That is, video and music combined in equal positions have great influence to each other, thus representing for a positive consideration of the potential for establishing interdependent relationships.

The Relationship Between Older Drivers' BIS/BAS and Life Satisfaction: Mediating Effects of Mobility and Affectivity (고령운전자의 접근/회피동기와 삶의 만족 사이의 관계: 이동성과 정서성의 매개효과)

  • The positive relationship between older driver's mobility and life satisfaction is well established(e. g., Collins, 2008). The present study showed that this relationship can be changed by older drivers' motivation, aspects of mobility, and affectivity. Specifically, this study examined whether aspects of mobility(amount of driving measured by travel distance and time: 'AD' or amount of driving for social activity: 'DSA') can be differed as a function of approach/avoidance motivation(measured by BIS/BAS scale, Carver et al., 1994) and positive/negative affect(PA/NA; measured by SPANAS, Diener et al., 2009) mediate the relationship between the aspects of mobility and life satisfaction(measured by SWLS, Diener et al., 1985). Self-reported scores of the variables of 132 older drivers(ages of over 65) were analyzed using correlation analysis and path analysis. The results can be summarized as followings. First, the older driver's BAS was found to be positively related to DSA, but BIS was negatively to AD. In particular, DSA positively mediated the relationship between BAS and PA. Second, PA, in turn, positively mediated the relationship between DSA and life satisfaction. The results can provide useful insights to understand the relationship between older driver's driving property, motivation, affectivity and life satisfaction.

Traffic Attributes Correlation Mechanism based on Self-Organizing Maps for Real-Time Intrusion Detection (실시간 침입탐지를 위한 자기 조직화 지도(SOM)기반 트래픽 속성 상관관계 메커니즘)

  • Since the Network based attack Is extensive in the real state of damage, It is very important to detect intrusion quickly at the beginning. But the intrusion detection using supervised learning needs either the preprocessing enormous data or the manager's analysis. Also it has two difficulties to detect abnormal traffic that the manager's analysis might be incorrect and would miss the real time detection. In this paper, we propose a traffic attributes correlation analysis mechanism based on self-organizing maps(SOM) for the real-time intrusion detection. The proposed mechanism has three steps. First, with unsupervised learning build a map cluster composed of similar traffic. Second, label each map cluster to divide the map into normal traffic and abnormal traffic. In this step there is a rule which is created through the correlation analysis with SOM. At last, the mechanism would the process real-time detecting and updating gradually. During a lot of experiments the proposed mechanism has good performance in real-time intrusion to combine of unsupervised learning and supervised learning than that of supervised learning.

The effect of Attributes of Exercise/Fitness Apps on App Usage: A Convergence Perspective Based on the Self-Determination Theory (운동/피트니스앱 속성이 앱 활용에 미치는 영향: 자기결정성 이론을 기반으로 한 융복합적 관점에서의 탐구)

  • The present study explored how 1) individuals' perception about attributes of exercise/fitness apps and 2) their motivation for exercise/fitness behaviors influence perceived usefulness and usage of the apps. A survey of 323 males and females in their 20's and 30's revealed that attributes of apps that satisfy their basic psychological needs are crucial in promoting perceived usefulness and usage of the apps. Participants were more likely to perceive exercise/fitness apps useful as they perceive them having more attributes related to autonomy and competence. The perception regarding relatedness attributes did not have the main effect on perceived usefulness but showed an interaction effect with relative autonomous motivation. This convergence study which examined health apps from the perspectives of psychology and public health provides practical implications to development and evaluation of health apps.

The Analysis of Sound Attributes on Sensibility Dimensions (소리의 청각적 속성에 따른 감성차원 분석)

  • As is commonly said, music is 'language of emotions.' It is because sound is a plentiful modality to communicate the human sensibility information. However, most researches of auditory displays were focused on improving efficiency on user's performance data such as performance time and accuracy. Recently, many of researchers in auditory displays acknowledge that individual preference and sensible satisfaction may be a more important factor than the performance data. On this ground, in the present study we constructed the sound sensibility dimensions ('Pleasure', 'Complexity', and 'Activity') and systematically examined the attributes of sound on the sensibility dimensions and analyzed the meanings. As a result, sound sensibility dimensions depended on each sound attributes , and some sound attributes interact with one another. Consequently, the results of the present study will provide the useful possibilities of applying the affective influence in the field of auditory displays needing the applications of the sensibility information according to the sound attributes.

Prior Industry Experience, Product Attributes and Online Customer Review on New Product Sales: TV Products on Chinese Online Shopping (이전사업경험, 제품속성 및 온라인 고객평가가 제품 매출성과에 미치는 영향: 중국 온라인 쇼핑몰내 TV제품 중심으로)

  • This paper examines the effects of prior industry experience, new product attributes and online customer review on new product sales. Different from prior researches on the volume and valence of customer review on online shopping, this paper investigated multiple factors on new product sales in online shopping mall. Based on 407 TV new products in China online shopping mall, we investigated the relationships of kew factors with new products sales. New products of Incumbent TV manufacturers outsell those of new entrants in TV market. Low initial price and low level of discount rate have positive relationships with new product sales. Technological superiority has positive effect on new product sales but the adoptions of new technological functions show different effects on sales. The volume of online consumer review also has positive relationship with new product sales. This paper suggest some theoretical and practical implications and future research directions.
