Examining causal relationships between regulation and national competitiveness using system dynamics method (규제와 국가경쟁력간의 인과관계)

  • Up until now, Korea has been recognized as one of the most severe and strict countries in terms of social regulation. As a result of that, it is generally accepted that economic activities in private sector have been contracted to some extent, weakening national competitiveness. Under this background, this paper examines the complex relationships among factors affecting national competitiveness and regulation and also seeks to discover feedback loops associated with its relationship. The research result shows that reinforcing feedback and balancing feedback loops are found in the system concerned with national competitiveness and regulation. Accordingly, it implies that we need to pay our attention to the management of those loops in order to discover the optimal point striking the balance between regulation and deregulation in terms of national competitiveness. It also implies that we need to conduct sensitivity analysis to forecast the potential results which the scenarios will bring about.

기업가의 주요 타인과의 애착관계가 회복탄력성과 벤처창업기업의 성과에 미치는 영향

  • 최근 세계경제의 중장기적 본 연구는 창업가의 유아기·청소년기를 거쳐 생애 전 과정에 영향을 미치는 부모, 동료, 지도자를 주요 타자로 선정하여 이러한 사람들과의 애착이 창업가의 회복탄력성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적 분석을 통하여 알아보고자 하였다. 구체적으로 제시하자면 이 연구의 목적은 다음의 세 가지로 요약된다. 첫째, 우리나라 창업가들이 가지는 부모, 친구, 지도자와의 애착에 대해 파악한다. 둘째, 세 분류의 집단과의 애착이 각각 창업가의 회복탄력성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인한다. 셋째, 애착을 형성한 이들 세 집단 중 창업가의 심리적 요인에 가장 긍정정인 영향을 미치는지 파악하여 심리적 대인관계를 통한 창업가의 과정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 또한 이 과정에서 기업가적 회복탄력성이 미치는 조절 효과를 함께 고찰해보고자 한다. 이를 위해 창업을 한지 2년 이상이 된 창업자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석을 위해, SPSS 19.0 프로그램을 사용하여 변인들간의 상관분석과 t 검정을 실시하였으며, AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 구조방정식 모형(Structural Equation Modeling; SEM)을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 창업가에 중요한 영향을 미치는 대상으로서 부모, 동료 및 지도자와의 애착 정도가 창업가의 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향력을 하나의 모형에서 동시에 살펴봄으로써, 회복탄력성을 높이기 위해서는 창업가의 부모와의 관계, 동료와의 관계 그리고 지도자와의 관계를 긍정적으로 형성하고 유지하는 것이 중요함을 확인하였다. 또한, 부애착이 창업가의 회복탄력성에 모해착과 동료애착에 비해 상대적으로 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 발견된 본 연구 결과는 아버지 역할을 강조하는 최근의 경향을 반영하는 것으로, 창업가의 회복탄력성과 관련한 아버지의 역항의 중요성을 시사한다. 본 연구 결과는 창업가의 회복탄력성을 높이기 위한 다양한 중재적 노력에 기여할 수 있는 기초 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 창업가의 회복탄력성을 높이기 위한 아버지와의 애착 프로그램과 동료 및 지도자와의 관계 향상 프로그램의 기초자료로써 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The Influences of the Context of Discrepant Events on the Conceptual Change Process Using Cognitive Conflict Strategy (불일치 사례의 맥락이 인지 갈등 전략을 이용한 개념 변화 과정에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, the influences of the context of discrepant events on the conceptual change process using cognitive conflict strategy were investigated in terms of students' cognitive and motivational variables such as cognitive conflict, situational interest, attention, effort, conceptual understanding. A preconception test was administered to 536 seventh graders. A test of response to a discrepant event and a situational interest questionnaire were then administered. The context of discrepant events, either scientific or everyday, was randomly presented to the subjects. After learning the concept of density, the tests of attention, effort, and conceptual understanding were administered. The reponses of 194 students who had been found to possess the target misconception were analyzed. The results revealed that the scientific-context discrepant event induced higher cognitive conflict than everyday-context one. The context of discrepant events, however, did not show significant correlations with situational interest, attention, effort, and/or conceptual understanding. The result of path analysis indicated that the context of discrepant events both directly influenced cognitive conflict and indirectly influenced conceptual understanding via cognitive conflict.

  • This paper discussed the status of a social enterprise that is being actively pursued in recent years. In addition, the study looked at the social enterprise in Gangwon actually about what the factors affecting the sustainability of social enterprises. The most important priority is 'value creation and communication of the stakeholders' category i) Communication with the social mission of an ongoing quest and corporate internal and external stakeholders, efforts to enhance the social reputation, ii) social organizations in the community and productive relationships with suppliers were two appeared to be the most important factor, "Finance and support" sector, was found to be an important factor in the efficient operation through the effective use of government policy support and sponsorship projects generate operating income. Second, the it was a 'internal business processes' communication efforts and conflict resolution mechanisms through the involvement of employees in the internal affairs division appeared to be important, Finally, we showed that expression and whether the existence of a successor group of entrepreneurial leadership, learning and innovation sector is an important factor affecting the sustainability of the social enterprise.

  • Many studies have focused on improving the predictability of influential variables in the area of customer services. For a long time, customer satisfaction index(CSI) were the best matrics of customer loyalty. In 2003, net promoter score(NPS) was introduced and in many cases this matrics was more predictive than CSI. In 2010, customer effort score(CES) was introduced and in the service areas this matrics was more predictive than CSI and NPS. This study compared with 3 matrics based on the criteria which composed of basic assumptions, time perspective, measuring items, objectives of matrics, application areas, and limitations of application. The dominant matric which was applied in all functions and industries was not exited. For the purpose of improving predictability, single or compound matrics are useful according to industries and usage.

  • This paper explores the history of environmental movements and policymaking in the city of Austin, TX and addresses the most recent element of the city's environmental policy, the Smart Growth Initiative. Austin's intense growth over the last 35 years has increased a growing awareness of environmental impacts by humans. The Austin municipal government has tried to adopt environmental measures and various policy initiatives ranging from comprehensive plans to its latest Smart Growth Initiative. The long history of comprehensive planning and watershed protection ordinances indicate that while environmental issues have continually presented as priority issues, it has failed to integrate as a part of the municipal government. This shows that the efforts of political actors have not been sufficient to sustain progressive environmental regimes with environmental issues despite the initial motivation of the state.

의류업체의 시장지향성, 판매원의 직무능력이 판매원 만족에 미치는 영향

  • 고객의 가치를 창조해나가기 위해 고객을 중시하 는 시장지향적인 기업문화가 확산되며, 이와 함께 판 매현장 최일선에서 고객을 직접 응대하며 기업의 시 장지향성을 실현하고 고객을 관리하는 패션판매원의 중요성이 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 시장지향 적인 기업문화와 판매원의 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 본 연구는 의류업체의 시장 지향성의 유형을 밝히고, 이러한 시장지향적 노력이 판매원의 능력과 함께 의류업체의 판매원의 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이들의 규명을 통해 궁극적으 로 기업의 성과에 기여하는 판매원 만족에 영향을 미치는 시장지향성의 유형과 판매원의 능력 유형을 밝혀 의류업체의 시장지향적 기업문화 실현에 기여 하고자 하였다. 설문지를 이용한 실증적인 조사연구방법이 사용 되었고, 연구대상은 서울과 분당에 위치한 L백화점의 여성복 의류매장에 근무하고 있는 삽마스터 600 명을 대상으로 하였다. 선행연구를 근거로 하고 의류 업체에 맞게 수정 보완한 질문지를 사용하여, 최종 분석된 설문지는 547부이다. 자료분석은 SPSS pc + 8.0올 이용하여 빈도분석, 백분율, 요인분석, 중다회 귀분석을 사용하였다. 수거된 질문지를 통계처리 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의류업체의 시장지향성을 요인분석한 결과 '시장정보의 획득'시장정보의 확산', '시장정보에 대 한 반응'의 세 요인으로 나눌 수 있었다. 시장정보를 획득하는 활동에는 매장의 소비자조사. POS시스템 의 활용. 삽마스터 회의에의 관심, 경쟁 브랜드 조사 그리고 판매사원을 통한 고객의 반응 조사 등의 내 용이 포함된다. 시장정보를 확산시키고자하는 활동 에는 매장에서 본사로 상황을 보고하고, 고껴의 시정 요구를 해결하고자 하는 노력. 판매원이 제시하는 소 비자동향의 반영, 그리고 삽마스터 회의 등씩 내용이 포함되며, 시장정보에 대한 반응은 풍부한 물량공급 과 히트상품의 지속적인 공급을 활동 내용으로 한다' 둘째, 의류업체의 시장지향성은 판매원의 만족도 에 정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 이는 의류업체가 시장정 보 수집에 적극적이고, 매장과 긴밀한 정보교류를 하 며, 수집된 정보를 적극 활용하여 상품개발이나 공급 등의 노력을 보일 때 판매원이 회사에 대해 강한 신 뢰감을 느껴 만족감을 느끼게 되고 이것이 바로 성 과로 이어질 수 있는 것을 의미한다. 셋째, 판매원의 회사전략 인지능력, 의류제조과정 인지능력. 고객서버스 능력, 자율적인 목표설정 능력. 고정고객관리능력이 클수록 직무자체와 인간관계에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타나 판매원의 직무한력은 판 매원의 만족에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 는 의류업체에서 능력 있는 판매원을 육성하거나 영 입하는데 힘써야 함을 시사하는 결과이다.

Studies on the Harvest Methods for the Branch-rearing in Autumn (추기의 가지뽕 수확방법에 관한 연구)

  • Studies on the harvest methods for the branch-rearing in autumn are as follows. (1) It turned out to be the best method in the early autumn to thin one to two of the normal branches or the dwarf ones, or pick off some of leaves for the yields, according to the rearing scale. (2) For the rearing of the silkworm larvae at 4th instar, it is recommendable to apply one of the following harvest methods, such as the thinning of dwarf branches, the thinning of some branches, intermediate cutting, and the pick-of of the leaves at low part of mulberry in the regards io the quality of leaves and the labour conditions, and no effects on the harvest. (3) For the rearing of the larvae at 5th instar, it is most practical to adapt one of the yield methods which can produce good harvest with less labours. That is, the pruning. of the middle branches should be gradually made from a part of the mulberry fold. (4) When it is carried out to pick of the leaves on the branches which was left after the middle-pruning harvest in autumn or late, easy and less labours' harvest method of rough picking may be applied in the both of the mulberry pruned in summer or autumn.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing continuous usage intention of mobile learning and suggest practical strategies to enhance learners' continuous usage intention of mobile learning. In this study, we hypothesized that system quality, information quality, service quality and personal innovativeness have a positive effect on effort expectancy and performance expectancy, which ultimately have a positive effect on continuous usage intention. In order to examine structural relationship among variables, we surveyed 279 students who took courses at W Cyber University in 2013 fall semester. After collecting data, we examined causal relationship among variables using Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study are as follows: First, system quality and personal innovativeness significantly affect effort expectancy. Second, information quality, service quality and personal innovativeness significantly affect performance expectancy. Last of all, effort expectancy and performance expectancy significantly affect continuous usage intention of mobile learning.

  • This study suggests external knowledge search as a way of creating knowledge and efforts for reaching out to the innovation and examines the relationship between innovation speed and the breadth and depth of external knowledge search. As a part of efforts to overcome the limitations of the routines of external knowledge search in the domestic market, the efforts of a firm to enter the foreign market have been examined with a moderate effect. Although previous research focused on exploration of external knowledge that is mostly effected in single country or similar industry, this study expands it by introducing the concept of market expansion and empirically inspect the interaction effect. 818 valid samples used in this study are based on the innovation survey published by STEPI and empirical results are as follows. First, the breadth and depth of external knowledge search have a positive impact on innovation speed. Second, export performance as the effect of expanding the market has a moderating effect on the speed of innovation. Third, younger companies prefer various networks while older companies prefer depth networks in order to increase the speed.
