South Korea suggest that the United States government should delay the date to hand over wartime operational control (OPCON). It is fixed on December 1, 2015. Typically the president's position as head of the executive authority is coming from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. Now we should know the commander-in-chief of the nation's forces and the meaning of OPCON. The relationship between sovereignty and the commander-in-chief of the nation's forces is a little different. This is one of the efforts to enlarge the efficiency of Armed Forces. Of course, operational control is little control of the sovereign personnel, logistics, administration, discipline, organizing, training, etc. It does not control all matters. The current ROK Combined Forces Command itself is made with reference to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization(NATO). If we insist our own sovereignty is infringed because of OPCON, that claim is coated in irreparable damage to the national interest.

The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze through structural relationship analysis the relationship between excessive smartphone use by adolescents and school adaption. A questionnaire was administered to 866 elementary, middle and high school students who are using smartphones SEM was applied to the analysis with the following results. First, the relationship between excessive smartphone use and school adaptation was not significant. Second, the relationship between social support and excessive smartphone use had significant influence. Third, there is a significant influence in the relationship between self-control and excessive smartphone use. Fourth, social support and self-control of adolescents had a direct influence on school adaptation. Fifth, social support and self-control mediate the relationship between smartphone overuse and school adaptation. Therefore, increasing the adaptability of adolescents requires efforts to firm social support system by expanding autonomous sense or self-control personally and mutual support in the family.

This study examines how the difference in trade openness across manufacturing industries in Korea affects firm's employment strategies and industrial relations, utilizing the Korean establishment panel data. In terms of firm's employment strategy, it is found that trade openness is not associated with a particular employment strategy such as labor cost saving strategy or innovation strategy. This result is consistent with the previous findings that trade liberalization merely affects wages and employment. Moreover, this result disproves, at least for the Korean manufacturing, a general belief that when the domestic market is opened to foreign competition, firms will adopt and rely on labor cost saving strategy intensely. The obtained result concerning the relationship between trade openness and industrial relations is more interesting and informative. It is found that trade openness is positively associated with cooperative industrial relations. Furthermore, the positive relationship is reenforced when the establishment is unionized. This implies that management and union cooperate when they are faced with increased foreign competition as a result of trade liberalization.

This study is basically focused on the relationship between the franchisors and franchisees. The goal of this study is mainly to inquire the variables of relationship characteristics affecting the commitment which lies in internal polity, and secondly to comprehensively analyze the performance resulting from commitment and examine the efficient alternatives onto relationship management. The practical methodology using in this study has been done in a national representing food franchise system. This study has been resulted in following: First, the variables that show significantly to the commitment are noncoercive influential strategy, dependence, cooperation, and goal divergence. In the contrast the coercive influential strategy hasn't showed significantly; Second, the result has showed that the commitment when it would be related with performance furthered the financial performance and role performance; and. therefore, we finally conclude that it would be more important to make lots of efforts of establishing the win-win relationship through the long-term commitment between the franchisor and franchisee in order to develop the more effective relationship of the franchise system.

The purpose of this study was to examine the perceived oral health status and self-efficacy influencing in university students with fear of intimacy. Data were collected through a questionnaire from 557 university students with self-reporting questionnaires for perceived oral health status, self-efficacy and fear of intimacy. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The results were analyzed using t tests, analyses of variance, Duncan's multiple range tests, correlation analyses and multiple regression analyses. As the results of this study, The fear of intimacy was low in university students with high self-efficacy and positively perceived oral health status.The variables that have the greatest effect on fear of intimacy were self-efficacy, followed by perceived oral health status, past dating experience.

This study investigated the general perception of government public relations practitioners in the Noh Moo Hyun and Lee Myung Bak administrations toward media relations and false reports. It examined whether these government public relations practitioners' perceptions are different according to changing government public relations circumstances. This study also investigated how the perceptions of public relations practitioners toward media relations in two different governments affect the overall perception toward false reports. The results showed that the two groups had different perspectives toward media relations, false reports and the causes of false reports. Moreover, the perspectives toward media relations influenced their opinions about false reports. However, they had similar opinions about the way of preventing false reports.

In theoretical term, cultural/institutional approach, the peculiarly of the later comers, such as Hong Kong, Korea, Twain, and the converging influence from Post-modernism underlie this paper. The first approach is influential in understanding the survival of many traditional values within most of the Hong Kong firms. The later comer one can be used to explain the fact that later comer enjoyed various synergy effects when their oriental values are combined with new practices. The last one is also quite useful for the explanation of why most modern firms exposed to a severe international competition adopted human resource management But problem is that these are subjected to severe criticism because of their downgrading nature against employees.

최근 들어 지구온난화의 영향 등 기후변화에 따라 호우의 빈도와 강도가 증가하여 홍수피해가 확대되고 토사재해, 댐과 저수지의 퇴사 문제가 심각하게 대두되고 있다. 특히 농업용저수지의 경우 제체가 노후화되고 유입토사에 의한 퇴사는 심각한 수준에 있다. 또한 도심중심의 다양한 공사 등은 토지 이용과 피복을 변화시켜 많은 토사 유출의 원인이 되고 있다. 이렇게 노출된 토사는 탁수발생원이 되고, 토사와 부유물로 형성된 탁수환경은 수중의 태양복사에너지 전달을 방해하여 수중생태계의 먹이사슬과 저서생물의 서식환경에 악영향을 미치고 있다. 특히 농업용 저수지는 반폐쇄성 수역으로써 탁수환경에 노출되기 쉬우며, 수질회복에는 많은 노력과 비용이 소요된다. 또한 탁수환경의 변화는 시 공간적으로 발생하고 지속적으로 일어나기 때문에 탁수환경에 미치는 토사에 대한 연구는 우선적으로 시행되어야 한다. 이러한 토사 정보의 추출 및 분석에 RS기법의 활용은 증대되고 있으나 우리나라에서는 아직 연구가 미진하여, 이에 대한 기초연구가 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구는 2단계로 진행하였다. 먼저 1단계는 탁도계(2100P turbidimeter)를 이용하여 토사농도 변화에 따른 탁도를 측정하여 탁도 관계식을 추정하였다. 2단계는 분광복사계(LI-1800)를 이용하여 토사농도 변화에 따른 분광반사율을 측정하고, 얻어진 결과는 도함수와 적분의 수치해석 방법으로 토사농도를 측정할 수 있는 최적밴드를 구하였다. 다음으로 각 밴드간의 비를 계산하여 탁수환경을 측정할 수 있는 가장 적합한 밴드 조합식을 구하였다. 얻어진 밴드 조합식은 1단계에서 추정한 토사농도에 따른 탁도 관계식과의 상관관계를 분석하여 분광복사계를 이용한 탁도 관계식을 추정하였다. 그 결과, 6개의 탁도 관계식이 추정되었으며 결정계수 $R^2$는 0.67의 높은 상관성을 보였다.

This study was to investigate the moderating effect of the social support in the relationship between job stress and emotional burnout of insurance call center consultants. Participants in this study were 186 consultants working in insurance call center. They completed survey questionnaires of job stress, emotional burnout and social support. Collected data was examined using correlation analyses and hierarchical multiple regression analyses. There was a positive relationship between job stress and emotional burnout and a negative relationship between emotional burnout and coworker support. Also, it was found that the social support(supervisor support, coworker support) moderated the relationship between job stress and emotional burnout of insurance call center consultants. The implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

This study is a case study using the Enneagram counseling technique for adult women who are having difficulties in interpersonal relationships. As a result of the analysis, the client learned how to express emotions and thoughts without suppressing the interpersonal difficulties they are currently experiencing at work. Focusing on the current task, he looked at what he was obsessed with in the most difficult and difficult situation, and confirmed that he realized that he had become obsessed with the interaction of distorted emotions and thoughts of the ego. During the counseling process, the client looked back on herself and realized a new communication method, understood her personality change, social interaction and attitude change in order to restore confidence, and also showed changes in relationship formation with co-workers.
