일과 삶의 균형(WLB : Work-Life Balance)은 혁신 행동을 향상시키는가? - Process Macro를 활용한 대인 조화와 창의적 노력의 간접효과를 중심으로 Does WLB(Work-Life Balance) improve Innovative Behavior?

  • 본 연구는 일과 삶의 균형(WLB : Work-Life Balance)이 대인 조화와 창의적 노력 및 조직 내 혁신 행동을 향상시키는지 여부, 그리고 대인 조화와 창의적 노력이 일과 삶의 균형(WLB)과 혁신 행동 간 관계에 간접 효과가 있는지 여부를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구의 가설 검증을 위해서는 Hayes(2013)의 PROCESS Macro를 활용하였다. 분석 결과 혁신 행동에 영향을 주는 것은 일과 성장의 균형(WLB_G)과 대인 조화 그리고 창의적 노력으로 나타났고 대인 조화에 영향을 주는 변수는 일과 가정의 균형(WLB_F)과 일과 성장의 균형(WLB_G)으로 나타났다. 또한 창의적 노력에 영향을 미치는 변수는 일과 성장의 균형(WLB_G)과 대인 조화였다. WLB의 세 개 하위 변수와 혁신 행동 사이의 관계에서 대인 조화와 창의적 노력의 간접 효과 역시 일부 확인 되었다. 더불어 PROCESS Macro 분석을 통하여 매개변수 간의 효과의 크기를 알아보았다. 이를 통해 일과 가정의 균형(WLB_F)이나 일과 성장의 균형(WLB_G)과 대인조화, 창의적 행동 및 혁신행동 간에는 시너지 관계가 존재하고, 일과 여가의 균형(WLB_L)과 대인조화, 창의적 노력 및 혁신행동 간에는 배타적 관계가 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 향후 다양한 다른 산업 간의 일과 삶의 균형(WLB)에 대한 연구와 일과 삶의 균형(WLB)과 혁신행동에 이르는 다양한 매개변수에 대한 연구가 기대된다.

The Relationship Among Peer Relation Disposition, Relationship Maintenance effort and School Adjustment of Gifted students and Non-Gifted students (영재아동과 일반아동의 또래관계성향 및 관계유지노력과 학교생활적응 간의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among peer relation disposition, relationship maintenance effort and school adjustment of gifted students and non-gifted students. And then the final purpose of the study is to give suggestions to help improving gifted students' peer relationship and their school adjustment. For the study, 175 gifted students and 179 non-gifted students in grades 4 and 6 of 5 elementary schools in urban areas were assessed on their peer relation disposition, relationship maintenance effort and school adjustment. The results are summarized as follows. First, gifted students were significantly higher than that of the non-gifted students as a whole. Second, in the correlation among peer relation disposition, relationship maintenance effort and school adjustment, peer relation disposition and relationship maintenance effort showed a significantly positive correlation with all the subvariables of school adjustment. Third, Sympathy-Acceptance disposition was the most influential factor for gifted students, and Independence-Responsibility disposition was the most influential factor for non-gifted students. Finally, the cluster analysis results based on the peer relation type of the gifted and the non-gifted suggested four meaningful clusters. And the four clusters showed significantly differences with all the subvariables of school adjustment. Implications of the study were discussed in depth related to the gifted education practices.

Consumer's Perception to Service Relationship Efforts and Mediating Role of Relationship Quality to Relationship Performance in Retailing Stores (소매점의 서비스 관계노력 지각과 관계성과에 따른 관계품질의 매개역할)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that customers perceive as important relationship investment in the relationship efforts provided by retailers for customer relationship purposes and to explain the mediating role of relationship quality such as trust, relationship commitment in the relationship perceived relationship investment and relationship performance. For this study, 270 respondents were surveyed and data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 statistical package. Statistical analysis tools, such as SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 were utilized for ensuring the validity and the reliability, whereas the SEM method was used for testing the research hypothesis. The results of study are as follows. Financial efforts and structural efforts have affected perceived relationship investment. Perceived relationship investment affected trust and relationship commitment but not loyalty. Trust influenced relationship commitment and loyalty whereas relationship commitment did not affect loyalty. Therefore, it is important for retail marketing managers to provide tangible rewards and special benefits at all times in order to recognize that they are doing the best service efforts for customer relations. In order to secure long-term and stable profits by establishing a relationship with them, the service marketing strategies should be promoted to enhance the relationship quality by raising the level of trust.

A Study on The Causes and Outcomes of Relationship-Orientedness between Businesses (관계지향성의 구성요인 및 원인과 성과에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 자원의존이론, 거래비용이론, 관계계약이론 등의 선행연구를 검토하여 관계지향성의 원인과 성과를 밝히고자 하였다. 먼저 구매기업과 공급기업간의 행동적 관계지향요인과 관계지향성 분석을 실시하였다. 행동적 관계지향요인으로는 정보교환, 조화노력, 행동적 규범, 업무결속을 들고, 관계지향성 분석을 위해 군집분석을 실시하였다. 연구표본에는 C지역의 전문건설업체를 대상으로 500부의 설문지를 배포, 그 중 185부를 회수하여, 적합한 설문 140부가 사용되었다. 군집분석결과 관계지향성 집단은 정보교환, 조화 노력, 협동규범 수용, 업무결속이 모두 높게 나타났고, 비관계지향성 집단은 정보교환, 조화노력, 협동규범 수용, 업무결속이 모두 낮게 나타나 기업간의 관계지향성을 의미있는 2개의 집단으로 나눌 수 있었다. 둘째, 기업간 관계지향성의 영향요인으로 환경의 역동성, 대안의 이용가능성, 공급의 중요성, 상호호혜전략, 신뢰성을 검토하였다. 본 연구에서 선정한 관계지향성에 대한 영향요인들이 관계지향집단과 비관계지향집단으로 분류하는데 얼마나 유용하게 이용될 수 있는가를 알아보기 위해 판별분석을 실시하였다. 관계지향집단과 비관계지향집단의 분류에 환경의 역동성, 대안의 이용가능성, 공급의 중요성은 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 호혜전략, 신뢰성은 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업간 관계지향성의 성과로서 실현경쟁우위와 관계유지의도를 검토하였다. 관계지향성이 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 검증하기 위해 MANOVA(multivariatee analysis of variance)분석을 실시하였다. 실증 결과, 관계 정도가 높은 집단이 관계 정도가 낮은 집단보다 실현 경쟁우위수준을 높게 지각하고 관계를 유지하려는 의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

The Effects of Perceived Justice of Service Recovery Efforts on the Customer Relationship Performance in Mobile Social Commerce (모바일 소셜 커머스에서 서비스 회복 노력의 공정성이 대고객 관계성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper aims to examine the effects of perceived justice of service recovery efforts on the customer relationship performance in mobile social commerce. To this end, we classified cognitive-affective trusts and post-recovery satisfaction into the customer relationship performance. This research employs a field survey of customers who experienced service failures in mobile social commerce and a covariance structural model analysis in order to test hypotheses of our research model. The findings present that all justices of service recovery efforts positively affect the cognitive trust, whereas the only procedural justice significantly influences the affective trust. In addition, the results show that cognitive-affective trusts have a positive effect on the post-recovery satisfaction. Our results suggest practical implications that are used to help managers maintain and improve relations with the customers who experienced service failures and to increase the post-recovery satisfaction.

First, Researched into important perception, relationship maintenance perception, relationship improvement, relationship recognition between franchisor and franchisee, Seconds, Researched into correlation between franchisor and franchisee at function achievement and relationship maintenance, conflict resolve and relationship maintenance, function achievement and compare with competitor. If franchisor with to experience the benefits of a strong franchise partnership, they must be willing to work on behalf of the partnership, perform roles that may extend beyond their traditional boundaries, and resolve their disagreement to the benefit of the partnership rather than to their own benefit. Strong partnerships require sacrifices on the part of both the franchisees and franchisors. However, These sacrifices have substantial payoffs in terms of franchisor performance as well as the performance of the relationship as a whole.

Impact of Sales Franchisor's Relationship-oriented Efforts on Relationship Quality and Recontract Intentions: From the Franchisee Perspective (판매 프랜차이즈 가맹본부의 관계지향적 노력이 가맹점의 관계품질과 재계약의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to examine the impact of sales franchisor's relationship-oriented efforts(flexibility, problem solving support, customization, information exchange, and supervisor characteristics) on relationship quality(satisfaction, trust, and commitment) and recontract intentions. In order to analyze proposed model, this study collected the 233 franchisees with owner or hired manager. The data were analyzed with SPSS/PC 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. First, to test unidimensionality and nomological validity of the measures of each construct we employed a scale refinement procedure. The result of reliability test with confirmatory factor analysis warranted unidimensionality of the measures for each construct. The findings are as follows: First, relationship-oriented efforts had positive effects on relationship quality (satisfaction, trust, and commitment) of franchisee. Second, satisfaction had positive effect on trust, but did not on recontract intentions. Third, trust had positive effects on commitment and recontract intentions, respectively. Finally, commitment had a positive effect on recontract intentions. At the end of this paper, managerial implications and limitations and future research directions were suggested.

  • 데이터 모델링 접근은 주로 순 공학을 사용하여 미래의 필요구조에 초점을 맞추고 있기 때문에 새로운 데이터베이스를 설계하기 위해서는 많은 시간과 노력, 개발비가 필요하다. 그러나 기존의 데이터베이스를 재사용 한다면 개발에 필요한 시간과 노력, 개발비를 줄일 수 있을 뿐 아니라 자료의 재활용면에서 효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 사용 가능한 데이터베이스 application을 재사용하기 위해 Form model을 이용하여 새로운 데이터베이스 설계의 바탕이 되는 개체-관계 스키마를 추출하는 방법에 대해 연구하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 테스트 단계중에 발생되는 테스트노력 소요량을 고려한 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장 모델을 제시하여 시간종속적인 테스트 노력소요량 동태를 일정 테스트 노력일 때와 웨이블 테스트 노력일 때를 비교하여 연구한다. 테스트 단계중에 소요되는 테스트노력의 양에 대한 결함 검출비를 현재의 절함 내용에 비례하는 것으로 가정하여 모델을 NHPP로 공식화하되, 이 모델을 이용하여 소프트웨어 신뢰도 척도에 대한 데이터 분식기법을 개발한다. 테스트 시간의 경과와 신뢰도와의 관계를 연구한다. 목표신뢰도를 만족시키는 최적발행시각을 정한다.

A study of the impact of constraint factors of festival participation and negotiation efforts of festival participant on festival satisfaction (축제의 참여제약 요인과 관람객의 협상노력을 통한 축제만족에 대한 연구)

  • A study of the impact of constraint factors of festival participation and negotiation efforts of festival participant on festival satisfaction. This study reviewed earlier studies about festival and verified an impact of the leisure constraint factors of festival participant and the negotiation efforts on festival satisfaction by considering previous literature. Hypotheses based on literature reviews were analyzed emprically. According to the result of study, in aspect of the relationship between constraint factors of festival participation(intrapersonal constraint, interpersonal constraint, structural constraint) and negotiation efforts of festival participation, both interpersonal constraint and structural constraint have positive influence on constraint negotiation efforts. However, intrapersonal constraint factor influenced negatively. Also, the results revealed that in aspect of the relationship among festival participation, festival experience recognition, and satisfaction, festival participation have positive influence on cognitive and emotional experience and finally satisfaction.
