단백질의 3차원 공간상의 구조는 단백질 기능을 파악하는데 중요한 정보를 제공하고 있다. 단백질간 구조 비교 방법은 기능적 또는 구조적으로 연관된 단백질 분류 및 단백질 모티프(motif)를 찾는데 유용하게 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 단백질 이차 구조($\alpha$-나선구조와 $\beta$-병풍구조)와 그들 사이의 관계(각도, 거리, 길이, 수소결합)를 기반으로 표현된 두 단백질 구조에서 유사한 부분 구조를 찾는 방법에 대하여 기술한다. 제안된 단백질간 구조 사이의 유사한 부분구조를 찾는 방법은 두 단백질 구조론 이차 구조와 그들 사이의 관계를 이용하여 그래프를 형성한 후, 최대 유사 서브 그래프를 찾는 방법을 이용하여 유사한 부분구조를 찾을 수 있다.

In most organizations, the relational DBMS was used for store and manage XML documents due to the pre-established relational DBMS. But, relational DBMS has some problems. They has the possibilities of informational loses in the process of mapping the structure of XML documents to RDB, and they require expensive cost to reflect all XML properties. Thus, this paper was intended to design and implement XML document management system which utilize O2 DBMS-object oriented DBMS in order to overcome the existing problem and reflect all XML Properties. The XML document management system purposed in this thesis has multiple function, such as the library service function for XML documents-check-in/check-out, versioning, user access management-, dynamic indexing and retrieval, and publishing function using style sheet.

This paper provides a semantic account of double nominative constructions in the framework of Autolexical Grammar, which views syntax, semantics, morphology, and other language components as modules generated simultaneously and independently. Some syntactocentric models in the past analyzed double nominatives as a result of possessor raising, ECM or incorporation. This paper provides a semantic explication of double nominatives through function-argument (F/A) structure of internal possession and external possession. The possessum used in double nominatives is a relational noun which takes a possessor as its argument in F/A structure. If the possessor directly combines with the relational noun, then internal possession is generated. If the possessor is a gap in F/A structure, then the argument which is coreferential with the gap combines later with the predicate, resulting in external possession, in which the possessor is in the nominative case. Unlike internal possession, the F/A structure of external possession structurally shows that the sentence is predicated of the possessor.

This paper planned to review positively the influence of leading variables - Functional benefits, Emotional benefits, Self-expressive benefits over Consumer-brand relationship, and the structural relationship between Consumer-brand relationship and Brand attachment, Word-of-mouse. For it, we verified our hypothesis utilizing Hierarchial chi-square analysis that was available to statistically verify the size between 2 paths out of Structural models As the result of research, Emotional benefits was more influential than Functional benefits in the formation of Consumer-brand relationship. Additionally, the influential difference between Emotional benefits and Self-expressive benefits was not found in the formation of Consumer-brand relationship. In other words, both Emotional benefits and Functional benefits were proved to have a positive influence on forming Consumer-brand relationship. On the other hand, Self expressive benefits played a more influential role than Functional benefit in the formation of Consumer-brand relationship. The fact was also proved that the higher the formation level of Consumer -brand relationship was, the greater positive influence over Brand attachment and Word-of-mouse Through the above results, it is more desirable to establish brand strategy for forming Consumer-brand relationship through Emotional benefits and Self expressive benefits rather than Functional benefits. Additionally, the Consumer-brand relationship formed by Value benefit is expected not only to get the level of attachment, showing like love, toward the brand deeper, but also to achieve the effect of positive, long term communication through voluntary Word-of-mouse.

단백질간 구조 비교는 기능적 또는 구조적으로 연관된 단백질을 분류하거나 모티프(motif)를 찾는데 유용하게 사용되고 있다. 여러 가지 단백질간 구조 비교 방법 중에서 단백질 2차구조를 이용하는 방법은 실행속도의 측면에서 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 단백질 2차 구조와 그들 사이의 관계를 기반으로 한 단백질 구조 비교에서 사용될 유사성 그래프를 생성하는 방법을 기술하였다. 유사성 그래프는 단백질의 2차구조 사이의 관계를 노드로 하여 생성되는데, 그 시간복잡도가 O(n$^4$)이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 유사성 그래프의 생성을 효율적으로 할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하였다.

본 논문에서는 서비스 컴포넌트 또는 서비스간의 기능 결합을 통한 서비스 기능 확장 및 신규 서비스 생성을 가능토록 하는 서비스 컴포지션 구조를 설계하였다. 설계된 컴포지션 구조는 통신망을 기반으로 하는 모든 서비스에 적용 가능한 TINA의 서비스 구조를 기반으로 하고 있다. 본 구조에서는 서비스 컴포지션을 추상화한 기본모델과 컴포지션 대상 서비스들 사이의 세션 관계를 표현한 세션모델을 정의하였다. 또한, 이들 모델을 바탕으로 정보객체와 이들간의 관계를 정의한 정보모델과 분산처리 환경에서 운용되는 연산객체와 이들간의 인터페이스를 정의한 연산모델을 정립하였다. 설계된 구조의 검증을 위하여 본 논문에서는 TINA 서비스 구조를 기반으로 하는 두 개의 멀티미디어 서비스를 구현하였으며, 서비스 컴포지션이 성공적으로 수행됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

This research analyzed the contents of the high school home economics textbooks within the 7th Curriculum from three theoretical viewpoints: structure functionalism family development and healthy family. A quantitative and in-depth content analysis were carried out with the six elements of family structure, family role, family relation, family life cycle, adjustment to the aged, marriage and childbirth. From the in-depth analysis, a healthy family viewpoint was reflected in the family structure, family role, adjustment to the aged, marriage and childbirth elements and a structure functionalist viewpoint was found in the family relation element. The family life cycle elements reflected a strong tendency of family development theory. The quantitative content analysis consisting of pictures, illustrations, examples indicated that a structure functional viewpoint was prevalent in both the family structure and family role elements. Overall, structure functionalism and healthy family viewpoint were reflected at similar level in the textbook. Implications for curriculum development, teaching methods and future study were suggested.

단백질의 기능은 단백질의 구조에 따라 결정되며, 새로운 단백질의 기능을 파악하기 위하여 이미 밝혀진 단백질의 기능과 구조를 비교하는 방법이 사용되고 있다. 단백질 구조를 비교하는 방법은 단백질 구조를 표현하는 방법에 따라 다양하게 개발되고 있으며, 보다 효과적으로 관련된 연구자들이 자신의 연구에 활용하기 위해서는 빠르고 쉽게 활용할 수 있는 인터페이스를 제공하는 도구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 PDB 데이터베이스에서 제공하는 단백질 정보를 이용하여 PSAML 및 Topology String 데이터베이스를 구축하고 이를 바탕으로 웹 기반에서 단백질 구조 비교를 보다 빠르고 효과적으로 수행하는 시스템에 대하여 기술한다. PSAML 데이터베이스는 단백질 구조를 단백질 이차구조 및 그들 사이의 관계를 포함하는 PSAML 데이터를 제공하며, Topology String 데이터베이스는 단백질 구조를 단백질 이차구조를 하나의 문자로 기술하여 아미노산 순서와 위상학적(공간적) 정보를 포함하는 문자열로 단백질 구조정보를 제공한다. 이를 이용하여 구축된 웹 기반 단백질 구조 비교 시스템은 Topology String 정렬 방법을 통하여 보다 빠르게 유사성이 높은 부분 구조를 찾는 방법을 제공한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between the elderly's participation in exercise, cognitive function, and life satisfaction. The participants of this study consisted of 2491 elderly people who were the subjects of the 2017 elderly survey. The measuring tools were the cognitive function scale and the life satisfaction inventory. Participation in exercise used exercise time for one week. The collected data was analyzed through SPSS and AMOS 18 version. The results of this study were as follows. First, exercise participation was found to have a positive effect on the cognitive function of the elderly. Second, participation in exercise had significant effect on the life satisfaction of the elderly. Third, it was found that the cognitive function of the elderly had a positive effect on life satisfaction. Finally, it was found that cognitive function was as a mediator in the relationship between exercise participation and life satisfaction of the elderly. Various discussions on the structural relationship between the elderly's participation in exercise, cognitive function, and life satisfaction were presented.

분산 환경에서의 소프트웨어 개발관리를 효과적으로 지원하기 위해 필요한 기능 요건으로는 원격지 개발팀윈들 간의 협동작업 지원기능, 개발 과정에서 산출되는 각종 정보객체들의 저장 및 공유 지원기능, 개발에 필요한 각종 프로세스 관리기능 및 프로젝트 관리기능 등을 들 수 있는데, 본 연구에서는 이를 위해 정보객체 관리를 중심으로 하는 공동작업장 시스템을 설계하고, 이를 구현하였다. 즉, 설계 문서, 소스 코드 등과 같은 개발 과정에서 산출되는 각종 정보객체들의 구조 및 관계를 통합관리하는 틀로서 BOC(Bill Of Class)를 제안하며 BOC를 이용한 정보객체 관리 기능의 구조와 기능을 제시한다. 그리고, 제시한 정보객체 관리 구조를 기반으로 분산환경에서의 효과적인 소프트웨어 개발을 지원하는 공동작업장 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고 이의 유용성을 보인다.
