Since the advent of the innovative information technology called the Internet, the dynamism of the information environment has brought about changes in information users' needs and behavior. It is essential to understand information users in this rapidly changing environment, and based on this, it is necessary to effectively build and operate an information service and a system therefor. The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics according to the segmentation of users of the National Science and Technology Information Service System, and to derive improvements to customized services and content development through research and analysis of content usage. A total of 816 science and technology information service system users participated in online surveys from September to November. Collected data is applied to factor analysis and cluster analysis techniques to subdivide users of science and technology information service systems, to recognize new information technologies and information services, science technology information needs, and science and technology attributes that users consider important. We derived the results according to the segmented user group.

Information service organizations that provide science and technology information with a relatively short information life cycle for free or paid are in need of reflecting rapidly changing user needs and behaviors and grafting the latest technologies. The purpose of this study is to derive improvements for each system by comparing and analyzing general recognition of science and technology information users' domestic and foreign science and technology information sites and importance by science and technology information attributes. A total of 816 users of science and technology information participated in the online survey, and the collected data were analyzed by quantitative methods including IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) technique. The importance was evaluated by the impact value calculated through regression analysis. As a result of data analysis, the general recognition of users on science and technology information sites was relatively high in national science and technology information services, and Google Scholar and Science Direct were also high. Google Scholar was found to have more strength than improvement. A better understanding of the user's preferred system is a good driving force for improving the lack of existing systems. It is necessary to improve the information retrieval of the science and technology information service system, that is, to improve the search speed and functions, and also to improve the user interface with improved convenience and usability.

인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 사용자가 정보와 지식의 접근이 용이 해진 반면, 방대한 정보의 과 부화로 인하여 데이터의 신뢰성이 문제시 되고 있다. 특히, 기존의 학술 연구와 관련된 논문 데이터 검색에 있어서, 사용자의 요구 사항에 정확히 부합하는 결과물을 제공하는 데는 많은 한계를 가진다. 본 연구는 기존의 단순 키워드 매칭 검색의 한계를 넘어서, 레퍼런스와 인용 논문을 활용한 내용 기반 검색 방법론을 제안 한다.

본 연구는 거시적 빅데이터 인문학과 미시적 언어 텍스트 검색 시스템을 구축하고, 이를 통해서 언어를 통한 문화의 역동적 변화를 시간적 순서에 따라 살펴보고자 한다. 연구의 최종적인 목표는 문화도 생물체처럼 변화하는 존재라 여기고 그 구성요소들을 연구한다는 뜻인 '문화체학(文化體學; Culturomics)'과 같은 '인문학 + 정보과학 + 사회과학' 등등의 다학문간의 융합적 연구에 있다. 이 시스템을 통해서 인류 역사의 기록인 텍스트 빅데이터를 통한 인문학적 성찰을 시각화하고 있다. 이러한 구글의 업적은 인문학과 정보기술의 융합을 통해서 인문학 자체의 지평을 넓히고, 사회과학을 변형시키고, 산업과 상아탑 사이의 관계를 재조정하는데 있다.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the problems of regional culture and tourism websites and to seek for the ways to improve those websites since the culture and tourism information websites of local government do not provide enough contents and service. This research is based on following 4 indicators, content evaluation, usability evaluation, design evaluation and interactivity evaluation which are used to evaluate tourism homepages of municipality by Korea Tourism Organization. The result of this research came out with the issue that regional cultural tourism websites lack user-oriented contents. Therefore, regional culture and tourism websites need to provide the custom-made information such as setting a free tourist route, complementing reservation system and diversifying the range of search.

The use of drones and laser scanners have the potential to drastically reduce the time and costs of conventional techniques employed for field survey of cultural heritage buildings. Moreover, point cloud data can be utilized to create an as-built Building Information Model (BIM), providing a repository for consistent operations information. However, BIM creation is not a requisite for heritage buildings, and their technological possibilities and barriers have not been documented. This research explored the processes required to convert a heritage university building to a BIM model, using existing off-the-shelf software applications. Point cloud data was gathered from drones for the exterior, while a laser scanner was employed for the interior of the building. The point clouds were preprocessed and used as references for the geometry of the building elements, including walls, slabs, windows, doors, and staircases. The BIM model was subsequently created for the individual elements using existing and custom libraries. The model was used to extract 2D CAD drawings that met the requirements of Korea's heritage preservation specifications. The experiment showed that technical improvements were needed to overcome issues of occlusion, modeling errors due to modeler's subjective judgements and point cloud data cleaning and filtering techniques.

오늘날의 지역축제는 역사적, 문화적, 지역적 특징을 기반으로 하여 기획된 다양한 축제가 지방 곳곳에서 개최되고 있다. 이에 따라 각 지방자치단체들은 지역경쟁력을 강화하고 활성화하기 위한 방안으로 지역축제를 적극 활용하고 있다. 우리나라의 지역축제 중에도 그 지역의 문화컨텐츠와 상관없이 획일화된 축제내용과 진행, 홍보 노력의 부족 등으로 축제의 가치를 발휘하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 오늘날 대부분의 축제 예매 관리시스템이 현장예매와 인터넷으로만 이루어지고 있는 단점을 보완하여 지방자치단체나 백화점, 대형마트 등에서도 홍보 및 예매를 할 수 있도록 지능형 예매 시스템을 구현하기 위한 요구분석 내용을 기술한다.
