Design of a Sanction System for Six Sigma Project (식스 시그마 프로젝트를 위한 결재 시스템 설계)

  • In this paper, we propose a design of automated electronic sanction system for management of six sigma projects. The proposed system performs diverse operations such as registering and choosing enterprise-wide enhancement project, managing schedules of the project, verifying the validity of the project, and thus managing the whole life cycle of the project. Each six sigma project is stored in the database repository for facilitation of its later use. The proposed system has been effectively applied in a Korean company, and thus, through the proposed system, we expect the effects of innovation-related and enhancement-related activities which six sigma is fundamentally pursuing.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of electronic records management in the records management field and to develop a new electronic records management system that can cope with the rapidly changing records production and management environment, which is rapidly changing because of the introduction of new IT. It is time to design the next-generation records management system in all areas of process, system, and infrastructure to meet the new government record management innovation. In this point of view, the right value and direction of the next-generation records management system are determined, and the problems of the process, system, and infrastructure are identified and settled.

  • 칩의 다품종소량생산 경향과 대규모화 영향에 비례하여, 칩 전체 설계공정 중에서 자동화문제에 가장 민감한 레이아웃 설계에 있어서도 복잡도 및 난이도가 증가하고 있다. 따라서 레이아웃 설계에서는 다루어야 할 대량의 설계 데이터를 고속, 효율적으로 관리 처리하기 위한 고도의 자동설계기법이 절실히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 본고에서는 이러한 칩 개발과제를 배경으로 하여 먼저 VLSI의 레이아웃 설계의 개요를 고찰하고, 설계에 있어서의 주 문제인 배치 및 배선에 대한 기본적인 설계기법, 각기법의 차이점, 그리고 연구현황에 대하여 기술하고 있다.

Teaching Method using Job Assignment as a Solution on the Adverse Effects of Peer Evaluation in Team-based Learning (조별과제 동료평가의 역효과 해결을 위한 직무배정 수업기법)

  • This paper suggests a new method for team-based learning which is focusing on the individual job assignment to solve the possible problems of free riders, dysfunctional conflicts, and hostility among students. Especially, it examines that if a method using job assignment could reduce the adverse effects of peer evaluation. This study was executed during one semester. Each team was organized with seven members and an independent job among seven different jobs was assigned to each member. At the end of the semester, it was examined that if individual job assignment had solved the possible problems of free riders, dysfunctional conflicts, and hostility among students. Finally, this study found that a new method of team-based learning using a job assignment lessened a problem of free riders, and reduced dysfunctional conflicts and hostility among students comparing with the peer evaluation method. The suggested method in this paper, which focuses on the job assignment of team project, could improve the efficiency of team-based learning in education course.

  • This study was carried out to analyze the design pattern on engineering design curriculum P University based on the curriculum design model. For this study, the relation model between organizational factors by Drake & Burns(2004) and university curriculum design pattern Toohey(1999) were used as a frame of the analysis. From the analysis, we confirmed following results. Firstly, the relation between the subjects in the engineering design curriculum was designed to acquire the knowledges of facts, topics, and concepts and then to improve low-level skills, broad-range skills, and high-level skills related to engineering design sequently. Secondly, the design pattern of the engineering design curriculum analyzed in this paper is project and problem based structure. This result will be useful for reviewing and improving the relation between engineering design curriculum.

  • 감성공학이 G7과제의 하나로 시작되면서 다양한 감성평가 실험들이 수행되어 수많은 실험데이터가 생성되었지만, 효율적인 관리체계의 부재로 인해 많은 노력과 비용이 투자된 가치있는 감성평가 데이터가 자료의 공유 및 활용이라는 측면에서 여러 가지 문제점을 내포하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 주거ㆍ사무환경에서 인간의 감성을 지표화하는 6개 분야의 감성기반기술개발 연구과제에서 생성된 피험자의 생리신호 및 주관적 감성평가 데이터를 통합 관리할 수 있는 종합적인 감성정보관리시스템을 설계하였다. 이 정보 시스템은 사용자에게 정교한 GUI와 높은 대화성(interaction)을 제공하기 위해 2계층 클라이언트/서버 구조로 설계하였다.

반도체 공정 실시간 APC 통합 시스템

  • 정교한 생산 공정에 있어서 공정의 갑작스런 변동(Shift)나 점진적인 변화(Drift)에 대해서 얼마나 적절하게 대응하느냐는 생산 제품의 품질과 수율에 상당한 영향을 미친다. 이에 본 과제에서는 반도체 생산 공정에 따른 측정 결과를 분석하여 최상의 공정조건(Recipe)를 유지하기 위한 알고리즘을 개발하고, 개발된 알고리즘의 유효성 판단을 위한 시뮬레이션 툴을 개발하였다. 또한, 다양한 현장 조건을 충족할 수 있도록 사용자 임의의 데이타 구조를 정의하고, 기준 정보를 등록할 수 있도록 유연성이 부여된 사용자 UI를 개발하였다. 생산 설비로부터 공정 관련 데이타를 수집하고, 측정 설비로부터 계측데이타를 수집한 후, 사용자가 설계한 APC 로직에 의해 실시간 공정 제어가 가능한 시스템을 개발하여, 현장 엔지니어가 다양한 APC 로직을 설계하고 구현할 수 있도록 하였다. 현장 엔지니어용 툴은 Graphical Workflow 형태로 개발되었으며, 엔지니어가 복잡한 프로그래밍을 하지 않아도 직관적으로 설계/구현할 수 있도록 하였다. 분석을 위한 리포트 화면을 이용하여, 공정/측정 데이타에 대한 조회기능을 제공하고, Trend, Pair, X-bar 등의 다양한 분석용 챠트를 이용하여 파라미터 분석 기능을 제공하였다. 본 과제에서 증착 장비용 제어 알고리즘을 적용하여 테스트하였으며, 30% 이상의 Cpk 개선 효과를 얻을 수 있었다.

A Case Study of Lesson Design Based on Mathematical Modeling of Pre-Service Mathematics Teachers (중등 예비교사들의 수학적 모델링 기반 수업 설계 사례연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of the mathematical modeling tasks and lesson designs developed by pre-service teachers based on the inherent awareness of mathematical modeling, considering the importance of creating a task to perform mathematical modeling activity and designing a lesson. As a result, the mathematical modeling tasks developed by pre-service teachers mainly presents an appropriate amount of information using real life contexts for the purpose of learning using concepts, and it showed a tendency to develop to the level of cognitive demand that required procedures with connections to understanding, meaning, or concepts. And most of the developed modeling task-based lessons showed a tendency to design warm-up activity, model-eliciting activity, and model-exploration activity. This result is due to the lack of experience of pre-service teachers in creating mathematical modeling tasks. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously provide opportunities for pre-service teachers to learn concepts or create mathematical modeling tasks intended for exploration according to various mathematical contents, thereby actively cultivating their ability to create modeling tasks in the course of training pre-service teachers. Furthermore, it is necessary to strengthen the expertise in mathematical modeling teaching and learning by providing opportunities to actually perform the mathematical modeling-based classes designed by pre-service teachers and to experience the process of reflecting on the lessons.

The Effects of Task Value, Perceived Usefulness, and Teaching Presence on Learning Outcomes in Cyber University (사이버대학생의 학습성과에 대한 과제가치, 지각된 유용성, 교수실재감의 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of task value and perceived usefulness on learning outcomes. This study also examined the mediating effects of teaching presence in their relationships. As a result, task value and perceived usefulness significantly predicted learning outcomes (learning flow and learning persistence). In addition, teaching presence mediated between task value, perceived usefulness and learning outcome. This findings imply that task value, perceived usefulness, and teaching presence should be valued to enhance learning outcomes in Cyber university.
