The purpose of this study is to suggest the logistics strategies for the improvement Gunsan port's competitiveness. To accomplish the purpose, this paper reviews the concept & function of logistics firstly. Next we find out the main factors of improving port's competitiveness, build the basic model of the logistics strategy and apply the model to the case of Gunsan port. The strategies to improve the competitiveness of Gunsan port are as follows ; (1) Construction of logistics environment (2) Planning the port marketing for the extension a logistic market share (3) Construction of logistics chain and finally (4) Construction of logistics community.

멀티자판기 시장 발전을 위해 가장 중요한 과제가 품질강화이다. 지금까지 국내 멀티자판기 시장은 시장에서 원하는 만큼의 품질 수준에 도달하지 못했던 게 사실이다. 필드에서는 다양한 내용상품을 적용 판매할 수 있다는 멀티자판기의 장점이외에도 완벽한 관리의 안정성까지 요구하고 있다. 특히 멀티자판기의 경우 다양한 규격의 내용상품을 판매하기 때문에 판매 로스를 줄이는 세심한 기술력 보완에 대한 목소리가 높아져 왔다. 유관되는 멀티자판기 메이커들이 이런 품질향상을 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있는 가운데 최근 로보큐가 새롭게 출신한 업그레이드 제품이 주목을 받고 있다. 이 제품은 기존 제품의 단점을 집중 보완하고 광고기능의 추가, 디자인 강화를 통해 한 차원 높은 제품 경쟁력을 지향했다. 이른 바 G3버전으로 일컬어지고 있는 로보큐 신제품, 무엇이 달라졌는지를 살펴봤다.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the mathematical tasks of length measurement in two different perspectives, the level of cognitive demands and learning trajectories, and restructure the mathematical tasks so that the students' conceptual learning is promoted and students are able to have opportunities to think more broadly. Ten lessons with the restructured mathematical tasks were implemented for a class of 2nd grade elementary students. Also a qualitative and in-depth study was conducted with 4 students of the target group. The study shows that firstly, the restructured tasks requiring high level of cognitive skills, had positive effects in increasing the students' level of thinking and reasoning. Secondly, the tasks modified according to the learning trajectories of Szilag, Clements & Sarama(2013) in length measurement, have proven to promote students' concept learning and elaborate the students' level of thinking.

본 사례는 외환위기 및 대우 그룹 해체로 인해 존폐의 위기에 처했던 대우증권이 선도업체 위상을 탈환하기까지의 재건 과정에서 실행했던 마케팅 전략 및 영업활동을 분석하고 있다. 이를 통해 경영위기를 효과적으로 극복하고 새롭게 도약하기 위해 활용 가능한 마케팅 및 영업 전략의 일례를 소개하고자 한다. 끝으로 대우증권의 향후 마케팅 과제와 관련된 토의 주제가 제시된다. 국내 증권업계 선두주자였던 대우증권은 1999년 '대우 사태'로 인해 한때 업계 5위까지 추락하고 1조 2,000억원의 적자를 기록하였으며 신용등급은 투자부적격 단계인 CCC+까지 하락하는 등 위기를 맞이하게 되었다. 대우증권이 회생과 재도약을 위해 채택한 마케팅 전략은 '선택과 집중'이었다. 즉, 최대 수익원이자 경쟁력이 있는 사업 분야인 위탁매매(brokerage)에 역량을 우선 집중하여 안정적으로 수익 기반을 다진 뒤 이를 바탕으로 IB(Investment Bank)와 자산 관리(Wealth Management) 등 여타 분야에서의 역량도 점진적으로 강화하는 전략이다. 전략의 실행 방향은 높은 효율성 확보 및 자원의 확충을 통해 시장 지배력과 수익성을 창출하는 것이었다. 전략적 공감대, 오프라인 영업 강화, 현장 및 고객 중시를 위한 기업 자원의 확충 배치를 바탕으로 영업 프로세스, 영업 인프라, 영업 관리, 고객 서비스, 영업 문화의 혁신을 실행한 결과, 대우증권은 증권명가의 옛 명성과 위치를 성공적으로 탈환하게 되었다. 대우증권은 2004년 위탁매매 영업 부문에서 1위 위상을 되찾은 이래 전 사업 분야에서 성장을 지속하였다. 2006년 증권업종 시가총액 1위를 회복하는 등 각종 경영지표는 큰 폭으로 개선되었고, 신용등급은 AA-로 상향 조정되었다. 나아가 자본시장통합법 시대에 걸맞는 선도 글로벌 투자은행으로서 진화한다는 계획을 추진하고 있다.

Although the investment scale and the qualitative performance of national research and development project in Korea have been increased, the practical use of the performance is still insignificant. Thus it becomes more important to understand and analyze factors that affect commercialization of national R&D project. Most of prior literatures have done with qualitative research rather than data-based analysis; however, mostly focusing on influential factors in between R&D inputs and outputs and it remains as limitation. The important key to avoid the limitation in this study is using data-based analysis of factors (such as research performance, types of research institution, scale of the government fund, project structure, competency in the researcher, and technical field) that affect commercialization with the case of the Competitiveness Enhancement in Material and Component Industries. As a result, patents performance, scale of the government fund, and technical field turned out to be influential factors of commercialization. On the other hand, research performance, types of research institution, project structure, and competency in the researcher did not show statistically significant results. To increase commercialization in project scheme, process, and assessment of national R&D project, including the Competitiveness Enhancement in Material and Component Industries project, it is required to design scientific research with better understanding of causal relationship.

2020년 자동차산업의 핵심 키워드는 새로운 교통수단과 이동 서비스를 제공함으로써 새로운 비즈니스의 기회를 창출해야 하는 '이동성의 재발견', 글로벌시장의 다양한 소비자에게 신속하고 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 시스템을 모색해야 하는 '전방위적 유연성', 미래사회 산업의 패러다임 변화에 대응하기 위해 자동차업체 이외의 new players의 참여를 유도하고 공존할 수 있는 열린 산업문화를 구축해야 하는 '소통과 협력', 미래경쟁력 확보를 위해 핵심기술의 선점과 상품화 노력을 강화해야 하는 '첨단기술의 융합'으로 요약할 수 있다. 그리고 미래 자동차산업의 경쟁력은 자동차 자체를 만드는 기술력 보다는 융합기술을 접목한 신서비스의 소비자 니즈 충족이 관건인 점을 감안할 때, 최근에 관심이 집중되고 있는 스마트카에 대한 적극적인 대처가 미래 자동차산업의 경쟁력을 확보하고 우리나라 자동차산업의 지속 성장을 보장할 수 있다고 판단된다. 이러한 스마트카는 운전자 지원이 중요하고 운전자 수용성, 사회적 수용성, 산업적 수용성의 기본원칙을 만족해야 하며 여기서 운전자 지원의 형태로는 인식의 지원, 판단의 지원, 조작의 지원을 그리고 지원의 기능으로는 크게 지각기능의 확대, 정보제공, 경보, 사고회피 지원제어, 운전부하 경감제어를 들 수 있다. 운전자 수용성이란 스마트카의 다양한 기능들이 가능한한 운전자에게 쉽게 전달되어야 하고 운전자가 이들 기능들을 과신하여 의존하는 일이 발생해서는 안된다는 것을 의미한다. 아울러 스마트카의 기능은 어떤 조건에서 효과가 어느 정도로 기대될까를 분명히 정해둘 필요가 있다. 즉 사회적 측면에서의 표준화, 법규화가 병행되어야 함을 의미하고 이것이 사회적 수용성이라고 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 산업적 수용성이란 자동차 산업은 기존 사업을 지속 성장시키고 new players에게는 새로운 사업에 참여할 수 있는 기회가 정당하게 주어져야 함을 의미한다.

The computer practicing class advances to reach the ultimate goal of learning through the comprehensive learning of theory. Moreover, the improved function and environment of computer makes it easy for students to access a variety of information. However, students are likely to get into the internet and other things mainly for fun during the computer practicing class, and the multi-tasking may distract the concentration of students and degrade their performance. Computers for practice purpose need to be controlled to minimize such distraction. In this dissertation, we monitor and control computers which are used by students for the purpose of practicing, realize the function of transfer and deletion of file, whole shutdown of computer and screen capture. We also applied the class based on current way and realized program, and assigned the practice work on the basis of what was learned during the class. We intend to understand the relation between the concentration of students and their performance by assigning practice work related to survey after the class, capture file and log file

With the object of insure the safety of the hazardous substance, when the fire survice act establish a corporation of the expert skill. There is the will of lawmakers that need organization to have the power of the professional technology. The state excise the will that insure the safety of hazardous materials facilities on the basis of the professional technology and facilities, and construct to establish a corporation of the expert skill. Therefore as concentrate on the technology to need to insure the safety of the facilities of hazardous substance to be suitable on the purpose of laws and take responsibility and reports to a corporation of the expert skill. 최근 세계적으로 공공기관의 혁신과 성과평가에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있고, 우리나라에서도 참여정부가 출범한 이래 공공분야의 고객경영 및 성과 향상을 위한 정부혁신이 대대적으로 추진되고 있다. 특히 지방자치 단체의 경우 자율성을 근간으로 하는 혁신을 추진해야 하는 바, 이에 대한 성과평가가 어려운 과제로 등장하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지방자치단체의 자생력을 확보 및 강화하여 독자적인 지역발전과 주민서비스를 제고하고, 중앙정부정책과의 연계성을 강화하며, 중앙정부의 지방자치단체에 대한 통합적인 정책 및 성과 평가에 따른 지원 수준을 결정하는 주요 수단이 될 수 있는 통합평가시스템의 개발 및 발전방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.
