본 논문은 우리나라의 대표적인 SI 업체인 "A"사가 금년도에 수행한 국내 SI 프로젝트 20여개를 중심으로 조사한 생산성, 결함율, 원가, 납기, 범위, 인력, 외주 등의 데이터를 여러 측면에서 분석하여 그 실상을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 조사를 통하여 명백하게 데이터로 확인된 것은 이미 알려진 바와 같이 직접인건비 정도를 건지는 수준에서 수행되고 있다는 사실이다. 지나치게 낮은 금액 때문에 적정이 50%도 안되는 기간과 공수로 무리한 계획을 세우고, 그 계획을 지키기 위하여 어쩔 수 없이 많은 잔상의 프로젝트를 수행하는 것이 엄연한 우리의 현실이다. 이러한 현상은 비단 "A"사에만 국한된 사례는 결코 아닐 것이다. 정통부가 추진하고 있는 IT관련 정책에도 이의 타개를 위한 중장기 정책과제를 도출하여 추진하고 있는 현실이 이러한 실태를 인정하고 있다는 반증이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 우리나라의 SI 프로젝트 실태를 보다 구조적으로 파헤침으로서 이의 해결을 위한 근본적인 접근의 필요성을 강조하려는데 있다. 접근의 필요성을 강조하려는데 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and suggest directions and assignments of elementary school counseling based on positive psychology. For this purpose, the goal, contents, techniques and effects of counseling based on positive psychology were examined. Based on this review, the suggested implications for directions and assignments of elementary school counseling as follows; In connection with the directions of elementary school counseling, first, it was suggested that problem-focused counseling approaches centered a small number of problem children should be changed to strength based counseling approaches facilitating all children's whole development, happiness and well-being. Second, it was suggested that continuous and systematic counseling helps should be served to all children so that they can aware, experience and use their character strengths in their all lives at the inside and outside of their school. In connection with the assignments of elementary school counseling, first, increasing children's understanding on happiness, developing counseling programs for enhancing happiness and verifying their effects were discussed. Second, developing effective applying plans of positive counseling techniques and verifying their effects were discussed. Finally, making researches on our children's character strengths and interventions for developing their character strengths were discussed.

We should step forward from the cremation-centered funeral and consider the well-ending of the diseased from a welfare perspective. Therefore, it is necessary to re-highlight our funeral culture from a welfare perspective and to explore developmental policies in association with the well-ending of the deceased. This study aims to examine the changing history of funeral culture, to identify problems arising in the funeral culture of the Seoul Metropolitan City, and finally present policy and practice implications for funeral culture. We conducted the survey on awareness of funeral culture with recruiting 500 citizens in Seoul City. Well-ending culture is the process which secures human dignity until the last moment of the death and improves the quality of death culture. Systematic approach to well-ending culture will gain the objectives of qualitative improvement of the death. Therefore, the funeral culture paradigm should be shifted for the settlement of funeral culture applicable to aging society. Education for well-ending preparation will give a meaning of life for both the persons waiting for the death as well as the family members. We also should establish funeral facilities as culture welfare facilities where all the generations share.

The aim of this paper is to lay a foundation for perspectives on mathematics education as a science in the future. In order to do it, we reviewed the past and present state of affairs related to the development of research in mathematics education. Then, the features of mathematics education as a science and the interdisciplinary characteristic of its fields and methods are shown. Moreover, some perspectives on the tasks and methods of research in mathematics education in the future are suggested.

The aim of this article is to criticize the discourses and practices of the appropriate technology for international development cooperation in Korea which focus narrowly on the technologies and are oriented to the providers of technologies. To present an alternative, we will discuss the appropriate technology by the insights from 'socio-technical system' studies which underline not only technological side but also the social, institutional and user's side, and analyze the interactions between them. This research deals with several cases mainly regarding small scale's renewable energy from Laos, Thailand, Bangladesh, Mongolia and Nepal. We put out some suggestions to improve the discourse and practices of appropriate technology in field of international cooperation by Korea.

To do this, study of human memory and theoretical approach on form in general is carried out to compare the types of memories and the stage of perceive theoretically to discover the relationship between psychological perceive and form. In the second please, scenario of form recognition in cultural aspect is studied through various written records to obtain unbiased critics on what a person can feel from a form through various analysis and experiment. Examples will be given on products designed on the basis of correlation with form through analysis. Through this procedure, elements of reactions on implicit and explicit is derived (Data obtained from experiments on computers and inquiries are used) Analyzed elements are than divided into, general knowledge, memories of reality and subconsciousness memories and basic mental image and user mental image and mental image of form of each products are analyzed. In the third phase, the way of adapting of the elements obtained from the analysis of implicit and explicit reaction to the field of design is predicted. This study explores the way to enhance research performance focusing basic and fundamental technology when researchers conduct international joint research with counterparts in foreign countries, funded under the National R&D programs. In order to retain validity and objectivity, mixed approaches including qualitative and quantitative are adapted at the first step. Through this step, main factors affecting the research performance can be addressed, such as the number of SCI papers published, conference attendance held both in domestic and foreign countries, researchers holding PhD involving in projects. Then, at the second step, DEA methodology is applied to explore the way to enhance research performance, based on the analysis at first step. The result at second step shows that the various ways can be drawn according to programs respectively and the general assumption of research funds and number of projects affecting positive outcome is not absolutely mentioned. Therefore, this study implies that input variables including research funds are not compatible with research performance in terms of international joint research and suggests further that the decisive outcome and management be reconsidered according to the programs respectively under the national R&D program.

Today's world has been changing form post-industrial society to information society, and criteria of human value, also, has been changing from physical to intellectual and sensible. Based on this trend, intellectual and sensible value of a product is becoming more important in comsumer's market than physical value. The environment of product design has been rapidly changing. Users and consumers pursuit sensible satisfaction through their lives based on images of products. As the environment in which a product is used has been more important, companies have placed more emphasis on consumers and users, and are trying to satisfy their consumers by developing products with emphasis on their design, as well as to develop human technology. In ever-changing environment, a question is if sensible design can be developed in product design. Companies could upgrade their competitive power and brand image only if they could develope designs which could satisfy consumers through sensible design approach with a base on systematic research on h~man sensibility. In this context, the purpose of this study was to: investigate consumer's evaluations on and preferences for formative images of products according to the types of human sensibility. This research study placed emphasis on quantitative analysis of consumers' emotional needs to find out consumer's evaluations on and preferences for formative images of products. The researcher reviewed related literature on human sensibility and design, as well as G-Kansei and product design. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed through a statistical program, and highly effective design strategy was investigated through analysis of data and interpretation of the results.

스마트기기 및 클라우드 서비스 확산, 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS) 성장 등에 따라 인터넷 경제는 재도약하고 있으며, 거대 플랫폼사업자를 중심으로 한 모바일 생태계 구축경쟁에 따라 모바일 앱, 소셜커머스 등 분야에서 중소벤처기업에게 새로운 기회가 열리고 있다. 아울러 인터넷을 통한 국경간 콘텐츠 공급 확대, 오픈마켓 활성화 등에 따라 글로벌콘텐츠 경쟁이 심화되고 있으며, 인터넷의 일상화에 따라 사회 정치 문화, 방송통신 산업에 대한 인터넷의 영향이 확대되고 있다. 스마트 생태계 구축경쟁과 인터넷 중심 융합으로 특정지워지는 새로운 방송통신 패러다임은 기존 방송통신산업구조와 규제체계의 전환을 촉구하고 있으며, 방송통신 융합을 촉진하고 방송통신산업을 육성하기 위해서는 C(콘텐츠) - P(플랫폼) - N(네트워크) - T(기기)를 아우르는 종합적인 접근이 요구되고 있다. 본 고에서는 우선 방송통신산업 동향과 정책환경 변화를 살펴본 후 네트워크 고도화, 전략적 R&D, 중소 벤처기업 육성, 콘텐츠산업 경쟁력 제고 등 방송통신산업이 한 단계 더 도약하기 위해 필요한 주요정책과제 들을 살펴본다.

This study analyzes the right guarantee level of Job Creation Project for the Elderly by participation type based on Madrid International Plan of Action on Ageing. The analysis is conducted using '2012 Job Creation Project for the Elderly Participants Survey' of Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the Aged. The major findings are as follows: First, "social contribution" type's implementation level of "active participation in society and development" is not high enough. Second, considering the average age of the participants, the level of "work and the ageing labor force" is high enough while the practical level is not high in market. Third, the level of "access to knowledge, education and training" is not enough within "market entrance" participants. Fourth, the level of "poverty reduction" and "income security" is not high. Based on the results, this study proposes that the quality of "social contribution" type's occupations and "market entrance" type's education should be improved. Also, the wages of the entire occupations provided by this project need to be raised.
