문제 해결력을 기르기 위한 과제학습(Project)방법에 관한 고찰

  • 학교에서 가르치는 것과 학교 밖에서 실행되고 있는 것과는 서로 연결성을 유지하면서 통합을 이루어야 된다고 볼 때, 교과서 위주의 형식화되고 구조화된 내용만으로 이루어지는 제한된 학습활동은 수학과 교육과정에서 요구하는 수준의 문제해결을 기대하기가 어렵다. 본고에서는 학생들의 수학적 경험과 관련된 실생활 중심의 과제(Project)를 공동으로 해결하는 과정에서 학생 개개인이 자신의 지적 능력에 따른 역할을 가치 있게 수행함으로써 문제 해결력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다.

  • WTO 체제 하에서 전세계적으로 모든 분야에 대한 국제적인 개방화가 요구되고 있는 현 시점에서 선진국의 산업재산권 공세가 더욱 강화되고 있으나 식품분야의 국내의 대응능력이 매우 약한 것이 그 현실입니다. 본고는 그 대응책의 일환으로 추진되고 있는 산업재산권 진단사업의 포괄적인 내용 소개와 아울러 1997년도 우리연구원이 수행한 진단과제(녹차 농축물 제조방법)에 대한 사례를 소개합니다. 본 사업을 통하여 좀더 철저한 기술 분석 및 연구개발을 통해 국제적으로도 손색없는 우수한 제품을 개발하고 산/학/연/관의 협조체제의 틀 속에서 완벽한 산업재산권을 획득할 수 있는 기틀을 마련하시기 바랍니다.

  • This study was conducted to determine whether if the emotional response of participants influences senior citizens at a senior citizen center and to develop the qualities and skills of the instructors of the senior citizens. Not only will we provide effective materials but also provide basic materials as well. The emotional response of interpersonal relationships, achievement goal of ability to performance, and influence of orientating themselves. Additionally, the emotional response of interpersonal relationships, ability to concentrate, and confidence. Finally, the achievement goal of task orientation, concentration of ability to performance on orientating oneself, as well as confidence. Therefore, we will be able to determine if the emotional response of a participant influences achievement of a goal and of the effectiveness of senior citizen instructors. This will not only help with practical and cultural issues, but will close the distance between the instructors participants based on consideration of their situational aspects. Furthermore, the sports activities and continued participation of the elderly. Always need to be ready mentally, and rather than the consideration of others as well as the game results, it is important to have an interest in achieving their own standards. Instructors toned to lend support while setting goals for the participants so that they contribute to the personal development and overall quality of life of the participants.

Effects of Mobile Task Information Presentation using 3D Multimedia on Tooth Carving Knowledge, Performance and Class Satisfaction for Dentistry (3차원 멀티미디어를 활용한 모바일 과제정보 제시가 치아카빙에 관한 지식, 수행 및 수업만족도에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of mobile task information presentation using 3D multimedia on tooth carving knowledge, performance and class satisfaction for dentistry. To accomplish this purpose, we divided 66 dental students into the two groups: The experimental group was presented with mobile task information using 3D modeling. and the control group was presented task information using textbook. As a result for the study, First, Mobile task information presentation using 3D multimedia in class has significant effect on the tooth carving performance and class satisfaction. Second, tooth morphology knowledge in control group presenting task information using the text book showed relatively higher than in experimental group which presenting mobile task information using the 3D modeling. The conclusion of this study is that the class presenting mobile task information using 3D modeling can be enhances class satisfaction and, teaching and learning strategy to improve tooth carving performance.

The Effects of Weighted Vest During Task-Oriented Training on Gross Motor Performance and Balance Abilities of Children With Spastic Diplegia : A Randomized Clinical Trial Study (경직형 양마비 아동의 과제지향훈련 시 무게조끼 적용이 대동작 수행력과 균형 능력에 미치는 영향: 무작위배정 위약비교 연구)

  • Objective : The purpose of this research is to find clinical effects of application of weighted vest during task-oriented training focused on gross motor performance and balance abilities of children with spastic diplegia. Methods : 34 subjects were divided by simple random sampling into two groups; experimental group (male : 9, female : 8, average age : 8.12) and placebo group (male : 9, female : 9, average age : 7.53). Both two groups underwent to 40 minute intervention, twice a week for 12 weeks. The intervention was task-oriented training focused on facilitating closed kinematic chain and multi-joint functional movement pattern. During the training, the experimental group received loaded-resistance weighted vest and placebo group also received weighted vest but without loaded-resistance. Participants in both groups underwent 8 to 10 reps of the task-oriented training and there were 3 minutes break time between tasks. There were pre-test of gross motor performance and balance abilities, and two times of post-tests were performed upon 6 weeks and 12 weeks after the intervention completed. And in final, an additional follow-up test was performed 12 weeks after the evaluation was finished in order to find any difference between the two groups over time. Results : There was significant difference in Gross Motor Performance Measure (GMPM) between two groups. It is found that average score of the experimental group increased more than the placebo group after 6 weeks and 12 weeks intervention (p<.05). There was significant difference in Pediatric Berg's Balance Scale (PBS) between two groups. It is found that average score of the experimental group increased more than the placebo group after 6 weeks and 12 weeks intervention (p<.05). Conclusion : Based on the results in this study, it is proposed that application of weighted vest into task-oriented training to facilitating closed kinematic chain and multi-joint movement can improve gross motor performance and balance abilities of children with cerebral palsy.

Comparing Construct and Predictive Validities of the Measurement of Children's Approximate Number Acuity Depending on Numerosity Comparison Task Format (수량 비교 과제의 형식에 따른 아동의 수 민감도 측정치의 구성 타당도 및 예측 타당도 비교)

  • Approximate number sense(hereafter, ANS) is the ability to compare and operate upon numerosity information. The numerosity comparison task is used to measure ANS. However, there is considerable variance among previous reports of ANS acuity which may be related to different task formats used. Here, we aim to investigate whether the format of the numerosity comparison task influences measurements of ANS acuity. We compared two task formats; 1) an intermixed format presenting two intermixed arrays of black and white dots, and 2) a side-by-side format showing two arrays of dots side by side. The intermixed format likely makes additional demands on general cognitive resources for inhibitory control, selective attention, or visuospatial working memory. The performance on the intermixed format was significantly lower than that of the side-by-side format resulting in an underestimation of ANS acuity compared to the expected trajectory of ANS development. In addition, the ANS acuity measured from only the side-by-side format was correlated with children's mathematical achievement and age. Our results demonstrate that measurement of ANS from the side-by-side format has higher construct and predictive validity compared to that of the intermixed format.

센서 통합 능력을 갖는 다중 로봇 Controller의 설계 기술

  • 이 글에서는 Multi-Tasking Real Time O.S인 VxWorks를 기본으로 하여 다중센서 융합(Multi-Sensor Fusion) 능력을 갖는 다중 로봇 협조제어 시스템의 구현에 대하여 살펴보았다. 본 제어 시스템은 두대 로봇의 제어에 필요한 장애물 회피, 조건 동작(Conditional Motion) 혹은 동시동작(Concurrent Motion)과 외부 디바이스와의 동기 Motion(Conveyor Tracking)을 수행할 수 있게 구현하였고, 몇몇 작업을 통해 우수성을 입증하였다. 앞으로 본 연구와 관련한 추후 과제로는 1) 자유도가 6관절형인 수직다관절 매니퓰레이터를 위한 충돌회피 알고리즘의 개발, 2) Two Arm Robot의 상대 위치를 위한 Auto-Calibration 시스템의 개발, 3) CAD Based Trajectory 생성 등이 있다.

  • 전투실험은 미래 작전 요구능력을 충족하는 신기술/신체계, 신교리, 신조직의 대안을 반복적으로 실험하고, 성숙시켜서 성공이 보장되는 전투발전 소요를 제기하는 과정으로 우리 군에서도 1999년 이후 육군을 중심으로 교리 및 정책, 전술 등의 분야에 적용되는 전투실험을 수행하고 있다. 전투실험을 수행하는 다양한 방법들이 있으나 국방시뮬레이션 모델을 활용하는 전투실험이 비용 및 효용성 측면에서 매우 유리한 것으로 인식되어 국내의 전투실험 과제수행에 있어서도 다수의 국방시뮬레이션 모델이 활용되고 있다. 특히 한국국방연구원이 1991년 이후 지속적으로 운용하고 있는 JANUS 모델은 단위 무기체계 수준의 상세한 무기체계 모의가 가능하고 무기체계 획득 및 교리검증 시에 탁월한 효용성을 발휘할 수 있으므로 다양한 전투실험과제에 활용되고 있다. 본 연구는 육군 전투실험에서의 JANUS 모델 활용기법을 체계적으로 검토하여 국방시뮬레이션을 활용한 효과적인 전투실험 기법을 분석하고 개선사항을 도출함으로써 우리 군의 시뮬레이션 발전에 기여하고자 한다.

Observations of Oxygen Administration Effects on Visuospatial Cognitive Performance using Time Course Data Analysis of fMRI (뇌기능 자기공명영상의 시계열 신호 분석에 의한 공간인지과제 수행시 산소 공급의 효과 관찰)

  • Purpose : This study attempted to investigate the effects of supply of highly concentrated $(30\%)$ oxygen on human ability of visuospatial cognition using time course data analysis of functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI). Materials and Methods : To select an item set in the visuospatial performance test, two questionnaires with similar difficulty were developed through group testing. A group test was administered to 263 college students. Two types of questionnaire containing 20 questions were developed to measure the ability of visuospatial cognition. Eight college students (right-handed male, average age of 23.5 yrs) were examined for fMRI study. The experiment consisted of two runs of the visuospatial cognition testing, one with $21\%$ level of oxygen and the other with $30\%$ oxygen level. Each run consisted of 4 blocks, each containing control and visuospatial items. Functional brain images were taken from 37 MRI using the single-shot EPI method. Using the subtraction procedure, activated areas in the brain during visuospatial tasks were color-coded by t-score. To investigate the time course data in each activated area from brain images, 4 typical regions (cerebellum, occipital lobe, parietal lobe, and frontal lobe) were selected. Results : The average accuracy was $50.63{\pm}8.63$ and $62.50{\pm}9.64$ for $21\%\;and\;30\%$ oxygen respectively, and a statistically significant difference was found in the accuracy between the two types of oxygen (p<0.05). There were more activation areas observed at the cerebellum, occipital lobe, parietal lobe and frontal lobe with $30\%$ oxygen administration. The rate of increase in the cerebellum, occipital lobe and parietal lobe was $17\%$ and that of the frontal lobe, $50\%$. Especially, there were increase of intensity of BOLD signal at the parietal lobe with $30\%$ oxygen administration. The increase rate of the left parietal lobe was $1.4\%$ and that of the right parietal lobe, $1.7\%$. Conclusion : It is concluded that while performing visuospatial tasks, high concentrations of oxygen administration make oxygen administration sufficient, thus making neural network activate more, and the ability to perform visuospatial tasks increase.

The Effects of Learning Methods on the Capability of Information Retrieval and Synthesis in Web (웹 환경에서의 학습 방법이 정보검색 및 정보종합 능력에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of learning methods on students' information retrieval and information synthesis capability in web. This is an experimental study comparing the two different learning methods as task-based learning and technic-based learning. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. The task-based learning was more effective than the technic-based learning in information achievements as information retrieval capability (t= 3.59, p〈.05). 2. In the 1st retrieval (recall ratio t=1.81 precision ratio t=.61) of Naver Korean Web Retrieval, there was no significant difference (p〉.05). In the 2nd retrieval (recall ratio t=2.93 precision ratio t=2.45) and 3rd retrieval (recall ratio t=3.48 precision ratio t= 2.50), the task-based group was more effective than the technic-based group (p〈.05). 3. There was no significant difference in students' information synthesis capability between the task-based learning and technic-based learning (t= 1.95, p〉.05). The findings of this study suggest that the task-based learning approach is more effective to improve students' information literacy, and that professionals should consider better instructional principles for the improvement of instructional quality.
