A Study on the Role of Records Center for Dataset Records Management: Focused on Case Study of KR Project Management System (데이터세트 기록관리를 위한 기록관의 역할 연구: KR 사업관리시스템 사례를 중심으로)

  • It is necessary to recognize the urgency and importance of administrative information dataset management and study effective management measures and specific procedures applicable in practice. Particularly, identify dataset records and developing records schedule for records management needs to be presented in detail and specific. This study designed and verified an identification method and appraisal procedure of dataset records in public administrative information systems dataset operating in public institutions. In addition, this study presented the role of the participants including the records center in the appraisal process. Through this, useful implications are derived for the development of specific and practical processes and tools for dataset management in the records center.

Quality Evaluation of Academic Library Automation Systems (대학도서관 자동화시스템의 품질평가)

  • This study intends to identify the current situations, and, to investigate the major problems of academic library automation in South Korea. Emphasis was on the quality evaluation of the present library automation systems from the perspectives of both librarians and end-users. Three most representative automation systems were chosen for a comparative analysis: Seoul National University's SOLARS, Postech's LINNET, and Pusan National University's PULIP. Each automation system was analyzed and compared [no another in terms of the development history, the system functions, and, the strength and weakness. The final suggestion includes the philosophy and strategies for the future development of academic library automation systems.

An Exploration of the Associations between the Features of Science Performance Assessments and PCK during High School Integrated Science Lessons (고등학교 통합과학 수행평가 사례를 통해 탐색한 교사의 수행평가 실천 특성과 PCK 사이의 관련성)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine whether and how the features of performance assessments implemented during integrated science classes are related to teachers' PCK. We observed and video recorded four high school teachers' performance assessment practices, interviewed them, and surveyed their PCK. An analysis of the data shows that the teachers' performance assessment practices differed in terms of assessment of process, diagnosis of student learning progress, feedback, degree of classroom interactions, and use of assessment criteria. In particular, the opportunities for students to participate in assessment actively and use of assessment for learning varied across teachers. Also, relational patterns among science teaching orientations, PCK and performance assessment practices were found. When a teacher aimed at teaching for both academic learning and scientific literacy, sophisticated PCK was shown and assessment practices were complex accordingly. When scientific literacy was emphasized PCK highlighted experiential learning and assessments were not clearly distinguished from learning activities. In contrast, when academic achievement was emphasized traditional teaching strategies and assessments were highlighted. Based on these findings a number of topics for professional development are suggested including strategies for students' active engagement in assessment, use and development of specific assessment criteria, strategies for assessing performance qualities, and intuitive assessment competency development. Further research topics are also suggested.

  • 본 연구는 도시 및 지역의 지속가능성을 측정하고 평가하기 위한 수단으로 요구되는 ‘지표’의 개발방법과 절차를 설정하는데 목적이 있다. 사례지역으로 미국의 잭슨빌, 시애틀, 오레건 지역을, 지표개발을 위한 방법론으로서는 Maclaren의 이론을 분석하였다. 분석을 통하여 지속가능성 지표는 단순한 평가수단이 아니라 그 개발과정을 통해 시민그룹의 지속가능한 발전에 대한 인식을 제고함과 동시에 구성원의 협력과 노력에 입각하여 미래지향적인 새로운 공동체를 만들어 나가는 강력한 매개체가 될 수 있다는 시사점을 추출하였다. 이를 토대로 지속가능성 도시지표 개발절차를, \circled1 지표개발 주체 형성 \circled2 목표 및 비전의 정립 \circled3지표개발에 따른 기본방침의 설정 \circled4 지표개발을 위한 측정 및 분석 \circled5 예비지표의 발굴과 지표선택기준 마련 \circled6 예비지표 평가를 통한 최종지표의 선택 \circled7 지표에 대한 측정 및 분석 \circled8 지표분석 결과 보고 및 발표 \circled9 지표작업평가 및 새로운 목표 수립 등 9단계로 설정하였다. 본 연구가 제시한 지속가능성 도시지표 개발절차는 우리 나라의 지역 및 도시단위에서 지속가능성 도시지표를 설정하는데 준거로 활용될수 있을 것이다.

Action Research on Math Competencies-oriented Assessment of Integrated Instruction (수업과 통합한 수학 교과 역량 중심의 평가 실행 연구)

  • This research analyzed the cases of math competencies-oriented assessment, integrating assessment and instruction, which had been conducted in an elementary school whose assessment system involves frequent tests from a formative perspective on assessment. The research outcome is as follows: First, the competencies-oriented assessment of integrating instruction made possible for curriculum restructuring and competencies-oriented teaching, whereas more emphasis needs to be focused on the assessment feedback. Second, assessment on math competencies involves multiple dimensions; therefore, it needs to be managed to prevent problems arising due to overlap between different competencies. Third, though it has been identified that with evaluation it is possible to recognize and gradually improve the areas short of competency, more practical studies need to be conducted in this regard. Fourth, even with the fact that various types of evaluation ensure its fairness, make an accurate interpretation of the evaluation result before arriving at a comprehensive assessment.

Evaluation of Congestion-Reduction Benefits from ITS User Services in a Freeway Corridor near Seoul City (ITS를 통한 돌발적 교통정체 저감효과 분석 -경부고속도로를 중심으로-)

  • 본 연구는 수도권 남부의 일부지역을 대상으로 시뮬레이션 기법을 이용하여 ITS 서비스 도입효과를 분석함으로써 그 잠재력을 타진해 보고, 특정 ITS 서비스 도입전의 타당성조사에 활용 가능한 시뮬레이션 분석의 사례를 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구에서는 ITS의 핵심분야인 교통관리(ATMS)와 교통정보제공(ATIS)의 일부 서비스를 중심으로 분석을 실시하였으며, 대상지역에 대한 분석결과에 의하면 ITS 서비스는 그 효과면에서 잠재력이 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 개별 서비스 중에서는 직접적으로 혼잡구간의 수요를 억제하는 램프미터링이 가장 높은 효과를 보였으며, 여러 서비스를 조합하여 실시하는 경우, 혼잡지점에 대한 정보제공은 선별적으로 실시하는 것이 효과적인 것으로 분석되었다. ITS 서비스가 보다 큰 효과를 발휘할 수 있는 경우는 첨두시와 같이 돌발상황이 발생하는 도로가 혼잡하되, 주변의 대안도로가 충분히 확보되어 있고 어느 정도 용량 여유분이 있을 때인 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 수행한 시뮬레이션 분석 과정은 특정지역의 ITS서비스 도입여부 결정, 도로시설 등의 구축/운영 여건 평가, 서비스 제공전략 도출 등에 활용 가능하므로 ITS 구축사업 착수 이전에 대상지역에 대한 타당성조사 작업의 일부로서 포함될 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 시뮬레이션 모형을 이용한 평가의 과정 및 각 과정별 분석기법을 체계화된 틀로 정립하는 것이 필요하다.

Application of Occupational Therapy Intervention Process Model: A Case of Child With Sensory Integration Dysfunction (작업치료중재과정모델의 적용: 감각통합기능장애 아동 사례)

  • Objective : Purpose of this study is to discuss benefits and implications of the clinical reasoning process and re-evaluation in the OTIPM by introducing a single case that occupational therapy intervention is provided based on the OTIPM. Methods : The case subject is a boy aged 5 years and 10 month who had diagnosed as attachment disorder and anxiety disorder from a pediatric psychiatrist before. The boy is referred to sensory integration therapy clinic and underwent occupational therapy intervention service twice a week for four month. Therapeutic activities for the intervention were consisted of sensory integration activities for restorative model, care-giver education for educational model, and performance skill training for acquisitional model. Measurements used in the initial evaluation are JSI-R, DDST-2, Social Maturity Test, KPPS-R, and observation-based performance task analysis. For the performance task analysis, performance skill items were constructed based on the Occupational Therapy Process Framework (OTPF), and those were assessed by the evaluation system of Assessment of Motor and Process Skill (AMPS) and Evaluation of Social Participation (ESI). Results : The detail process of implementing of the OTIPM in this study is reported by following four phases; 1) establish client-centered performance context; 2) establish baseline and interpret cause (initial evaluation); 3) intervention planning and implementing; and 4) recognize intervention outcome (reevaluation). Conclusion : In this case, occupational therapist could provide the client an occupation-based intervention within comprehensive performance context based on the OTIPM. Therapist could clearly identify the cause of problematic performance skills and behaviors and so provide effective intervention to improve client's occupational performance. Additionally, it was found that client's satisfaction of the intervention can be raised when the concept of 'who is the client' is expanded based on the OTIPM. From this study, it is proposed that OTIPM may be a model educible 'comprehensive' enhancement of 'specific' occupational engagement, as it considers both improvement of occupational performance and satisfaction.

  • In rapidly changing circumstances of IT market, IT outsourcing has increasingly become an important strategic tool to achieve sustainable competitive advantages and to expand IT flexibility. Despite of the fact that many firms have tried to adopt IT outsourcing, comprehensive cases studies on IT outsourcing process have so far rarely been reported. Therefore, this study attempts to analyze a case for the specific evaluation methodology and process of IT outsourcing in one distribution company A. Proposed stages are first, to analyze inside and outside environment of the company second, to evaluate organization/human resource/job and last, to select IT outsourcing tasks and to reassign human resource. Therefore, some guidelines for the process and the methodology for IT outsourcing in this study suggest some practical implications to the company preparing IT outsourcing.

  • 현재 다양한 교통정보 서비스와 소통수준 제고를 목표로 국내 여러 도시에서 진행중인 첨단교통관리체계(ATMS)사업이 운영 또는 구축중에 있으며 도로상의 교통정보를 보다 정확히 수집하기 위해 다양한 종류의 차량검지시스템이 도입되고 있으나 기존 국내외 사례를 볼 때 제반 검지기의 성능평가 방안이 사업별로 상이한 기준으로 진행되었으며 객관적인 성능수준을 제시하지는 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 검지시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위한 과정을 최근의 서울시 내부순환로 교통관리시스템의 사례를 토대로 고찰한 결과 시공단계에서 지속적인 튜닝과 성능제고방안을 추진한다면 상당한 수준의 정확도 확보를 기대할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 제시된 평가방안은 향후 보완을 거쳐 타 시스템에 있어 초기설치시 또는 유지관리시 성능의 척도로써 목표를 선정하고 활용하는 데 있어 하나의 대안으로 제시할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 제반 ATMS관련 연구기관에서는 시스템의 성능과 정확성을 좌우한다 해도 과언이 아닌 차량 검지기에 대한 성능평가 기준의 표준화 방안에 대한 연구를 진행하여, 검지기 성능제고를 위한 객관적인 기준목표와 각 검지기변 평가기준의 표준화 방안을 제시한다면 통행시간, 속도 등 제공정보의 신뢰성을 상당수준 향상시킴과 동시에 사업시행에 따른 시행착오를 최소화할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Development and Verification of User-centered Design Guidelines on Online Support System for Curriculum at primary/secondary schools (초·중등 교육과정 온라인지원시스템의 사용자 중심의 디자인 가이드라인 개발 및 검증)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a design guideline to provide user-friendly experience and convenience for the online support system for the curriculum at primary/secondary schools. To achieve the objective, best practices of overseas on the online support system for curriculum as well as prior research were analyzed. In addition, UX/UI usability problems and needs were derived through a survey of 74 professionals and teachers who are monitoring NCIC and high school credit system sites. Based on the analysis of best practices of overseas and survey results, the draft of the design guideline was derived, and Delphi method was conducted by experts to re- vise the design guidelines and evaluate their validity. This study is meaningful in that it suggests the direction of improvement of the system currently being serviced and the direction of the design of the system to be developed in the future, by providing design guidelines that can be generally applied to online support systems that perform tasks related to the curriculum.
