Exploration on Tokenization Method of Language Model for Korean Machine Reading Comprehension (한국어 기계 독해를 위한 언어 모델의 효과적 토큰화 방법 탐구)

  • 토큰화는 입력 텍스트를 더 작은 단위의 텍스트로 분절하는 과정으로 주로 기계 학습 과정의 효율화를 위해 수행되는 전처리 작업이다. 현재까지 자연어 처리 분야 과업에 적용하기 위해 다양한 토큰화 방법이 제안되어 왔으나, 주로 텍스트를 효율적으로 분절하는데 초점을 맞춘 연구만이 이루어져 왔을 뿐, 한국어 데이터를 대상으로 최신 기계 학습 기법을 적용하고자 할 때 적합한 토큰화 방법이 무엇일지 탐구 해보기 위한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 한국어 데이터를 대상으로 최신 기계 학습 기법인 전이 학습 기반의 자연어 처리 방법론을 적용하는데 있어 가장 적합한 토큰화 방법이 무엇인지 알아보기 위한 탐구 연구를 진행했다. 실험을 위해서는 대표적인 전이 학습 모형이면서 가장 좋은 성능을 보이고 있는 모형인 BERT를 이용했으며, 최종 성능 비교를 위해 토큰화 방법에 따라 성능이 크게 좌우되는 과업 중 하나인 기계 독해 과업을 채택했다. 비교 실험을 위한 토큰화 방법으로는 통상적으로 사용되는 음절, 어절, 형태소 단위뿐만 아니라 최근 각광을 받고 있는 토큰화 방식인 Byte Pair Encoding (BPE)를 채택했으며, 이와 더불어 새로운 토큰화 방법인 형태소 분절 단위 위에 BPE를 적용하는 혼합 토큰화 방법을 제안 한 뒤 성능 비교를 실시했다. 실험 결과, 어휘집 축소 효과 및 언어 모델의 퍼플렉시티 관점에서는 음절 단위 토큰화가 우수한 성능을 보였으나, 토큰 자체의 의미 내포 능력이 중요한 기계 독해 과업의 경우 형태소 단위의 토큰화가 우수한 성능을 보임을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, BPE 토큰화가 종합적으로 우수한 성능을 보이는 가운데, 본 연구에서 새로이 제안한 형태소 분절과 BPE를 동시에 이용하는 혼합 토큰화 방법이 가장 우수한 성능을 보임을 확인할 수 있었다.

A Study on the Effects of Emotional Labor on Counterproductive Work Behavior: Mediated by Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment (감정노동이 반생산적 과업행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 직무만족과 조직몰입을 매개로)

  • This research conducted a survey of the workers in medical institutions and carried out empirical analysis through covariance structure equation modelling in order to examine the relationship among emotional labor, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and counterproductive work behaviors of medical institution workers. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows; First, the frequency of emotional expression, one of the dimensions of emotional labor, did not have a positive influence on job satisfaction, but both the degree of emotional expression attentiveness and emotional dissonance had a negatively significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, job satisfaction had a positively significant effect on organizational commitment. Third, organizational commitment had a negatively significant effect on counterproductive work behaviors toward both individuals and organizations. This research result shows that it is necessary to pay attention to drawing a plan to reduce emotional labor that workers in medical institutions experience since emotional labor causes them to get negative results while they are performing their duties.

  • Recently, Dennis et al.(2008) proposed media synchronicity theory. In this theory, for conveyance communication processes, use of media supporting lower synchronicity should result in better communication performance. But for convergence processes, use of media supporting higher synchronicity should result in better communication performance. This paper proved a part of the propositions of media synchronicity theory, because media synchronicity theory was proposed theoretically, not empirically. We used a data set generated from the survey. The respondents of survey were 163 students who had experienced the communication media in the classes that should summit result of team projects or team reports. According to the results of data analysis, higher use of communication media led to better learning performance. The familiarity of task moderated the effect of communication media on learning performance. And use of media supporting higher synchronicity led to better learning performance.

The Influence of TTF on GSS Usage and Task Performance : Focusing on moderating effect of COA and FOA (과업기술적합도(TTF)가 그룹지원시스템(GSS)의 사용 및 성과에 미치는 영향 : 전유방식동의 정도와 전유 충실도의 조절효과를 고려하여)

  • This study investigates the effects of individual and group level factors on the use of GSS (Group Support System) and task performance from GSS use. GSS facilitates the group work, so that GSS adoption is not necessarily influenced only by individual perceptions on information systems. Adaptive Structuration Theory (AST) in our study to explain the adoption and success from GSS use. AST contends that the success of IS is not necessarily the technical fit between tasks and technology, instead the political outcome among user socializations. We have the following two research inquires: Are the IS use and performance maximized when information technologies are provided properly?; and, Does TTF always influence positively on IS use (or performance)? To research these issues, we investigate the influence of TTF (Task-Technology Fit) on use and performance of GSS, which is introduced to foster collaboration among organizational members. Drawing insights from the AST, we examine if COA (Consensus on Appropriation) among group members and FOA (Faithfulness of Appropriation) between those who use technology and who design it show any moderating effect. A questionnaire survey was conducted on firms using the GSS for one month from June 2 to June 27 2005 and a sample of 303 responses was used for a statistical analysis. The result demonstrates that TTF exerts a positive influence on use and performance of GSS. We find that the stronger the COA, the greater the effect of W on use of GSS and performance. FOA likewise has a positive effect on both use of GSS and performance. The TTF model has been widely applied to studies on individual performance of information system, whereas the AST theory specifically explains members' adaptation process to information system. By integrating the AST theory with the TTF model, the study contributes to heightening our understanding on if and how individual performance varies with the use of GSS.

  • Many approaches to agent collaboration have been introduced in military war-games, and those approaches address methods for simulation entity (actor) collaboration within a team to achieve given goals. To meet fast-changing battlefield situations, an actor must be loosely coupled with their tasks and be able to take over the role of other actors if necessary to reflect role handovers occurring in real combat. Achieving these requirements allows the transfer of tasks assigned one actor to another actor in circumstances when that actor cannot execute its assigned role, such as when destroyed in action. Tight coupling between an actor and its tasks can prevent role handover in fast-changing situations. Unfortunately, existing approaches and war-game strictly assign tasks to actors during design, therefore they prevent the loose coupling. To overcome these shortcomings, our Role-based Command Hierarchy (ROCH) model dynamically assigns roles to actors based on their situation at runtime. In the model, "Role" separates actors from their tasks. In this paper, we implement the ROCH model as a component that uses a publish-subscribe pattern to handle the link between an actor and the roles of its subordinates (other actors).

  • 선원들은 '배'라는 한정된 생활공간에서 공동생활을 하면서 선원만의 특수한 생활형태를 형성하고 있다. 즉 선원근로자들은 선상작업을 통하여 통일적이고 협동적인 과업수행을 요구 받으며, 바다라는 고립적 환경에서 장기간 단조로운 집단생활로 인하여 상당한 스트레스에 노출되어 있을 것으로 예상된다. 또한 선내의 환경은 운항에 따른 높은 수준의 소음과 선체의 동요, 한랭과 폭염, 습도 등에 노출되어 있으며, 장시간 격리된 채 바다에서 생활함으로써 가족, 친구 등과의 교류의 기회가 제약됨으로써 이러한 요인들 또한 스트레스로 작용할 가능성이 높은 직업군이다. 본 연구에서는 선상환경에서 선원들의 스트레스 요인과 그 대처방안을 모색하고자 그 기초조사로써 예부선 선원근로자의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도 조사를 실시하였다.

  • Unlike using smart-phone for music, game, information searching, shopping, using smart-phone for tasks may be forced in the task environment. Therefore, attitude, usefulness, and easy of use of technology on information technology adoption mode can not fully explain using smart phone for tasks. To explain using smart phone for tasks, this paper is based on the theory of task and technology fit(TTF) that TTF influences the usage performance of technology.

  • 시스템 엔지니어링은 시스템의 일생 주기동안 수행되며 고장정보체계(Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System)는 제작단계부터 수행되는 RAMS(Reliability, Availability,Manitani bility,safety)과업 중의 하나이다. 고장정보체계는 설계와 제작단계에서 생성된 고장원인을 제거하고 수정작업을 구현하기 위한 방법을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 한국형 고속열차를 대상으로 고장정보 분석 및 관리, 신뢰도 평가를 위해 구축한 고장정보체계와 그 활용사례를 제시한다.

  • Job and organization analysis of producing institutes is a task that identifies the history of transition and major business functions for various record-producing institutions and must be performed in common within the archives, and many workers must jointly refer to the relevant knowledge. However, in the field, a limited number of people in charge are individually performing by manual work, and the results are not shared. Therefore, this study aims to reduce the work burden of workers through the automation of the job and organization analysis process and build basic resources that can be commonly used by the archives. This study subdivided the task of job and organization analysis into manual, semi-automation, and automation parts by performing FGI with the practitioner of the archive and suggested ways to realize it. In addition, we derive the basic analysis data that can be commonly referenced in the electronic records management process, and by verifying the results through practitioners, efficient use of knowledge resources is suggested. Furthermore, by establishing a standardized work process, we intend to lay the foundation to support consistent and systematic work performance.
