A Study on the Transient Response and Impact Coefficient Calculation of PCB Handler (PCB Handler의 과도응답해석 및 충격계수 산출 연구)

  • Europe, the US and Japan have acquired test results on impact coefficient for a long time and applied it to equipment design to secure safety of structures. However, Korean enterprises use the impact factor held by advanced business to design equipment as it is difficult for them to obtain it through tests. In this paper, NX/NASTRAN, was used to perform static load analysis and impact load analysis of a PCB Handler, semiconductor test equipment, and the result was employed to study how to calculate the impact coefficient with the finite element analysis. The calculation method was applied to the JIS(Japanese Industrial Standard), and the impact coefficient of the PCB handler was calculated as 1.27 for the sudden start or stop. The impact coefficient generated by the analysis is expected to make a great contribution to the industry as it can be used to improve the equipment structure and develop on existing equipment in the future.

Transient Response Analysis of the Trigonometric Distributed RC Circuit (삼각함수형 RC분포회로의 과도응답해석)

  • Since all the poles of the open circuit voltage transfer function of the trigonometric, linear, passive RC circuits exist on the negative real axis of s-plane, its transient response to the unit step input is monotonic. This satisfies the necessary conditions for the applicability of Elmore's method which had been developed originally for the transient analysis of lumped circuit in computing the rise time and delay time of the trigonometric distributed RC circuits. This paper describes the computing method of rise and delay times of the trigonometric distributed RC circuit. The analysis shows that the transient response of this kind circuit depends only upon the time constant and distance angle $\theta$. As $\theta$ is increased, the rise and delay titles are increased non-linearly.

  • Transient response of temperature distributions in a Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) pressurizer vessel wall for the Inadvertent Auxiliary Spray transient has been analyzed with conservatism accounted for the resulting thermal stresses in the regions of the vessel wall which are wetted by the spray water droplets. In order to determine the forced convective heat transfer coefficient at the inner boundary surface of vessel wall where the droplets impinge on and flow down, the transient temperatures of spray droplets when they reach the inner surface of the vessel wall after travelling from the spray nozzle through the pressurizer interior space occupied with the saturated steam-noncondensable hydrogen gas mixture have been predicted. The transient temperature distributions in the vessel wall have been obtained by using the finite element method, and the typical results have been provided. It has been shown that the results of thermal analysis are consistent with representation of the input transient and have plausible physical meaning.

  • In this study, forced vibrations analysis was performed for main wing of small scale WIG vehicle which is equipped two-stroke pusher type propeller engine, in terms of structural. for the frequency response analysis, excitations were assumed by H-mode(Horizontal mode), X-mode(Twisted mode) which is main vibration mode of engine, and for the transient response analysis, excitations were assumed by L-mode(Longitudinal mode) with propeller thrust which is occurred when it revolution.

  • 본 논문에서는 변형된 PI-PD 제어기를 통한 쿼드로터(Quad-rotor)의 자세 제어를 고려하였다. 기존의 PID 제어기와 변형된 형태인 PI-PD 제어기 사이의 상관관계로부터 제어기 계수를 결정하였고, 시간응답 해석을 통하여 쿼드로터의 고도 및 각 제어의 응답이 개선되었음을 보였다. PID 제어기 설계는 비용함수의 최소화와 매트랩을 이용한 과도응답 해석을 통하여 최적의 값을 얻을 수 있었다.

  • In this Paper, a mathematical model describing the dynamics of pilot operated pressure control valve was derived. A attempt to analyze the Parameters(seat diameter, cone angle, spring stiffness, control volume) which relate to the performance of the object valve was carried out. Simulation using AMESim as a simulation tool was operated, and verified the validity of our simulation by means of comparison our simulation results with an experimental results of the pilot operated pressure control valve.

  • In this study, impact transient responses of (Graphite/Epoxy) laminated composite subjected to low-velocity impact are investigated using a finite element method. Dynamic von-Karman plate equations considering large deflection of plate are modified to include the effect of transverse shear deformations as in Mindlin plate theory and also the rotary inertia effect is considered. The convergence of transient responses is used contact law established through the statical indentation test. We investigate displacements, contact forces and strains by thickness variation of various laminated composite. We compare and analyze each results.

  • 최근 자동화기술의 발달에 따라 산업용 로보트팔의 경량화, 고속화를 실행하 게 되는 경우와 우주, 원자력발전소 등과 같은 특수한 환경하에서 매니퓰레 이터(manipulator)를 제어하게 되는 경우가 많아지고 있는데, 이때 팔의 강성 이 충분하지 않으면 위치결정시 목표점에서의 과도진동이 발생하게 되어 위 치결정정도와 작업효율이 저하된다. 그러므로 이러한 경량화된 장비들의 진 동특성을 파악하고 운동시 발생하는 진동을 효율적으로 제어할 수 있는 제 어기(controller)를 설계하여 잔류진동을 감쇠시키므로써 위치결정시간을 줄 일 수 있고, 전체 작업행정시간이 단축되므로써 작업ㅎ류을 향상시키는 효과 를 가져오게 된다. 이때 원하고자 하는 제어를 하기 위해서는 제어대상 (plant)의 계규명(system identification)을 정확히 하여야 하는데 해석적으로 계를 규명하기가 까다로운 경우 제어기를 설계하는 것이 사실상 어렵게 되 므로 이러한 경우 실험적인 방법으로 주파수응답함수(frequency response function)를 구해 계의 모형(model)을 구하는 방법이 널리 사용되고 있다. 이 분야에 있어서 기존의 논문들은 팔의 변위를 측정하여 진동을 제어하나 이 러한 방법들은 간헐적으로 움직이는 산업장비(예:로보트의 팔)의 과도응답을 제어하기에는 부적합하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 장비들의 과도응답 을 효과적으로 제어할 수 있도록 가속도계를 사용, 가속도를 측정하여 변위 를 제어하고자 한다.

Transient Response Characteristics of Vehicle Seatbelt (자동차 시트벨트의 과도응답 특성에 관한 연구)

  • In recent years, as a consequence of the technological advancements in the automobile industry and changes in consumer demands, the reduction of noise inside vehicles rather than vehicle performance has increasingly become an important factor of interest. To date, most studies have focused on noise and vibration reduction techniques for the engine and drive system of vehicles. In this research, a comparative analysis for reducing the effect of vehicle seatbelts on the transient response is performed using the test of vehicle conditions and transient response analysis in accordance with seatbelt conditions. After the sensitivity analysis, the specifications for improvement were designed based on the transient response analysis. It was confirmed that the transient response characteristics were improved by the transient response analysis and vehicle conditions test. Through computer-aided engineering, the transient response characteristics of seatbelts were checked with less cost and time.
