최근 들어 CRM이 확산됨에 따라 고객과의 접점에서 업무를 담당하는 콜센터의 중요성이 커지고 있으며, 정보기술이 발전함에 따라 콜센터 본연의 업무를 넘어서 콜센터에 새로운 역할이 부가되고 있다. 지금까지 콜센터에는 기계와의 커뮤니케이션에서 발생하는 거부감, 과다한 대기시간, 새로운 통신수단들로 인한 콜센터의 기능약화, 적절한 정보의 적시 사용의 어려움, 기술투자 선행작업의 미약 등의 문제점이 지적되었다. 하지만 무엇보다도 가장 큰 문제점은 명확하게 수립된 경영전략과 운영전략이 없었다는 것이다. 이에, 고객, 서비스 전략, 인적 자원, 프로세스, 정보기술 등 다섯 가지 영역으로 나누어 다른 기업과의 차별화를 달성할 수 있는 콜센터의 경영전략을 수립해야 한다. 고객의 측면에서는 만족되지 않고 있던 고객욕구를 경쟁기업보다 앞서 제공해야 하고, 서비스 전략 측면에서는 고객과의 거래비용을 줄여줄 수 있는 전략이 필요하다. 인적자원 측면에서는 보다 전문적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 능력을 보유한 종업원을 콜센터에 배치해야 하며, 프로세스 측면에서는 콜센터를 통해 업무창구를 일원화하는 방향으로 업무 프로세스를 리엔지니어링 해야 한다. 끝으로 정보기술 측면에서는 인터넷과 콜센터를 통합할 수 있는 방안을 모색해야 한다. 그리고 이상과 같은 경영전략 하에 구축된 콜센터의 성과를 극대화하기 위해서 필요한 8가지 운영전략을 도출하였다.

주요 방산물자의 경우 최저가 입찰 방식의 채택은 방산업체들 간 물량부족에 따른 과다 수주 경쟁으로 인해 터무니없는 낮은 가격으로 업체가 결정되는 경우가 발생되고 있다. 이러한 제도 운영은 방산 물자의 기술 개발 촉진에 장애요인으로 작용할 뿐만 아니라 방위력 증강은 물론 방위산업 육성에도 많은 지장을 초래할 우려가 있다. 본 논문에서는 실천 가능한 방위산업 입찰제도를 도출하고 입찰제도를 개선하기 위해서, 현재 방산청에서 실시하고 있는 최저 입찰제도의 문제점을 알아보고, 미국, 유럽과 일본의 정부조달제도와 방위산업에서의 입찰방식을 살펴본다. 그리고 협상에 의한 계약 체결시 적용하는 회계예규의 평가산식 불합리성 및 문제점을 고찰하고, 국내 방산업체가 느끼는 입찰제도의 문제점을 설문을 통해 파악/분석함으로 방위사업청 제안서 평가 지침에 대한 적절한 방식을 제안하고자 한다.

국내에서 생산되고 있는 철근의 방청효과는 내식성기준(KS D 9520)으로 1시간 미만으로 생산된 철근의 국외 수출시 방청성에 대한 요구가 많은 실정이다. 이에 따라 철근의 내식성 향상을 위해 소요되는 비용과 과다한 방청포장은 제품 경쟁력에 악영향을 끼치고 있다. 내식성 향상을 위한 Cr 대체물질 개발은 많으나 철근에 고니식성 및 고내열성을 부여하기 위한 Cr 대체물질 개발은 미진하다. 본 연구에서는 고온안정성과 고내식성을 동시에 만족하고, 환경유해물질을 포함하지 않는 새로운 소재를 개발하기 위해 수행하였으며, 다양한 제법에 따라 제조된 물질의 내식성 실험을 통해 방청제로서의 가능성을 검토하기 위하여 수행하였다.

오늘날의 대부분 의료기관이 성취해야 할 가장 중요한 과제는 의료 관리비용의 절감과 의료 서비스품질의 향상이다. 최근 병원의 대형화 및 병원간의 경쟁 과다로 인하여 환자에 대한 서비스는 호전되었지만, 병원 자체 인력에 대한 효율적 배분 및 인력 운용에 있어서의 형평성 문제는 아직까지 해결되지 못한 부분이 많다. 특히 모든 일을 경제 원리로 풀려고 하는 사회적 풍토 및 현대화, 대형화에 따른 병원 재정의 압박은 병원 운용 인력의 $30{\sim}40\%$를 차지하는 간호 인력에 대한 관심을 소홀히 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 대형 병원을 사례기관으로 선정하여 기존의 간호사 근무 편성 기준을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 간호사들의 요일별, 시간별 선호도를 고려한 근무 편성표를 작성하여 간호사 근무에 형평성을 기하고자 한다. 또한 기존 휴리스틱에 의거한 근무표와 수리계획법을 활용하여 작성한 근무표 간의 비교를 통하여, 간호사 개인이 특정 근무 기간동안 얻게 되는 만족도를 분석하고자 한다.

건설산업의 전자도면 작성을 위한 CAD분야는 해외 특정 소프트웨어가 시장을 90%이상 점유하여 기술종속으로 인한 CAD 기술의 자립화 문제가 심각하다. 건설산업에서 발생하는 전자도면의 작성을 위한 프로그램 사용은 자유경쟁을 통한 시장의 흐름에 따른 것이나, 공공기관에서 발주하는 건설사업의 전자도면 관리와 재활용을 위해서는 특정 회사의 과다 독점으로 인한 기술종속에 대한 대책이 필요하다. 따라서, 다양한 CAD 시스템에서 작성한 전자도면을 국내표준에 부합하는 도면으로 변환 가능한 모델러의 개발 방안을 제안한다.

환경오염이 심각해 질수록 수자원에 대하여, 생산공정에서 발생되는 폐수를 환경오염 기준치 이내로 처리후 단순 방류하는 소극적인 방법에서 보다 효과적이며 경제적인 처리 방법으로 개선하는 적극적인 인식의 전환을 요청받게 된다. 이것은 생산성에 직결되는 중요한 문제이며 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하는 조건이라 아니 할 수 없다. 더욱이 정부에서는 수자원의 고갈로 상수도 과다 수요업체를 대상으로 하는 오,폐수의 중수도화 정책을 시행할 예정이며, 세금및 상수도료 감면 혜택등으로 실질적인 상수도 절감을 유도하고 있으며, 금년 12월 부터 시행키로 발표된 바 있어, 이와 관련되는 기술의 관심이 그 어느때 보다 높아 지고 있다. 오,폐수 재사용의 기술은, 분류 처리 기술과 고도 처리 기술, 난분해성 폐수의 처리 기술로 크게 나누어 지는데, 당사가 반도체 도금 공장인 A 산업체에 적용한 분리막에 의한 난분해성 유기 용제 폐수의 처리 공법에 대한 연구 개발 실례를 소개하고자 한다.

세계무역센터를 대상으로 발생한 9.11.테러 이후 세계 테러 동향은 하드타겟에서 경성타겟으로 점차 변화하고 있다. 경성타겟으로 목표 변화는 테러리스트의 접근성, 대상의 상징성, 미디어 집중성을 고루 갖추고 있어, 테러리스트들의 의사 전달이 용이하기 때문이다. 경성타겟으로 변화와 함께 미디어를 활용한 테러 교육으로 자생테러(외로운 늑대)도 증가하고 있다. 2022년 7월 8일, 일본의 다중이용시설인 나라현 야마토사이다이지 역에서 총기테러 사건이 발생하였다. 야마가미 데스야가 자생테러범은 개조한 사제 총기를 일본 전 총리 아베를 향해 발포하여 과다출혈로 사망에 이르게 하였다. 위 사례는 세계 테러 동향의 변화를 반영한 사건으로, 경성타겟을 목표로 한 자생테러 형태를 보여주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 다중이용시설 테러 발생 시 우선적으로 고려해야하는 고위험 테러유형을 도출하고자, 우리나라와 국가 경쟁력이 비슷한 G7국가의 다중이용시설을 대상으로 발생한 테러사례를 통계적으로 분석하여 테러유형별 위험도를 도출하였으며, 다중이용시설을 대상으로 자행되는 고위혐 테러유형의 위협을 차단하기 위한 테러안전관리 대책의 개선사항을 제언하고 있다.

Changing of industry structure and development of traffic and telecommunications requires a change of the knowledge about the space where the human beings reside. Step by step the world is being divided into specified utility blocks. Today there is a limit that only one local government can compete with another region in the world. This study provides decision support tools with the use of GIS on the regional level for regions competition. GIS establishes regions and analyzes their geographic environment data, which will help in local-government problem solving and provide framework data for similar regions to become the community. The wide-area GIS application can present an objective and rational basis for regulation of inefficient investments and excessive competition between adjacent regions. The study area is Gangwon-do. Considering specific features of Gangwon-do which preserved high-quality environment resources, river basins were taken as a basis among natural regional elements. The main object of analysis conducted were the facts relevant to environmental regulation. The Gangwon-do consists of three regions in this study: Yongdong region, North-Hangang region and South-Hangang region. The analysis of each region regulation cases showed the following: in Youngdong region the forests regulation rate is high, in North-Hangang region the military installations protection sector's rate as well as regulation rate for water resources protection is relatively high, in South-Hangang region the forest and water resources regulation rate is high. The percentage of forests and water regulation rate appeared to be rather high in Gangwon-do, which means that the value of forest and water resources there is very high.

In this study, Employment Status and Environment of Librarian, to investigate the employment prospect survey was conducted to the subjects of a librarian. The results of this study are as follows. First of all, employment environment of the library site base on the cognitive survey was showed that low wages, unstable jobs, difficulty in work due to staff placement that does not match majors, disagreement with the boss, self-regard as a librarian, excessive workload, a poor work environment etc. Second, the field workers preferred cultural program related electronic information organisation and service as the contents to be added to the curriculum of the library information department of the university. Third, the employment environment of irregular workers is characterised by high competition, low wages, high turnover number, and excessive workload. Fourth, The biggest problem when preparing for employment was the lack of employment information. Therefore, various improvement measures based on the results of the above studies are required, especially, construction of employment information system, Introduction of the field - based curriculum, specific employment conditions are required when hiring.

Turnkey and alternative-design contracts was introduced operation in the country from january 2004 to February 2010. this was introduced operation. The selecting method of contractor for turnkey projects has being operated by an open forum type that consists of technical committee and appraisal committee in an integrated design approach deliberations. But to improve the operation of the problems, the government is operating design review committee consisting of the central, local and special design advisory committee in march 2010. But this system has also been suggested as still problems, too many contracts by large companies, increasing of design cost and excessive competition. This study is intended to contribute that turnkey and alternative-design contracts can be well operated in domestic construction markets. In this paper suggests some improvement methods and operational problems caused from application of an open forum type for selecting contractor of turnkey project.
