4차 산업혁명에서 핵심은 지능정보기술이다. 데이터를 처리하고 활용하며 새로운 유형의 정보를 생성하여 보유하여야만 급변하는 정보사회를 선도할 수 있다. 이제는 자급자족식의 데이터 수집에서 벗어나, 개방형 혁신환경을 조성하여 외부의 기술, 지식, 아이디어 등을 수용하여야 한다. 내 외부의 유연한 관계형성과 소통창구를 마련하여 유기적인 협의체를 구성하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위하여 인천국제공항공사에서는 개방형 혁신 플랫폼 기반의 연구관리지원시스템을 구축하였다. 스타트업 플랫폼, R&D 협업지원, 연구관리지원 등 세 가지 요소로 구성된 본 시스템을 통해 기업의 사회적 책임 완수와 일자리 창출에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 또한 프로세스 정립을 통한 연구 관리로 표준화된 연구과제관리 플랫폼을 마련하였다. 이를 통해 인천공항은 미래를 준비하는 공항 R&D 추진 체계 구축을 완료함으로써 일류 혁신 기업의 기반을 조성하였다.

공항은 다양한 시설들이 혼재되어 있는 복합 공간으로 원하는 장소로 이동하기 위해서는 지도나 표지판뿐만 아니라 유·무인 안내 서비스를 이용하는 것이 필수적이다. 그러나 이러한 시설 안내 서비스는 이용객의 대다수를 차지하는 비장애인을 기준으로 설계되어 있는 것이 대부분이며, 특히 청각장애인은 음성 언어인 한국어를 통한 의사소통이 어려워 이러한 안내 서비스의 사각 지대에 놓여있다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 청각장애인을 대상으로 공항 내 시설 위치 안내 서비스를 제공하는 키오스크를 구현하기 위해 마커리스(makerless) 한국 수어 인식 기술을 적용하는 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 알고리즘들이 수어를 인식하기 위해 사용자의 신체에 마커(marker)를 부착하거나 사용에 제약이 있는 깊이, 자기장 센서 등을 활용한 데 반해, 특징점 기반의 인식 기술은 별도의 마커 없이 RGB 영상만을 활용하여 수어를 인식하기 때문에 사용자의 편의성을 극대화할 수 있는 방법이다. 영상 기반의 마커리스 수어 인식 기술을 위치 안내 키오스크에 적용함으로써 청각장애인이 다른 사람의 도움 없이 공항 시설을 쉽고 안전하게 이용할 수 있도록 지원할 수 있으며, 나아가 배리어프리 (barrier-free) 공항을 구현하는 데에 큰 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

제주특별자치도의 관문인 제주국제공항 내에 있는 한국공항(주) 제주지점은 국내외 항공기에 지상조업, 급유조업, 화물조업 등을 지원하는 회사다. 1972년 10월 개설 이래 39년간 동종업계에서 선두위치를 굳건히 지켜오고 있는 이곳은 서비스는 물론 안전관리 역량에서도 자타가 인정하는 우수기업이다. 실제 외국 귀빈이 탄 비행기나 정부 주요 인사가 탑승한 비행기가 제주공항에 착륙 할 때는 향상 우선 지정을 받아 서비스를 펼치고 있을 정도다. 철저한 안전관리를 통해 항공기 조업분야의 모범사례로 우뚝 선 이곳 현장을 찾아 그들만의 특별한 안전활동을 살펴봤다.

On July $18^{th}$, 2003, Incheon International Airport Corporation(lIAC) signed the Construction Management Service Contract with KIDS consortium (composed of Kun-Won Eng., ITM Corp, Do-Hwa Eng, Space Croup) for the $2^{nd}$ phase construction protect consists of landfill, $\#3$ runway, remote Concourse, IAT, BHS, cargo terminal, etc scheduled to be finished by the end of 2008. KIDS dispatched qualified engineers to the Construction Management Division of IIAC for providing technical assistance to IIAC members to pursue project goals in tulle. within budget with appropriate quality level to build one of leading hul] airports for the Northeast Asia legion in the $21^{st}$ century. The work scope covers upgrading various project procedures and related computer programs, cost and schedule control, design supervision for building design including support systerns such as HVAC, fire protection, elevators and escalators, boarding bridges, electrical and communication systems, and technical support for IAT/BHS, QA/QC, field test and inspection, start-up and commissioning, etc. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the major activities of the Construction Management Services performing at the IIA project for your reference.

IATA is playing a central role in the process of changing the international technical standards of common-use system which supports the airport check-in and boarding business in conjunction with the airline systems from CUTE to CUPPS. IATA expects that if the airport common-use system is changed to CUPPS, the development and maintenance costs related to the airline's common-use system can be reduced by the implementation of the standard interface about check-in and boarding business-related equipment and the certification of airline applications. Incheon International Airport is in the face of stiff competition with major Northeast Asian Airports to attract more airlines. To be more competitive than other airports, switching over to CUPPS is vital for airline's cost-saving effect. This study builds on CUPPS international technical standards and suggests design and implementation plans of Incheon International Airport's component-based next-generation common use passenger processing systems to support the various functions of user's requirements.

The recent air transportation market is rapidly changing in air and airport infrastructure such as efficiency of airports and airplanes, speeding up and enlargement, deregulation of airline industry, low cost airlines and regional airports. The purpose of this study is to conduct a direct questionnaire survey for airport users who have experienced in and out of airport IT service at Incheon International Airport, so that the airport self - service technology and airport support technology can be used for the trust. At this point, I would like to develop a tool to understand the airport user's perception of airport IT and to test the theoretical model that investigates the relationship between various types of airport IT, airport users' trust, enjoyment and intention to use IT. In conclusion, this study aims to establish directions and suggestions for how to develop IT services among airport service provision factors.

Information sharing and decision making between airport stakeholders became possible after the introduction of airport cooperative making system (A-CDM). This also resulted in optimizing aircraft handling time and increased the efficiency of aircraft operations. Technological advances have recently led to the development of urban air mobility (UAM) which is a small aircraft taking off and landing vertically. It is emerging as a new air transportation system in the future due to its advantage of saving time and solving congestion problem in the urban area. This study aims to suggest how vertiport cooperative decision making system (V-CDM) should be managed for efficient operation of UAM. By establishing procedure for decision making system based on Vertiport ecosystem of UAM. By establishing procedure for decision making system based on Vertiport ecosystem and UAM aircraft, unnecessary flight delays or cancellations can be minimized and efficiency of UAM operation will be improved as well.

Ground based augmentation system (GBAS) is a next generation radio navigation aids to support precision approach of aircraft. Recently, airports installing GBAS and providing GBAS service are increasing all over the world. For the first time in Korea, SLS-4000 which is the GBAS ground equipment of Honeywell had been installed at Gimpo International Airport in 2013, and evaluated its functionality and performance of through the ground testing. This paper introduces a ground test and evaluation criteria on the CAT-I GBAS system, and describes testing methods for GBAS ground testing of Gimpo International Airport. In addition, detail testing methods and analysis results on major five of 12 ground test items are described.

본고는 건설교통부의 지역특성화사업의 일환으로 진행 중인 "차세대 해안공간확보기술"에 관하여 일반 적인 사항을 설명하고자 한다. 본 과제 "차세대 해안 공간확보기술"는 2005년 06월 30일부터 2010년 07년 29일 까지 진행 예정이다. 과제의 연구를 위하여 주관기관 1개, 협동연구기관 4개, 참여기업 25개로 구성되어 있으며 총 연구비는 약 95억원이다. 2007년 3월 현재 2차년도 연구를 진행 중이다. 본 과제는 해안공간확보를 위하여 방(防) 용(用) 보(保)를 목표로 하고자 한다. 즉, 해안을 방어, 이용, 보전을 대상으로 각각의 세부과제를 분할하였다. 세부과제는 방어에 해당하는 제1세부과제인 해안저지대 방호기술, 이용에 해당하는 제2세부과제 해안매립공간 확보기술과 제3세부과제 해안 레저공간 확보 기술, 보전에 해당하는 제4세부과제 해안유지 및 확보기술로 구성되어 있다. 본 과제는 기술적 목표 외에 기반구축, 기업지원, 정책지원, 지역기여, 연계활동(홍보활동, 국제협력, 창업지원) 등의 의무적 활동을 요구하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구단은 언론을 통한 홍보, 지방정부에 대한 정책자문, 참여자 및 기술자를 대상으로 워크샵, 심포지움을 통한 교육 및 홍보, 일본 공항항만연구소와 방문 세미나개최, 요코하마국립대학 시바야마 연구실과 국제협력을 위한 양해각서 체결, 지역을 중심으로 한 "해안공간학회"설립 등을 목표로 하고 있다.
