University of Ulsan has prepared the Accreditation Program since 1999 and most of the engineering educational programs in College of Engineering have been accredited by ABEEK. This paper provides summarized description of the accreditation system development for engineering education in UOU and also discusses, what is to be considered in order to achieve the continuous improvement of education systems under the Accreditation Program.

We analyzed the relationship based on the complex system between engineering writing in accreditation program and engineering education accreditation system and studied an effective engineering writing education system for engineering education in this paper. By introducing accreditation system, the engineering education system keeps continuously an emergent behavior and builds the new system. In this point of view, this research proposed an situated learning system and introduction of writing portfolio. As a result, we ascertain this proposed way makes up writing skill of students. We think this discussion will be a chance to explore a new writing education system in engineering education.

The purpose of this study is the development of SPMP(Student Portfolio Management Program) to aid performance of student program outcomes related to program educational objectives. SPMP is developed to manage accreditation conditions, student materials, academic results through system database and to provide synthetic data for engineering education through statistical process. There are three functions to construct SPMP. First, the function of student information management is organized on various input data related to academic program, resume, etc. Second, the function of accreditation condition management is identified by the evaluation of program outcomes, subject grades, etc. Third, the function of course work data management is made by the operation of the academic reports and productions. The result of this study is expected to effectively provide constructive directions for continuous management in accreditation of engineering education and to support student portfolio for submission in required application.

한국 광산업이 충분한 여건을 갖추고 있음에도 불구하고 정밀광학에 진입하지 못하는 요인은 우리 광산업이 수요자의 신뢰를 얻지 못하고 있기 때문으로 생각된다. 정밀광학분야에서 수요자의 신뢰를 얻으려면 연구 개발의 단계에서부터 엄밀한 평가와 공신력 있는 인증체계가 도입되어야 한다. 이를 위하여 ISO 9000, 공학인증, 인공위성 개발체계에서 적용되는 인증체계를 통해 살펴본다면 정밀광학기기의 연구개발, 생산, 검사과정이 문서화되고, 공신력 있는 평가가 이루어져야 하며, 평가의 결과가 제품의 성능향상과 공정개선에 활용되는 순환적인 발전체계가 있어야 함을 알 수 있다.

최근 네트워크 기술의 급속한 발전과 함께 사람들은 인터넷을 통해 다양한 서비스를 이용할 수 있다. 이러한 인터넷 환경에서 이용되는 기존 패스워드 기반의 사용자 인증은 패스워드 테이블은 요구하게 되고 패스워드 테이블 노출로 발생할 수 있는 위협들이 존재한다. 원격 사용자 인증 방식은 원격 사용자 인증 방식은 사용자의 패스워드 테이블은 요구하지 않는 인증 방식으로 스마트카드를 이용한 원격 사용자 인증에 대한 다양한 연구들이 진행되었다. 하지만, 스마트카드를 이용한 원격 사용자 인증은 통신상의 위협뿐만이 아니라 스마트카드에 저장된 정보를 통해 패스워드 추측의 위협이 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구는 해시 기반의 검증 값을 이용하여 오프라인 상에서 스마트카드에 대한 패스워드 추측 공격으로부터 안전한 방식을 제안하였다.

SMART Highway는 다수의 차량들이 무선통신을 이용하여 차량 간 통신 또는 차량과 도로의 인프라 장비 사이에서의 통신을 제공하는 차세대 네트워킹 기술로 VANET이 핵심기술이 된다. 이러한 환경에서는 기존의 네트워크와 달리 사람의 생명과 직접적으로 연결되어 있기 때문에 보안이 매우 중요한 핵심사항이 된다. 빠른 속도의 환경속에서 이동하는 차량 간 인증이 원활이 이루어지기 위해서는 기존의 네트워크에서 사용된 인증방식은 그대로 적용시키기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 VANET 통신 환경에서의 보안 위협 분석을 통해 보안 요구사항을 도출하여, 이를 바탕으로 다수의 차량 간 통신 시에 보다 효율적인 차량 인증이 이루어지기 위하여 블룸필터를 사용한 메시지 일괄검증 기법을 사용한다. 이를 통하여 차량이 통신 범위를 벗어나기 전까지 별도의 불필요한 인증메시지 교환을 줄이고, 통신 범위 내에 차량이 존재하지 않을 때에만 새롭게 갱신된 블룸필터를 이용하여 다른 차량과 인증이 이루어지는 효율적 방식을 제안하고자 한다.

VANET에서 빠른 핸드오버를 위한 Fast MIPv6를 사용하는데 있어 Mobile Node이 다음 Access Router로 이동함에 따라 새로운 주소를 생성하고 이전주소를 새로운 주소로 교환하는 과정인 Fast Binding Update가 안전하게 수행하기 위해 핸드오버 인증 프로토콜이 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 핸드오버 인증 프로토콜 중 Kempf가 제안한 SEND기반의 핸드오버 인증 프로토콜이 Sybil 공격 및 DoS 공격에 보안상 취약하므로 생기는 CPU 성능 저하 문제를 인증과정을 수행하기 전에 Access Router의 주소 리스트를 사용하여 완화시키는 방법을 제안한다. 그로 인해 CPU 성능의 효율성을 보장하도록 한다.

데이터 은닉 기술은 디지털 콘텐츠에 기밀 정보를 비가시적으로 삽입하는 기술로서, 소유권 증명, 저작권 보호, 방송 모니터링, 콘텐츠 인증 등의 다양한 목적으로 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 오디오 콘텐츠의 무결성을 인증하고 위조 영역을 탐지하기 위한 가역 워터마킹 기반의 블록 단위의 오디오 콘텐츠 인증 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 기법은 오디오를 작은 크기의 블록으로 나누고 각 블록 단위로 워터마크를 삽입하여 무결성 인증을 수행한다. 또한 차이값 히스토그램 기반 가역 워터마킹 알고리즘을 적용함으로써 높은 품질을 유지하면서도 완전한 원본으로의 복원을 가능케 하였다.

멀티미디어 콘텐츠는 디지털 데이터의 특성상 위 변조 또는 불법유통 등의 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 특히 의료 및 군사, 예술 분야 등 많은 부분에서 멀티미디어 데이터의 보안성이 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기술적 요구에 맞추어 이미지의 무결성을 인증할 수 있는 워터마킹 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 JPEG 이미지 압축 과정에서 추가적인 처리를 통해 이미지에 인증코드를 삽입하고, 디코딩 과정에서 삽입 인증코드 추출 및 비교 인증코드 재생성을 통해 이미지의 원본 여부를 블록 단위로 판단할 수 있다. 제안 알고리즘을 통해 생성된 JPEG 이미지 표준 인코딩 이미지 대비 2.44dB 의 화질 저하를 보였고 1.63%의 압축률 차이를 보였다.

사진, 동영상 또는 3D 프린터로 변조된 얼굴을 이용한 안면인식 보안 우회 사례가 증가하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 얼굴인증 단계인 본인 여부와 Liveness Detection 및 OTP를 통한 다중인증 프레임워크를 구현함으로써 기존 단일인증 대비 더욱 안전한 인증 환경을 기대한다.
