A Novel Arbitrary Notches Generation Converter with Easy Control of Notch Width and Magnitude (노치폭과 크기 제어가 용이한 새로운 방식의 임의 노치 발생 컨버터)

  • In this paper a novel power converter for some notches generation in the point of common coupling is described. The magnitude, width, polarity, and position of the notches generated by the proposed scheme can be varied arbitrary with simple control. The scheme has good features of simple structure, high reliability, low cost, high efficiency, and the capability of arbitrary several notches generation. The converter can be used for the test of custom power devices such as UPS, DVR, active power filter, etc. The circuit operation is described and the usefulness of the scheme is verified through simulations.

Study of CAP Profile Requirement for Emergency Alert System in Korea (공통경보프로토콜을 대한민국 경보시스템에 적용하기 위한 프로파일 요구사항 연구)

  • When a disaster occurs, effective alerts will reduce human life and property loss. The Integrated Emergency Alert System is a national disaster management system which integrates existing alert systems to deliver effective disaster alerts. Alert message exchange protocol is the essential technology for the System. In Korea, the first specification for "Common Alerting Protocol Profile for Integrated Emergency Alert System" was established in 2014. In this paper, we derive two additional requirements for more enhanced alert service and propose revision of the specification: multilingual alert service for foreigners and more flexible representation of target area. We review the associated foreign profile specifications as well as the domestic specifications to analyze these requirements. Finally, we propose the most efficient way to deliver multilingual alert message and to represent target area.

Formal Definition and Consistency Analysis of Feature-Oriented Product Line Analysis Model (특성 지향의 제품계열분석 모델의 정형적 정의와 일관성 분석)

  • Product line analysis is an activity for analyzing requirements, their relationships, and constraints in a product line before engineering product line assets (e.g., architectures and components). A feature-oriented commonality and variability analysis (called feature modeling) has been considered an essential part of product line analysis. Commonality and variability analysis, although critical, is not sufficient to develop reusable and adaptable product line assets. Dependencies among features and feature binding time also have significant influences on the design of product line assets. In this paper. we propose a feature-oriented product line analysis model that extends the existing feature model in terms of three aspects (i.e., feature commonality and variability, feature dependency, and feature binding time). To validate the consistency among the three aspects we formally define the feature-oriented product line analysis model and provide rules for checking consistency.

A Study of Survivable Alternate Routing Algorithm (생존성있는 대체 경로 라우팅 알고리즘 연구)

  • We study an degree of alternativeness and a survivability of alternate routing algorithm in mobile ad-hoc tactical communication networks. The common channel signaling scheme is used and flood search routing algorithm is used for analysis. We also study a connectivity performance for flood search routing, restricted flooding and hybrid routing. From the results we expect low blocking probabilities with alternate routing and the conventional flood search routing shows better connectivity performance which results in high survivability.

  • 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 개발이 소프트웨어 복잡성, 비용, 그리고 품질을 해결하기 위한 새로운 대안으로 소개되고 있다. COM, Enterprise JavaBeans, CORBA 컴포넌트 모델등과 같은 다양한 컴포넌트 아키텍쳐들이 소개되고 있으며 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 개발 방법론과 여러 CASE 도구들이 이를 지원하고 있다.[1,2,3,4]. 그러나 현재 컴포넌트를 구현할 수 있는 기술은 제시되어 있지만 컴포넌트를 모델링하는 기법들에 대한 연구는 미약한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 도메인 분석에서 공통성과 가변성 추출 및 클러스터링 기법을 이용한 컴포넌트를 분석하는 기법을 제시한다. 즉 컴포넌트 추출 기법, 컴포넌트의 핫스팟(또는 가변성)표현 기법, 컴포넌트 요구사항 정의 기법 등을 제시한다. 컴포넌트 개발에 있어서 이러한 모델링 기법을 적용함으로써 컴포넌트를 효율적으로 개발할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 재사용성이 높은 고품질의 컴포넌트 개발을 지원할 수 있다.

  • We presented a method for extracting the base resistance r/sun bb/ based on analysis of the equivalent noise circuit for common collector. Measurements were conducted on devices with poly-emitter structure fabricated by BiCMOS process. Base resistance measurements have been performed for different base currents and structure. For low base current it is shown that the experimental data agree with theoretical expectations.

  • This research examines the philosophy of Toegye and Spinoza in the postneo-Confucian and post-modern perspective in emphasizing the activity of Ri(理) and reason beyond the similarities of system in their thought. There is no disagreement in viewing Toegye and Spinoza as balanced opposites in their attempts to harmonize man and nature. In this discussion, I will infer the similarities of Toegye and Spinoza in terms of an 'activity-passivity' thesis.

  • 본 논문은 평면 변압기에서 발생하는 공통모드 노이즈를 제거하기 위해 새로운 회로 구조 및 변압기의 와인딩 레이아웃을 제안한다. 제안하는 컨버터는 1차측의 병렬구조로 인하여 풀-브리지와 같은 구조를 갖고 있고, 높은 파워의 어플리케이션에 적합하게 사용되어질 수 있다. 2개의 하프-브리지 LLC 공진형 컨버터 변압기의 1차측은 한쪽 끝이 정전압 전위를 갖도록 연결되어 있다. 이에 따라 같은 dv/dt 특성을 갖는 1차측과 2차측 와인딩이 존재하게 되고, 이러한 와인딩을 인접하게 배치하는 구조를 통해 변압기에서 발생하는 공통모드 노이즈를 크게 줄일 수 있다. 최종적으로 EMI 필터의 크기를 크게 줄일 수 있고, 높은 전력밀도를 달성할 수 있다.

Isolated Word Recognition Using k-clustering Subspace Method and Discriminant Common Vector (k-clustering 부공간 기법과 판별 공통벡터를 이용한 고립단어 인식)

  • In this paper, I recognized Korean isolated words using CVEM which is suggested by M. Bilginer et al. CVEM is an algorithm which is easy to extract the common properties from training voice signals and also doesn't need complex calculation. In addition CVEM shows high accuracy in recognition results. But, CVEM has couple of problems which are impossible to use for many training voices and no discriminant information among extracted common vectors. To get the optimal common vectors from certain voice classes, various voices should be used for training. But CVEM is impossible to get continuous high accuracy in recognition because CVEM has a limitation to use many training voices and the absence of discriminant information among common vectors can be the source of critical errors. To solve above problems and improve recognition rate, k-clustering subspace method and DCVEM suggested. And did various experiments using voice signal database made by ETRI to prove the validity of suggested methods. The result of experiments shows improvements in performance. And with proposed methods, all the CVEM problems can be solved with out calculation problem.
