Purpose: We have analyzed the transmittance distribution of the ocular lens using local transmittance microscope to investigate the optical homogeneity of the lens. Methods: The transmittance of the laser which is focused on the surface of the ocular lens was measured by using the photo-detector and lock-in amplifier and analyzed. Multi-coated, uncoated, and progressive lenses were analyzed. Results: In the measurement of the progressive lens and a physical stimulated lens, local transmittance microscopy analysis showed a high degree of match with the measurement results through the optical microscope. In addition, the average value of the transmittance is reduced and the standard deviation was increased in the presence of optical defects. In unstimulated lens, there are a large impact on transmittance whether the anti-reflective coating is presence or absence in both the local transmittance microscopy and general transmittance analysis. Conclusions: The distribution of the transmittance measured by local transmission microscopy were changed when the various stimulus is applied to the lenses. These analyzes by local transmission microscopy can be utilized as a way to evaluate or determine the uniformity of the coating film or lens.

2007년 본격적으로 시장에 출시된 터치폰은 시장의 관심을 받으며, 휴대전화의 한 영역으로 자리매김하였다. 전세계 휴대전화 시장에서 터치폰이 차지하는 비중은 급속도로 증가하고 있다. 삼성전자는 시장에 후발주자로서 터치폰 시장에 진입하였음에도 불구하고, 2009년 3분기 기준 전세계 터치폰 시장의 23.9% 점유율을 차지하며 1위를 차지하고 있다.터치폰에서의 선전으로 삼성전자는 전세계 휴대전화 판매량의 20.3%를 달성하며 2위 자리를 확고히 하고 있다. 이러한 상승 추세는 지속될 것으로 보이며, 터치폰에서의 성공에는 TouchWiz UX가 중심에 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 세션에서는 TouchWiz UX를 통한 삼성 터치폰의 성공 전략에 대해 소개하고자한다. 우선 TouchWiz UX가 탄생할 수 있었던 배경으로서 당사의 디자인 철학이자 UX 다지인 철학을 간단하게 소개한다. "Creating Emotional Journey"라는 슬로건 아래 "Desire", "Intrigue", "Delight"라는 핵심철학을 공유하고 있다. 다음으로 TouchWiz UX를 성공 시킬 수 있었던 UX 추진 전략을 "Good UX 전략", "브랜드화 전략", "진화 전략", "확산 전략" 으로 나누어 소개한다. 첫째, Good UX 전략에서는 "Simple", "Robust", "Reliable"의 3대 원칙하에 사용성이 높고 감성을 자극하는 UX를 만들기위해 노력하였다. 둘째, 브랜드화 전략에서는 UX를 마케팅에 적극적으로 활용하여 TouchWiz라는 UX 브랜드를 탄생시켰다. 셋째, 진화 전략에서는 TouchWiz 1.0에서 2.0으로 진화하는 과정에서 핵심적인 부분은 유지하면서 발전시켜 나가는 전략을 선택하였다. 넷째, 확산 전략에서는 TouchWiz UX가 각기 다른 OS, Platform, 사업자에 따라 공통화, 차별화를 병행하여 확산하였다. 마지막으로, 내년에 소개될 TouchWiz 3.0에 대해 전략과 키워드를 간단히 소개한다.

This study looks at common features between the two media to explore the deepening relationship within music and images in movies and finds at how they are combined each other and the resulting effects. Beyond the limitations of conventional viewpoints of music as video-dependent media, The is analyzed to focus on the deepening relationship between the two media. In the movie, music and video were combined by sharing the same attributes of 'repeating structure', which increases the transmission power to the film's subject and story, maximizes visual and auditory stimuli, and forms a sense of immersion. That is, video and music combined in equal positions have great influence to each other, thus representing for a positive consideration of the potential for establishing interdependent relationships.

This study was proposed as an exploratory study for understanding the biological bases and structures of three personality models: Eysenck's PEN model, Gray's BIS/BAS model, and Costa & McCrae's Five Factor Model, which was chosen as the major descriptive model regardless of its biological bases. Besides, Eysenck's impulsivity scale, IVE, was added to demonstrate the relationship of P and impulsivity. Concerning personality, most previous reports have explored the relationships between P300 and the introversion-extraversion of Eysenck's theory because of its putative biological bases. In the present study, forty-eight undergraduate took four personality batteries (ERQ-R, NEO-Pl-R, BIS/BAS, and IVE). Two types of oddball tasks including different stimulus duration were used to induce ERPs (50ms for task 1, 300ms for task 2). Distributional topographies of correlation coefficients with personality traits and ERP components were drawn, and considered for the consistent interpretation of the personality model structures. Even though all equivalences for extraversion of personality batteries showed similarities for their intra-correlation, their correlations with P3 amplitudes were dissociate. Eysenck's E might not be the proper psychometric measure for elucidating its biological bases. The present study supported the negative relationship of P3 amplitude and extraversion, which is the consensus of previous studies. Neuroticism and Psychoticism showed correlations with the earlier sensory processing components such as N1 and P2. This result might explain the reason why most of studies have failed to find biological connections relating them. Interaction between gender and personality traits should be considered for the interpretation of correlations. Two types of auditory stimulus duration had different sensitivity to personality traits.

The aim of this study is to distinguish children with high-functioning autism spectrum disorder (ASD) from the norm group by identifying their Intelligence with Korean Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Fourth Edition (K-WISC-IV) profile analysis. The article were administered to 90 children with high-functioning ASD (6-16) years and has surveyed the average of the Full scale IQ, index scores, and subtest scores of K-WISC-IV. Also, this study has conducted a single-subject T-test in order to verify whether Full scale IQ, index scores, subtest scores are different from those of the norm group. The results show that children with high-functioning ASD achieved significantly lower scores on Processing Speed Index, compared to the norm group. Furthermore, their scores in Comprehension, Picture Concept, Picture completion, Coding, and Symbol Search were significantly lower than those of the norm group. It is likely that what have turned out to be the cognitive weaknesses of high-functioning ASD children by K-WISC-IV analysis, including slow process speed, low social judgement, and difficulty in visual stimuli in everyday life are interrelated to their unique characters.

본 연구는 조선시대 남자 포제(포제에 나타난 복식이미지의 구성요인을 밝히고 남자포제 유형별(철릭, 답호, 직령, 도포, 창의, 주의), 시기별(전기, 중기, 후기) 복식이미지를 알아봄으로서 조선시대 남자포제가 가진 복식이미지를 밝혀 현대 전통복식 디자인에 응용될 수 있는 기초적인 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 의복 자극물은 남자 평상복을 중심으로 하여 조선초기(1477년∼1543년)의 남자 포제로는 철릭, 답호, 직령 3점과 조선중기(18세기)는 도포, 창의 2점, 조선후기(17세기 후기∼20세기 초)는 주의 1점으로 하였고, 당 시대의 정화한 복식이미지를 살펴보기 위해 유물을 복원 제작하여 사용하였다. 이것을 모델에게 착장시켜 슬라이드로 제작한 후 자극물로 제시하였다. 의미지분척도외 구성은 자유언어연상법으로 형용사를 수집하여 23쌍의 형용사쌍을 구성하였다. 패널단은 대학생 남·여 총 600명으로 하였고 자료분석은 SAS을 이용하여 요인분석 분산분석 등을 사용하였다. 1. 조선시대 남자 포제의 요인구조는 품위성 요인(25.2%), 활동성 요인(l4.2%), 관할성 요인(37.9%), 현시성 요인(6.7%), 경연성 요인(5.7%)으로 구성되었으며, 이들 5개 요인의 전체변량 62.7% 중에서 품위성 요인, 활동성 요인, 관할성 요인이 전체변량의 50%를 넘어서 이 세 요인이 남자 포제에서 기본적으로 느껴지는 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있다. 2. 조선시대 남자 포제 유형별 복식이미지의 차이를 알아본 결과, 철릭은 가장 부자연스러운, 주름있는, 곡선적인, 부드러운, 특이한 이미지의 포제로 나타났으며, 답호는 가장 절제된, 직선적인 딱딱한, 특이한 이미지로, 직령은 가장 비활동적인, 답답한, 전통적인 이미지로 도포는 가장 품위있는. 관할한 이미지로 창의는 다른 포제에 비해 평범한, 단순한, 이미지로 주의는 가장 품위 없는, 일상적인, 활동적인, 단순한, 순수한 이미지의 포제로 평가되었다. 모든 남자포제가 전통적, 순수한 이미지의 포제로, 철릭을 제외한 모든 포제가 단순한 이미지로 나타나 조선시대 남자 포제가 공통적으로 가지는 이미지는 단순하고 순수한 이미지를 가지고 있음을 알 수 있다. 3. 남자 포제의 시기별 복식이미지에서는 조선전기(철릭, 답호, 직령)의 포제는 관할성 요인이 높은 의례적인, 관할한, 특이한 이미지로 평가되었고 조선중기(도포, 창의)의 포제는 품위있는, 절제된, 풍성한 이미지로 평가되었으며, 조선후기(주의)의 포제는 활동적인, 단순한, 직선적인 이미지로 나타났다. 따라서 시대별 남자 포제의 이미지는 시대적 여건과 상황에 따라 변화되어 왔으며, 시대에 따라 추구하는 이미지가 달랐다는 것을 알 수 있다.

This study was conducted to test the efficacy of plum (Prunus mume) and red ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A Meyer) marc as stress inhibitors under heat stress and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) challenge in broilers by investigating their effects on blood biochemical parameters, immunoglobulin concentration and splenic cytokine mRNA expressions. A total of one hundred ninety-two 1-d-old male broiler chicks (Ross 308) were divided into 2 stress conditions (heat and LPS) experiments. Each experiment was divided into 4 treatment groups with 8 replicates of 3 birds in each group. NC (negative control, no immune substances), PC (positive control, 25 ppm ${\beta}$-glucan), PM (1% plum marc) and RGM (3% red ginseng marc) treatments were administered with respective substance through water supplementation. During heat stress, The Ca/Mg ratio in PM and RGM was significantly decreased in comparison with that of NC (P<0.05). The immunoglobulin M was significantly lower in PM than in NC (P<0.05). Expression patterns of splenic cytokine mRNAs (IL-1, IL-2 and IL-6) were similar over the treatment. Expression rates of IL-1 and IL-2 in PM were significantly decreased in comparison with NC. Also, expression rates of IL-1, IL-2 and IL-6 were significantly lower in RGM than in NC (P<0.05). In conclusion, the dietary supplementation of plum and red ginseng marc improved coping ability to heat stress by preventing Ca/Mg ratio increment and by inhibiting inflammatory response in broiler chicks. However, it is necessary to determine optimal dietary level of red ginseng marc for improving growth performances in broiler chickens. These results suggest the possibility that plum and red ginseng marc could be used as the stress inhibitor under heat stress and inflammatory response in broiler chicks.

According to the findings of the study, the music composition of the mask play is deeply related to the main characteristics of the scene. The first scene of the play starts with the Byeoksa dance. This particular dance part represents the evil spirit expel ritual. The instrumental accompaniment like and are played for the dance. The last part of the play starts with the Halmi and Yeonggam scene. This scene is played in both the instrumental and vocal music. For the instrumental part , for the vocal part and songs are played. and songs are played on the part of the Halmi's funeral ceremony scene. The instrumental and are played in various scenes for the accompaniment of the dance part. The musical structure of the mask play is flexible. This kind of flexibility of scene structure mainly concerned with the way of musical composition. The main structure of the mask play can be classified into two main styles according to the allocation of the vocal music. In first style, the vocal music is evenly dispersed. In second style, the vocal parts are concentrated in the rear section. As I mentioned earlier, no logical association is found in the matter of the scene arrangement. A scene arrangement has a deep connection with the arrangement of the music in each scene. In conclusion, the mixed arrangement of the scene in mask play is mainly concerned with the matter of the music arrangement in order to maintain the tension of the drama.
