The government seismic retrofit project for educational facilities is progressing more actively due to the 2018 Pohang earthquake. It is most important that seismic retrofit constructions are conformed to seismic design to achieve the desired purpose of the project as reduce direct damage caused by earthquake. However, the construction supervision system is not mandatory for the retrofit construction site of small buildings including school buildings according to applicable laws and regulations. The purpose of this study was to develop a guide for constructions management of school building seismic retrofit. In order to achieve this goal, the survey on the construction site was conducted and various problems related to the construction site of school building seismic retrofit was derived Additionally, the systematic checklist was presented according to the user and seismic reinforcement method.

우리나라 농촌에 있어서 가장 심각한 문제는 젊은 층의 이농현상으로 인해 농촌을 지키는 사람들이 많지 않다는 것이다. 그러나 이런 상황을 유도해 내는 것은 역시 제대로 정착되지 못한 농민 복지의 실태가 아닐까 생각한다. 이러한 여건 속에서, 농민의 건강과 복지를 위해 일하는 곳이 바로 농협중앙회이다. 농협에서는 지난 '86년부터 농민 건강증진을 위한 공제계약자 건강검사를 실시해 농민들로부터 많은 호응을 얻고 있다. 이외에도 농민을 위한 장학사업, 휴양시설 운영 등 다양한 복지사업을 하고 있는 농협의, 전북도지회를 찾아가 이들의 검사사업 현황과 농민들의 반응을 들어봤다.

The Construction Workers Mutual Aid Association is carrying out a number of strategic tasks with the goal of "contributing to improving employment and stabilizing the return of workers to construction workers through employment welfare and retirement deduction services." One of them is the retirement deduction system. The retirement allowance system is a system for the retirement income and livelihood security of construction workers who are not adequately protected by the Labor Standards Act, such as retirement allowances due to the nature of day labor. The Construction Workers Mutual Aid Association has promoted the introduction of electronic manpower management. For the efficient management of the pilot sites and the plans for the future, comprehensive evaluation of the pilot sites as well as the evaluation of the status and operation results of each pilot project site are needed. Therefore, in this study, we will develop performance indicators to evaluate the current state of electronic manpower pilot projects and analyze the actual situation of pilot project sites through actual application, and try to derive future implementation strategies.
