본 연구자는 우주의 자연원리 가운데서 지구의 자전은 어떠한 힘에 의하여 자전을 하게 되는지? 지구공전은 기존에 알고 있는 태양을 중심으로 공전을 하고 있다는 개념은 공전하는 이치에 맞지 않는 점을 발견하고 새로운 공전원리를 제시하고자 한다. 우주 공간의 여러 현상들 중에서 지구의 자전과 공전운동에 관해 살펴보면 그 요인으로는 운동을 할 수 있는 지구, 지구를 둘러싸고 있는 대기, 지구를 비쳐주는 태양광선이 있다. 이 세 가지 자연현상이 지구 운동의 핵심요소라는 것을 알았다. 태양광선은 지구에 열을 가해주는 역할을 하고 대기는 이 열을 받아서 변화를 일어나게 하여 운동을 한다고 생각한다. 본 연구자의 소견으로 내린 결론의 기저는 ‘대기가 태양열에 의한 팽창과 수축이 대기의 상승기류와 하강기류로 변하여 이 기류의 이동에 따른 마찰력과 압력의 차이가 생겨서 지구가 자전하면서 공전한다고 생각한다.’ 따라서 지구공전운동은 태양을 중심으로 하지 않는다는 점과 지구는 원근법칙(遠近法則)에 의하여 공전을 한다는 점으로 설명할 수 있다.

Algo1형의 준분리 식쌍성 가운데 공전주기가 변하는 20여개의 식쌍성들을 택하여 이 식쌍성들의 공전주기 변화량을 결정하였다. 검출된 주기 변화량과 이 별들의 물리량과의 상관관계-즉, 공전주기와공전주기 변화량,주기변화량과 질량비 주기 변화량과 주성과 반성의 온도차, 그리고 변화량과 총 각운동량의 관계등을 조사하였다. 이러한 조사에서 식쌍성의 공전주기 변화가 이러한 별의 물리량과 상호 상관 관계를 보인다며, Algo1형 식쌍성의 진화를 설명할 수 있는 또 다른 자료를 제공하게 될 것이다.

This study is to find out experiments of Earth's revolution and which experiment is effective by school level. Researcher investigated and developed eight experiments for students to learn Earth's revolution. Twenty six pre-service teachers did these experiments, discuss about them, chose an effective experiment of Earth's revolution and wrote the reason why. As a result, they thought that an experiment of seasonal constellations is effective for elementary school students, an experiment of seasonal star's spectrum is effective for secondary school students and an experiment of the superior planets' retrograde motion is effective for university students. Pre-service teachers gave reasons such as hands-on experience, connection with textbooks, background knowledge and higher-level thinking.

This article deals with the current rules of law of air warfare and its surrounding issues on precautionary action by a military aircraft at air-to-air operation in international armed conflict. However there is no separate and independent legal system to regulate warfare in aerospace in the current system of law of war (or law of armed conflict). In other words, law of air warfare does not exist in a form of a separate treaty. Air warfare has been regulated by international customary law and the relevant provisions in different Conventions, including 1949 four Geneva Conventions and two Additional Protocols, which mainly regulate land and naval warfare. And this makes difficult to make clear a legal term or legal tests on an issue concerned with law of air warfare, which concludes from time to time a dispute on interpretation and implementation of law of air warfare between states. Therefore, this article refers various materials (including 1949 Geneva Conventions and Additional Protocols, San Remo Manual, Harvard Manual, and ICAO Manual on Interception of Civilian Aircraft) for the purpose of defining the current and desirable legal test on precautionary action by military aircraft. In addition to the main purpose of this article, this article tried to show a characteristic of developing mechanism of law of air Warfare taking into account interactions between international air law and law of air warfare.

본고에서는 전용회선서비스 규제완화의 일부인 공전접속의 개방이 가져올 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음의 세가지로 대별된다. 첫째, 공전접속 개방으로 인한 공중망 부문의 영향으로, 공중전화망의 통화량의 유출과 통화료 수익의 감소를 추정하였다. 둘째, 전용망 부문의 영향으로, 신규가입에 의한 전용요금 수익의 증가를 추정하였고 마지막으로 공중망 부문의 통화료 감소를 보전하기 위해 설정하게 될 접속부가료에 대해 적정 접속부가료 수준과 규모를 추정하였다.

Electronic records are generated not only in public sector but also in private sector. Records will be used across the public-private boundary. The Certified e-Document Authorities(CeDAs) may keep electronic documents in private sector for preservation and evidence, like the official Record Management Systems for Public sector. A CeDA is the Trusted Third Party (TTP) as a business to be entrusted and proof interchanging documents between parties. This CeDA system could be sustainable only if the CeDA earn the enough sales through enough uses. And yet, all the eight CeDA companies have not had enough users. How to utilize CeDAs is one of the hot issues in this area. In this paper, We analyze the threat to trustworthiness of CeDA due to payment of only one party among others, and describe the difficulty in use of CeDA for an individual user. These things make CeDAs cannot have enough users. To do address these, We expand the boundary of relevant parties for a document, present a delegate-establishing option under a joint name, show the needs of identifying and notifying minimum relevant parties, and suggest the proxy parties to help the individual users.
