6, 7세대 TFT-LCD 공장의 노광기 진동 저감 대책에 관한 연구

  • TFT-LCD 모니터 및 TV의 핵심부품인 TFT/Color Filter를 제조하는 공장라인에서 제품의 품질에 중요한 역할을 하는 것은 유리기판에 TFT와 Color Filter을 형성시키는 노광공정(Exposure)이다. 이러한 TFT/Color Filter를 생산하는 공정내에서 노광기는 핵심기술이므로 진동에 대하여 엄격하게 관리되어지고 있다. 그리고, TV 및 TFT-LCD 모니터의 크기가 큰 것을 사용자의 요구로 TFT/Color Filter 생산 공장은 세대가 거듭될수록 사용되어지는 유리기판의 크기도 따라서 커지고 있다. 이러한 유리기판의 크기 증가는 공정라인에서 진동에 더욱더 취약해지는 결과를 초래하므로 보다 엄격하게 진동관리가 필요하게 된다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 기존 세대인 1~5세대 TFT-LCD 공장 현장에서 노광기의 진동실태를 수집하여 파악하고 Maker에서 제시하는 자료와 비교/평가하고, 문제점을 확인한다. 이를 기초로 수정/보완되어야 할 사항을 검토하며, 차세대인 6∼7세대 노광기에 대한 진동저감 대책을 위한 시스템을 설계하는 절차서에 대한 예를 들었으며, 최적의 진동저감 대책에 대한 설계안의 방향을 제시하였다.

  • The adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) based automatic control system framework was proposed for integrated environment management of ubiquitous plant factory which can collect information of crop cultivation environment and monitor it in real-time by using various environment sensors. Installed wireless sensor nodes, based on the sensor network, collect the growing condition's information such as temperature, humidity, $CO_2$, and the control system is to monitor the control devices by using ANFIS. The proposed automatic control system provides that users can control all equipments installed on the plant factory directly or remotely and the equipments can be controlled automatically when the measured values such as temperature, humidity, $CO_2$, and illuminance deviated from the decent criteria. In addition, the better quality of the agricultural products can be gained through the proposed automatic control system for plant factory.

  • The purpose of this paper is to explore ways in the construction of Apartment-type factories in the public sector. Recently the markets of Apartment-type factories are driven by the private sector as high quality, high price and supply of in the form of office, these construction trends are different from the original aim of introduce policy of Apartment-type factories which supply production spaces in the city to small capital enterprises. We analyzed the architectural characteristics of Apartment-type factories in Korea, the prospect of their future construction trends and the survey results targeted to small enterprises. In the results of this survey, we grope for the direction for construct Apartment-type factories in the public sector. The Apartment-type factories constructed by the public sector are appropriate supply for manufacturing plants and sale rather than lease form to complement the private market. To optimize economically and functionally for manufacturing activities, the design space in the internal and external spaces is required in order to supply more affordable. Route design, especially considering parking, unloading and warehousing of merchandise, and logistics should be differentiated from the Apartment-type Factories constructed by private sector.

  • 배합사료공장(配合飼料工場)의 생산규모(生産規模) 및 생산사료종류별(生産飼料種類別) 소요(所要) 투자(投資) 자본(資本)을 추정(推定)할 수 있는 모델을 개발(開發)하였다. 켄사스 주립대학교(Park, 1982)에서 개발(開發)된 배합사료공장(配合飼料工場)의 설계(設計) 모델을 이용(利用)하여 기계(機械) 및 비품(備品)값, 설치비용(設置費用), 건축비용(建築費用), 전기기구(電氣器具) 및 전기시설비(電氣施設費) 등을 관련업체의 도움을 얻어 분석(分析)하였으며, 모델에 적용(適用)된 공장(工場)의 규모(規模)는 10 ton/hr에서 40 ton/hr이고, 공장대상(工場對象)은 양돈(養豚) 및 양계용(養鷄用) 사료공장(飼料工場)(1일 8시간 작업(作業), 1일 16시간 작업(作業)과 유우용(乳牛用) 펠릿 사료공장(飼料工場)(1일 8시간 작업(作業))이었다.

Considerations in the early stage of Designing the Unit Modular Building (유닛모듈러 건축물의 설계 초기 단계에서의 고려 사항)

  • With the recent changes in building environments such as low-carbon green growth, there have been increasing demands for the new building system that is eco-friendly and can maximize efficiency such as the unit modular system. For the unit modular system, more than 80% of the whole process is carried out in the factory while in the field, mostly unit module assembling and finish work are done. Thus, the quality at the pre-construction stage when design and manufacturing are done determines the quality of the building as a whole. In the country, the unit modular method was first applied in 2003 to school buildings and has gradually expanded afterwards, but due to the lack of examples and related information as well as the small scale of modular manufacturers, its characteristics have not been sufficiently reflected in design, manufacturing and field constructions. This study, as an attempt to improve the design quality of unit modular buildings, points to the problem in manufacturing and field construction, compares and analyzes its causes, and suggests major points to be considered in the early stage of designing the unit modular buildings.

  • 컴퓨터 기술의 급격한 발전은 현실세계의 각종 현장을 컴퓨터 가상공간 내에서 시험할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 최근들어급격한 발전이 이루어지고 있는 가상현실(Virtual Reality) 기술과 인간의 감성을 중시한 감성공학적 접근방법 론의 활용은 그 적용범위가 점차 확대되어 가고 있는 상황으로, 제조기업에서 사용되고 있는 통합생산 정보시스템 (Computer Integrated Manufacturing)과의 접목으로 가상공장(Virtual Factory) 시스템을 구현할 수가 있다. 가상공장시스 템은 제조기업의 Businiss를 Design & Engineering, Production Planning & Control, Manufacturing의 3가지 프로세스로 분류한다. 그리고 각 프로세스별로 현재의 CIM시스템에 대한 하부시스템을 검토하고, 인간 중심의 가상기업시스템을 구현 하는데 보완이 되어야 할 사항과 이에 대한 해결 대안으로 Design & Engineering Process에서는 Virtual Engineering(VE) Sub-system, Manufacturing Process에서는 Virtual Manufacturing(VM) Sub-system으로 분류하여 각 Sub-system별 구성모듈을 설계하고 상호간의 Interface 사항을 설계하므로서 가상공장시스템 구현을 위한 기본 요구사항과 조건을 제시하고자 한다.

  • In a petrochemical complex, large amount of hydrogen is produced as a by-product and used as a fuel in petrochemical and oil refinery plants. By recycling this byproduct hydrogen as a raw material, the value of hydrogen can be greatly improved. This paper proposes a design methodology for optimal hydrogen recycle network between plants in petrochemical complex by analyzing the hydrogen pinch, required cost and constraints.

  • The periodic square wave (PSW) model was successfully applied to the optimal design of a batch-storage network. The network structure can cover any type of batch production, distribution and inventory system, including recycle streams. Here we extend the coverage of the PSW model to multitasking semi-continuous processes as well as pure continuous and batch processes. In previous solutions obtained using the PSW model, the feedstock composition and product yield were treated as known constants. This constraint is relaxed in the present work, which treats the feedstock composition and product yield as free variables to be optimized. This modification makes it possible to deal with the pooling problem commonly encountered in oil refinery processes. Despite the greater complexity that arises when the feedstock composition and product yield are free variables, the PSW model still gives analytic lot sizing equations. The ability of the proposed method to determine the optimal plant design is demonstrated through the example of a high density polyethylene (HDPE) plant. Based on the analytical optimality results, we propose a practical process optimality measure that can be used for any kind of process. This measure facilitates direct comparison of the performance of multiple processes, and hence is a useful tool for diagnosing the status of process systems. The result that the cost of a process is proportional to the square root of average flow rate is similar to the well-known six-tenths factor rule in plant design.

  • Manufacturing execution system is a factory information system that handles production-related quality data as well as executes production plans of process unit for all resources in the production process on site. As the 4th industrial revolution, which maximizes an automation and connectivity with artificial intelligence, has become a hot topic, manufacturers are showing interest in building a smart factories, but enormous construction costs and unstandardized production processes are obstacles to smart factory construction. Therefore, this paper designs and implements a manufacturing execution system for building a smart factory in a deterioration factory. we propose a Web-based manufacturing execution system aiming at a smart factory at the basic level for steel wire processing. The proposed system will smoothly support interworking with the existing ERP system using REST APIs, and will consider extensibility so that it can be used in various devices and browsers. We will show practicality by implementing the proposed WoT-based manufacturing execution system.

A Smoke Management System Design For Semiconductor Fabrication Facilities (반도체 공장의 제연설계)

  • A performance-based design of smoke management systems for semiconductor fabrication facilities is described in this paper. The example of one such facility is discussed. Performance criteria for smoke control systems were established, effective smoke removal system features were identified and optimal system exhaust capacity requirements were developed by applying engineering tools including Fire Dynamic Simulator model. Considering the fact that the absence of relevant design guide, codes for consensus standards for semiconductor smoke design in Korea and United States this performance based approach can and should be applied to other fabrication facilities designs.
