공동주의는 사회적 개체간의 지각적 경험을 공유하는 상호작용과정으로, 최근 인간-로봇 상호작용연구와 관련해서 로봇 공학자의 관심이 커지고 있다. 발달심리학에 기초한 기존의 developmental robotics의 접근과는 달리, 본 연구에서는 사전단서 패러다임을 이용해서 목표물, 단서, 주의반응 간의 삼자관계를 수학적으로 개념화하였다. 간단한 목표물 탐사과제를 통해서 계산모형의 수행을 검증하였다. 연구결과에서는 컴퓨터 시스템의 시각적 주의 모형이 사용자가 지시하는 단서(손가락 지시)의해 목표물(이온음료)을 주의를 할당하는 것을 보였다. 본 연구는 심리학에서 연구된 사전단서 패러다임을 인간-로봇 상호작용에 적용될 수 있음을 보여준다.

Based on the hyper-connectivity of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the paradigm shifts to the sharing economy. Didichuxing has already dominated the platform and is expanding its service to the TaaS 3.0 mobility industry. This paper aimed to suggest the direction of the domestic car-sharing industry and service improvement plan by analyzing Didichuxing. Korea is being cut off from the car-sharing industry, due to conflicts with existing industries and high regulations. It is necessary to balance the protection of existing industries and fostering new industries in the direction of negative regulations. In the future, it is also necessary to study how various fields of the sharing economy will convergence and develop.

This study suggests a way to implement shared economic model of educational service in service era. As most shared economic models are innovating high-cost, low-quality structures in existing economies, there is a need for innovation models that improve high-cost low-quality structures to high-quality, low-cost structures in education services. Especially, since higher education and lifelong education are in urgent need of innovation, this study studied shared university model focused on higher education and lifelong education. In order to provide educational services at low cost and high quality, it is necessary to use idle resources, so it is necessary to introduce a shared economic model. Shared universities require a more efficient and effective supplier quality control, as the existing limited supplier group become widespread. Normative quality control is also needed to cultivate students as competent talent. In addition, in order to provide high-quality higher education services at a low cost, it is necessary to base the process quality management using advanced science and technology. Therefore, educational service quality management is a process of quality control that is well-balanced in terms of suppliers, customers, and processes.

새로운 경영 패러다잉의 전환과 지식경제시대에 도래하고 있는 현재, 기업들은 기업의 생존을 위한 경영방식의 일환으로 지식경영을 도입하고 있다. 지식경영은 지식의 창조, 공유 및 활용을 포함한 개념으로서, 지식의 효율적인 공유 및 활용을 위해 지식경영을 응용한 지식관리시스템이 활발히 도입 중에 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 지식관리시스템의 도입현황(배경, 도입내용, 효과)의 사례률 비교, 분석하여 도입관련 시사점을 제시한다. 지식관리시스템의 배경은 지식공유를 통하여 핵심역량을 강화하고, 경영목표를 달성하기 위해 지식을 통합, 광리할 필요성으로 도입하였고, 도입 내용은 조직의 산재된 지식을 통합, 분류하여 지식데이터베이스를 구촉하였고 지식경영 중심의 기업문화률 이루고, 평가와 보상 체제를 구축하였다. 지식관리시스템의 도입 효과는 지식이 차별화 된 경쟁도구로 인식되면서, 개인의 지식이 조직의 지식으로 전환되면서 지식의 자본화가 이루어졌고, 조직구성원들의 업무효율성 또한 증대되었다. 사례분석결과 성공적인 지식경영을 위해, 지식경영을 위한 가치관 및 기업문화를 정착하고 기업특성에 맞는 방식을 고안해 지식경영을 실천하고, 파일럿 프로젝트를 실행한 후 단계적으로 확산해야한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 전략적, 문화적, 조직적, 기술적 측면의 구체적인 시사점이 제시되었다.

저렴한 비용으로 기존의 클라이언트 서버 시스템을 대체할 수 있는 P2P 시스템에서 서로 공유하고자 하는 파일의 리스트를 얼마나 빠르고 효과적으로 검색하느냐는 시스템 성능을 좌우하는 중요한 항목 중 하나이다. 그러나 기존의 P2P 시스템에서의 검색 기법들은 목적 파일들에 대한 검색 시간의 단축과 키워드 검색이라는 두 가지 설계 목표 중 어느 한 쪽에만 치중하여 설계됨으로써 종합적인 검색 기능이 요구되는 실제 시스템에 적용되기에는 매우 불완전하다. 본 논문에서는 P2P 시스템에 참여하여 파일을 공유하고자 하는 노드들의 모든 공유파일 목록을 하나의 전역 디렉토리로 구성하고 이를 이진 값의 순서대로 저장함으로써 높은 검색 속도로 키워드 검색 기능을 제공하는 다중 노드 전역 디렉토리 기반 색인 순차 검색 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 높은 겅색 속도와 키워드 검색을 지원함으로써 P2P 시스템의 검색 속도 성능 개선과 사용자 편의성을 제공한다.

본 작품은 학생들이 만든 캡스톤디자인 작품이다. 본 작품의 기획의도는 특정한 형식에 구애받지 않고 자신만의 생각을 텍스트뿐만 아니라 여기에 사진과 동영상 등의 다양한 멀티미디어를 함께 첨부할 수 있는 스토리앱 형식의 전자책을 개발하고자 한다. 이 전자책은 디자인 템플릿을 통해 예쁘게 꾸밀 수 있으며, 본인이 담고 싶은 글을 책으로 만들고, 이렇게 만들어진 개성 있는 전자책은 상대방에게 공유를 통해 선물할 수 있는 어플리케이션으로 개발한다. 따라서 본 연구는 개성 있는 포토북을 자유롭고 쉽게 만들 수 있는 환경 구현 즉, CMS에 그치지 않고 개인의 소중한 추억을 타인들에게 공유함으로써 감동을 나눌 수 있게 하는 것이 최종 목표이다. 또한 모바일에서만 공유로 끝나는 것이 아닌 pc로도 전송 가능하기 때문에 만들어진 결과물을 출력 후 종이책으로 제본해 보관할 수 있는 서비스 역시 기대해 볼 수 있겠다.

홈 네트워크 시스템에서 여러 기업간의 상호 운용 프레임워크를 제공하기 위하여 DLNA(Digital Living Network Alliance)가 결성되었다. DLNA에서는 기기 간 상호운용을 위한 가이드를 제시하여 업체간의 통합을 목표로 한다. DLNA 인증을 받은 제품은 유 무선 통신을 통해 기기 간에 컨텐츠를 공유하는 홈 네트워크 시스템을 제공한다. 하지만, 유 무선 통신으로 컨텐츠를 공유할 때 공유기의 비밀번호를 사용하지 않은 경우, 인증되지 않은 외부 침입자가 사용자의 컨텐츠에 접근할 수 있는 보안 상 취약점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 취약점을 시나리오로 기술하고, 그에 따른 해결방안을 제안하여 안전한 홈 네트워크 시스템 구축에 도움을 주고자 한다.

This study examined the effects of followership characteristics on LMX, knowledge sharing, job satisfaction and turnover intention for coffee speciality store members. 317 questionnaire samples are used to test 4 hypotheses using structural equation model with AMOS. Results of hypotheses testing are as follows: First, goal congruence and active participation factors of followership characteristics influence positively LMX. Second, LMX influences positively knowledge sharing, and knowledge influences job satisfaction and turnover intention. This study emphasizes the importance of knowledge sharing in coffee speciality store members relations. In addition, this study shows that followership, LMX, knowledge sharing are important for members' increasing job satisfaction and decreasing turnover intention, and human resource management. Implications and limitations of this study were also suggested.

The change to the horizontal structure of the modern corporate management environment requires joint efforts and cooperation to share responsibility and purpose and to increase positive mutual influence in order to achieve the corporate goal beyond the individual capacity of the organizational members. In order to achieve the purpose of the organization, the organizational structure in which various members share information and aim at collective leadership is more effective than the structure concentrated on one individual (leader). This study was to examine the effectiveness of shared leadership, and to investigate the causal relationship and effect of shared leadership, organizational trust, and job performance. As a result of the analysis, shared leadership had a positive effect on organizational trust, and organizational trust had a positive effect on job performance. This means that high trust in organization has a positive effect on performance.This study is meaningful in that it examines the difference between shared leadership and existing leadership types that have not been studied yet.

우리나라의 과학기술정책방향이 기존의 '모방형' 혁신체제의 구축에서 '창조형' 혁신체제의 구축 및 운용으로 전환하게 되면서 연구개발의 목표 자체가 창조적 연구의 결과물로 바뀌었다. 이에 따라, 과학기술 전문가들의 주도로 국가연구개발 투자의 방향과 내용을 기초연구 및 협력연구 중심으로 정립할 필요가 있는데, 특히 기초연구 및 창의적 연구는 개별적인 연구도 중요하지만 과학기술지식의 공유 및 협력적인 연구가 대단히 중요하게 요구되어진다고 보여진다. 최근 과학기술의 빠른 환경변화에 적응해야 하며, 그 발전과 성과에 있어서 개방형 혁신(open innovation)을 통한 돌파구를 찾아야 하는 과학기술계도 더욱 이러한 협력이 중요하게 여겨지고 있다. 본 연구는 연구회, 과총 및 과학기술유관단체 간 소통의 네트워크 구축을 통하여 과학기술 유관단체들의 전문성 향상에 공헌하는 것을 목표로 하며, 이를 통하여 우리나라의 과학기술단체들이 국내외의 과학기술 주요 이슈에 대한 공동의제를 발굴, 연구하게 하여 중장기적으로 연구회 및 과총 그리고 과학기술 유관단체의 사회적 기여도를 제고하는 것으로 목표로 한다.
